"BPJS Kesehatan merupakan salah satu lembaga sosial yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan yang disebut dengan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memberikan perlindungan dalam bentuk manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada setiap orang. Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang telah bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan sebagai penyedia Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan (FPKTL). Pengadaan obat pada fasilitas kesehatan yang telah bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan fasilitas terbaru yang disebut dengan Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan. Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan menjual obat dengan harga yang telah disesuaikan dengan e-catalogue sehingga harga obat lebih terjangkau. Tugas khusus praktik kerja di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan harga obat yang tersedia di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia dengan harga obat di Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan sehingga rumah sakit dapat menghindari kerugian ketika akan melakukan pengadaan obat pada periode berikutnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data pembelian obat terakhir di RSUI. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dibandingkan dengan harga obat yang terdaftar di Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan dan diketahui terdapat 112 jenis obat yang memiliki selisih harga. Dari 112 jenis obat, 31 jenis obat yang dibeli melalui distributor farmasi memiliki harga lebih mahal sehingga diperlukan peran rumah sakit dalam memilih distributor yang menjual obat dengan harga yang sesuai dengan harga obat di Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan dan dibutuhkannya kontrak payung antara industri farmasi dengan rumah sakit dalam proses pengadaan obat sehingga industri dapat menjamin ketersediaan obat dan kestabilan harga obat.......BPJS Kesehatan is a social institution that was formed to organize a health insurance program called Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), which is a government program that aims to provide protection in the form of health care benefits given to everyone. University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) is one of the hospitals that has collaborated with BPJS Kesehatan as a provider of Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan (FPKTL). Procurement of medicines at health facilities that have collaborated with BPJS Health is carried out by using the newest facility called the Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan. Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan sells medicines at prices that have been adjusted to the e-catalogue so that medicine prices are more affordable. This internship assignment at the University of Indonesia Hospital aims to analyze the comparison of drug prices available at the University of Indonesia Hospital with drug prices at the Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan so that the hospital can avoid losses when procuring drugs in the following period. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data on recent drug purchases at RSUI. The data collected then compared to the prices of drugs registered at the Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan and it was discovered that there were 112 types of drugs that had price differences. Of the 112 types of medicines, 31 types of medicines that was purchased through pharmaceutical distributors have higher prices so the role of hospitals is needed in choosing distributors who sell medicines at prices that match the price of medicines at the Apotek Online BPJS Kesehatan and the need for a contract between the pharmaceutical industry and hospital in the drug procurement process so that the industry can guarantee drug availability and drug price stability."

"Apotek online BPJS merupakan layanan terbaru dari BPJS untuk membantu masyarakat peserta BPJS dalam mendapatkan obat-obatan secara mudah. Unit Farmasi Rawat Jalan RSUI dalam melakukan klaim obat kronis pasien BPJS dengan pemberian selama 7 hari menjadi satu paket pembayaran INA CBG dan untuk 23 hari dibayarkan dengan tarif apotek online BPJS. Proses pengadaan obat Formularium Nasional yang dilakukan oleh RSUI tidak selalu mendapatkan harga beli yang lebih murah atau sama dengan tarif apotek online BPJS. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan perbandingan harga pembelian obat Formularium Nasional RSUI dengan harga obat Apotek online BPJS pasien rawat jalan periode Mei- Juni 2023 sehingga dengan data ini RSUI dapat meminimalisir kerugian dari harga beli obat yang terlalu mahal dibandingan dengan tarif apotek online BPJS. Tugas khusus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dengan metode pengumpulan data retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder yang di dapat dari sistem informasi rumah sakit dan juga dari aplikasi apotek online. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data perbandingan harga beli RSUI dengan harga apotek online yang dilakukan, didapatkan obat kategori lebih mahal mendapat persentase tertinggi yaitu sebesar 77%, kemudian obat kategori sama 15 % dan lebih murah 8%. Ini dapat menggambarkan bahwa mayoritas obat Formularium Nasional di RSUI memiliki harga beli yang mahal dibandingkan dengan tarif klaim dari apotek online BPJS. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kerugian kepada pihak rumah sakit. Sehingga perlu dilakukannya perbaikan harga beli obat Formularium Nasional oleh RSUI.......BPJS online pharmacy is the latest service from BPJS to assist BPJS participants in obtaining medicines easily. For this reason, it is necessary to compare the purchase price of RSUI National Formulary drugs with the price of BPJS online pharmacy drugs for outpatients for the May-June 2023 period so that with this data RSUI can minimize losses from buying drugs that are too expensive compared to BPJS online pharmacy rates. This special assignment uses descriptive observational methods with retrospective data collection methods using secondary data obtained from hospital information systems and also from online pharmacy applications. Based on the results of data analysis of the comparison of RSUI purchase prices with online pharmacy prices carried out, it was found that the more expensive category of drugs got the highest percentage of 77%, then the same category of drugs 15% and cheaper 8%. This can illustrate that the majority of National Formulary drugs at RSUI have expensive purchase prices compared to the claim rates from BPJS online pharmacies. This can result in losses to the hospital. So it is necessary to improve the purchase price of National Formulary drugs by RSUI."
