[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang posisi penerimaan pesan remaja terhadap pesan sanitasi yang diterima dalam Sosialisasi Sanitasi Publik yang dilaksanakan di Cimahi dan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep teori penerimaan pesan Encoding- Decoding oleh Stuart Hall, dengan teori pendukung Theory of Planned Behavior oleh Icek Ajzen dan Human-Processing Information. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Latar belakang penelitian adalah pentingnya peran remaja yang dengan kemampuan kognitifnya mampu menerima pesan sanitasi sehingga dalam kondisi masyarakat yang minim kesadaran sanitasi dapat berperan dalam menyebarkan pentingnya pesan dalam masyarakat yang sebagian besar hidup dalam lingkungan yang kotor dan mengalami banyak penyakit terkait dengan kebersihan lingkungan, seperti diare dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi narasumber remaja pada umumnya dominant-hegemonic, dan ada pula yang negotiated. Posisi penerimaan pesan sanitasi remaja tersebut ditentukan oleh pengalaman hidupnya. Posisi penerimaan pesan didukung dengan penelitian melalui Theory of Planned Behavior melalui analisis human information processing untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang membentuk intensi remaja terhadap pesan sanitasi, yaitu attitude toward behavior yang positif, adanya subjective norms, dan juga kontrol perilaku atau faktor-faktor yang mendorong atau penghambat penerimaan pesan remaja. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui humaninformation processing.

The research has been conducted to get a description on the adolescents? audience reception positions on sanitation public diplomacy campaign in Cimahi and Yogyakarta. The research used the audience reception theory ? particularly the encoding-decoding theory developed by Stuart Hall, supported by other theory from Icek Ajzen called Theory of Planned Behavior and human processing information. The research is conducted using a qualitative approach. The background of the research is that with their cognitive development adolescence can receive complex message and can play an important role to spread sanitation message among the society, even though most of them are living under poor sanitation condition which causes several diseases, such as diarrhea. The research shown that most of the adolescence informants have chosen a dominanthegemonic position, and one of them has a negotiated position. The positions is supported by a research using the Theory of Planned Behavior through human information processing to look for factors which create adolescence?s intention to sanitation message, which include positive attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control or factors which encourage or impede adolescence?s reception on the message. Pelaksanaan Pertemuan Tatap Muka (PTM) Terbatas membuat terjadinya klaster penularan Covid-19. Terdapat ribuan sekolah yang mengkonfirmasi adanya klaster penyebaran Covid-19 di semua jenjang pendidikan. Hal ini mendorong kesiapan orang tua dalam mencari informasi untuk mendapatkan jawaban terkait Covid-19 untuk mereka dan anak mereka yang sedang melangsungkan PTM Terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat konsep Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) dalam memprediksi Health Information-Seeking Behavior (HISB) pada Orang Tua Siswa selama Pertemuan Tatap Muka (PTM) Terbatas saat Pandemi Covid- 19 di Jabodetabek. Terdapat 127 partisipan yang terlibat dengan rentang usia 24 - 55 tahun. Analisis regresi berganda dilakukan dengan menghasilkan temuan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari TPB terhadap intensi HISB, p < 0,01, R2 = 0,613, dimana Dengan demikian semakin kuat keyakinan dan tekanan sosial yang dirasakan, maka semakin kuat pula intensi HISB pada individu. Kemudian semakin kuat persepsi individu akan kemampuan mencari informasi kesehatan, maka semakin kuat pula HISB akan muncul secara aktual. ......Hybrid Learning led to clusters of Covid-19 transmissions. There are thousands of schools that have confirmed the existence of clusters of the spread of Covid-19 at all levels of education. This encourages the readiness of parents to seek information to get answers related to Covid-19 for themselves and their children who are holding Hybrid Learning. This study aims to look at the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) concept in predicting health information-seeking behavior (HISB) in parents of students during Hybrid Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Jabodetabek. There were 127 participants involved, with an age range of 24–55 years. Multiple regression analysis was carried out by producing findings that there was a significant effect of TPB on HISB intentions, F (3, 126) = 64.865, p 0.01, R2 = 0.613, where attitude toward the behavior and subjective norms had a significant effect on behavioral intention, and attitude toward the behavior was the most significant predictor. Then the perceived behavioral control that is felt directly has a significant effect on the actual HISB. Thus, the stronger the belief and the perceived social pressure, the stronger the HISB intention on the individual. Then, the stronger the individual's perception of the ability to seek health information, the stronger the HISB will actually appear.

Iklan layanan masyarakat Public Service Announcement belakangan ini marak digunakan instansi pemerintah sebagai salah satu media untuk meningkatkan kesadaran berkendara seseorang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari perbedaan pengaruh iklan layanan masyarakat fatigue driving mengemudi ketika lelah dengan membandingkan penggunaan positive dengan negative goal framing message Iklan layanan masyarakat yang memunculkan positive goal framing maupun negative goal framing message dapat mempengaruhi sistem afektif maupun kognitif yang selanjutnya akan berdampak terhadap niat untuk berkendara ketika lelah melalui sikap atas iklan attitude toward advertising dan sikap atas perilaku attitude toward behavior fatigue driving Kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada partisipan yang mengemudikan sendiri kendaraannya diwilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji beda t test dan regresi Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh positive maupun negative goal framing message terhadap sikap atas iklan Selanjutnya sikap atas iklan yang diberikan stimuli negative goal framing menghasilkan sikap atas perilaku mengemudi ketika lelah yang lebih rendah Namun berikutnya baik sikap atas perilaku yang telah diberi stimuli positive maupun negative goal framing message tidak ada yang berpengaruh lebih positif terhadap niat untuk mengemudi ketika lelah

Public service announcements widespread recently use by government agencies as one of the media to raise awareness of one 39 s driving This study aimed to explore the effect of differences in fatigue driving public service announcement by comparing the use of positive and negative goal framing message Public service announcements that bring positive and negative goal framing message can affect the goals of affective and cognitive systems that will further impact on the intention to drive when tired by attitude toward advertising and attitude toward behavior fatigue driving The questionnaire was distributed to participants who drove his own vehicle in the region of Jakarta and surrounding areas then analyzed using t test and regression The results of this study there was no difference in the effect of positive and negative goal framing message to the attitude toward ad Furthermore the attitude toward advertising given negative goal framing stimuli produce attitudes toward behavior of fatigue driving But attitude toward behavior that has given positive and negative stimuli goal framing message no more positive effect on the intention to drive when fatigue

Program Pengungkapan Sukarela (PPS) merupakan kebijakan pengampunan pajak yang menuai pro kontra di tengah masyarakat. Setelah pelaksanaannya, penting untuk dilihat evaluasi Wajib Pajak terhadap kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kepatuhan pajak berkelanjutan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan theory of planned behavior yang dapat menggambarkan respon individu dalam menanggapi suatu stimulus beserta intensi berperilaku yang ditimbulkan. Adapun penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis pengaruh sikap atas PPS terhadap intensi kepatuhan pajak berkelanjutan; 2) menganalisis pengaruh norma subjektif atas PPS terhadap intensi kepatuhan pajak berkelanjutan, dan 3) menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kendali atas PPS terhadap intensi kepatuhan pajak berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen survei berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden di KPP Pratama Jakarta Pluit. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berperilaku. Dapat diketahui bahwa sikap positif individu dalam merespon dan mengevaluasi PPS akan mempengaruhi intensi individu agar dapat mewujudkan kepatuhan pajak berkelanjutan secara sukarela; 2) norma subjektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berperilaku. Dalam hal ini, lingkungan sosial individu juga berperan penting dalam memberikan penilaian positif terkait PPS dan sekaligus memberikan dorongan bagi intensi individu dalam mewujudkan kepatuhan pajak berkelanjutan sebagai tujuan utama dari kebijakan tersebut, dan 3) persepsi kendali tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berperilaku. Sementara itu, persepsi individu terkait kemudahan dalam PPS tidak memiliki pengaruh yang cukup untuk menumbuhkan intensi perilaku kepatuhan pajak berkelanjutan bagi individu pasca dilaksanakannya program tersebut. ......Voluntary Disclosre Program (VDP) is a tax amnesty policy that raised pros and cons for the society. Following its implementation, it is important to recognize the Taxpayer’s evaluation of this policy that aimed to generate a sustainable tax compliance. In this research, theory of planned behavior is used to describe individual responses toward a stimulus along with the behavioral intention that is generated. As for the purposes of this research are: 1) analyzing the influence of attitude toward behavior over VDP towards the sustainable tax compliance intention; 2) analyzing the influence of subjective norm over VDP towards the sustainable tax compliance intention, and 3) analyzing the influence of perceived behavioral control over VDP towards the sustainable tax compliance intention. This research was conducted in a quantitative approach using survey as the instrument in the form of questionnaires which were distributed to the respondents at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pluit. The results of this research show that: 1) attitudes toward behavior has a positive and significant impact on behavioral intention. It can be known that the positive attitude of individuals in evaluating and responding to VDP will influence the individual intentions to generate a voluntary sustainable tax compliance; 2) subjective norm has a positive and significant impact on behavioral intention. In this case, the individual’s social environment is also plays an important role in providing a positive judgement towards VDP while at the same time provides an ecouragement for individuals to have the intention of generating the sustainable tax compliance behavior as the main objective of this policy, and 3) perceived behavioral control doesn’t have a positive and significant impact on behavioral intention. On the other hand, individual perceptions regarding the convenience of VDP did not have a sufficient influence to foster the sustainable tax compliance behavioral intentions for individuals after the implementation of this program.
