"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan penataan arsip inaktif keuangan tidak teratur yang dimiliki oleh Unit Kearsipan Perumda Pasar Jaya. Analisis pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mengkaji kesesuaian pelaksanaan di lapangan dengan regulasi teknis penataan arsip inaktif tidak teratur di Peraturan Kepala ANRI No. 9 tahun 2018 tentang Pemeliharaan Arsip Dinamis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen regulasi kearsipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penataan arsip inaktif keuangan tidak teratur di Unit Kearsipan Perumda Pasar Jaya sudah berjalan cukup baik. Dengan nilai 60.2 atau B, disimpulkan pelaksanaan penataan arsip inaktif keuangan tidak teratur di Perumda Pasar Jaya dengan regulasi teknis yang dimiliki PERKA ANRI sudah sesuai. Kesimpulan ini diambil dengan menilai dan menganalisis komponen pelaksanaan penataan arsip inaktif keuangan tidak teratur dari regulasi teknis dan praktiknya di Unit Kearsipan Perumda Pasar Jaya. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi serta masukan yang berguna bagi instansi terkait, maupun instansi lain dan juga pengembangan penelitian lainnya

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the arrangement of irregular financial inactive records managed by the Archives Unit of Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Pasar Jaya. The analysis focuses on evaluating the alignment between the actual implementation in the field and the technical regulations stipulated in the Head of ANRI Regulation No. 9 of 2018 concerning the Maintenance of Dynamic Records. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document studies of archival regulations. The results indicate that the implementation of the arrangement of irregular financial inactive records at the Archives Unit of Perumda Pasar Jaya has been carried out fairly well. With a compliance score of 60.2, categorized as "B", it can be concluded that the implementation aligns adequately with the technical standards set by ANRI. This conclusion is drawn based on the assessment and analysis of the implementation components as outlined in the regulation and how they are applied in practice at the Archives Unit of Perumda Pasar Jaya. It is hoped that this research can serve as a useful reference for related institutions as well as for the development of further studies on the subject."
