"Laporan magang ini mengevaluasi prosedur persiapan pengajuan Dokumen Banding Perkara Banding 2017 PT X yang dilakukan oleh PT ABC. Ruang lingkup laporan ini terdiri dari proses persiapan tahap demi tahap yang terperinci, termasuk persiapan Surat Banding, persiapan Dokumen Lampiran untuk Surat Banding, dan penyerahan Dokumen Banding ke Pengadilan Pajak. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah seluruh proses persiapan yang dilakukan oleh PT ABC untuk Perkara Banding PT X sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Perpajakan yang berlaku. Berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut, semua penyusunan Dokumen Banding serta penyerahan dokumen ke Pengadilan Pajak telah memenuhi persyaratan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Pengadilan Pajak, Peraturan Menteri Keuangan, dan Surat Edaran Ketua Pengadilan Pajak.

This internship report evaluates the preparation procedure for the submission of the Appeal Documents for PT X’s 2017 Appeal Case conducted by PT ABC. The scope of this report comprises a detailed stage-by-stage process of preparation, including the preparation of the Appeal Letters, preparation of the Appendix Documents for the Appeal Letters, and submission of the Appeal Documents to the Tax Court. Evaluation is performed to determine whether all the preparation process conducted by PT ABC for PT X’s Appeal Case is already in accordance with the applicable Taxation Regulations. Based on these evaluations, all the preparation of the Appeal Documents as well as submitting the documents to the Tax Court has already met the requirements stipulated in the Tax Court Regulations, the Minister of Finance Regulations, and the Circulate Letter of the Head of the Tax Court "

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses Banding pajak PT XCC Indonesia yang ditangani oleh PT ABC Indonesia atas sengketa pajak perusahaan tersebut sesuai dengan hukum dan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Berdasarkan evaluasi, proses dari pengajuan Banding sampai dengan persidangan kelima sudah berjalan sesuai dengan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku seperti yang dijelaskan di kerangka konseptual. Akan tetapi, kelengkapan dan kekuatan bukti dalam pembuktian tidak dapat sepenuhnya terpenuhi sampai persidangan kelima perlu dievaluasi. Mengingat proses banding yang masih berjalan, maka putusan atas Banding tersebut belum dapat ditentukan.

This internship report aims to evaluate PT XCC Indonesia`s Tax Appeal process, which was handled by PT ABC Indonesia related to their tax dispute in accordance with applicable law and regulations. PT XCC Indonesia`s main activity is an international standard provider of data center services for local and multinational companies. Based on the evaluation, the process from the Appeal submission to the fifth hearing has proceeded following applicable law and regulation that explained in the conceptual framework. However, the completeness and strength of evidence in verification cannot be fully fulfilled until the fifth hearing needs to be evaluated. Considering that the Appeal process is still ongoing, then the decision on the Appeal has not yet been determined."
