Pengendalian persediaan kefarmasian selama pandemi COVID-19 diperlukan untuk mencegah adanya kekurangan obat (drugs shortage) dan stagnansi obat (stagnant drugs). Tujuan penulisan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui klasifikasi antimikroba COVID-19 berdasarkan analisis ABC dan mengetahui jumlah pemesanan ideal menggunakan metod e Economic Unit Quantity (EOQ) di RSUI dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan. Tugas khusus ini disusun dari September hingga Oktober 2022. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ABC, terdapat: 3 jenis dengan nilai investasi sebesar 69,95 % obat yang masuk ke dalam obat golongan A (Always); 1 jenis dengan nilai investasi sebesar 13,86 % obat yang masuk ke dalam obat golongan B (Better), dan; 1 jenis dengan nilai investasi sebesar 16,19 % obat yang masuk ke dalam obat golongan C (Control). Berdasarkan hasil analisis EOQ, jumlah pemesanan ideal minimum berkisar dari 1 hingga 312 unit dengan seftriakson 1000 mg injeksi dengan nilai EOQ tertinggi (312 unit) dan covifor 100 mg serbuk injeksi dengan nilai EOQ terendah (1 unit). ......Pharmaceutical supply control during the COVID-19 pandemic is necessary to prevent drug shortages and stagnant drugs. The purpose of writing this special assignment is to find out the classification of COVID-19 antimicrobials based on ABC analysis and find out the ideal number of orders using the Economic Unit Quantity (EOQ) method at RSUI within 6 months. This special assignment was prepared from September to October 2022. Based on the results of the ABC analysis, there are: 3 types with an investment value of 69.95% of drugs that are included in class A drugs (Always); 1 type with an investment value of 13.86% of drugs included in class B drugs (Better), and; 1 type with an investment value of 16.19% of drugs included in class C drugs (Control). Based on the results of the EOQ analysis, the minimum ideal order quantity ranges from 1 to 312 units with ceftriaxone 1000 mg injection with the highest EOQ value (312 units) and covifor 100 mg powder injection with the lowest EOQ value (1 unit).

Nowadays, the importance thing is antimicrobial phytotherapy, because of a lot of strains of pathogenic microorganisms that have become resistant to the action of antibacterial substances in concentrations with in a therapeutic range. To overcome the problem the antimicrobial of phototherapy can be used as a natural medicine. One of them that has been investigated is the fermented Pangium edule Reinw. seed kernels (kluwak). The objective of this research was to investigation the activity of oil, which was extracted from the seed kernels by methanol against three bacteria thai had been known cause skin infections; Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa; and the activity of ethanol extract fermented seed kernels against three bacteria cause respiratory infections; Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Streptococcus p-hemolyticus Group A, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853. Oil and ethanol extract of fermented seed kernels showed antibacterial action against both of the above bacteria.
