Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) adalah kumpulan kelainan pada anak-anak yang disebabkan oleh konsumsi alkohol prenatal dari ibu, yang dapat menyebabkan masalah fisik dan pembelajaran. Salah satu masalah dengan FASD adalah gejalanya mirip dengan penyakit pada bayi lainnya, sehingga sulit untuk didiagnosis. mahasiswa dari Universitat Duisburg-Essen membuat aplikasi android untuk membantu mendiagnosis dan menyimpan catatan pasien FASD. Namun demikian, ada beberapa perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan, salah satunya adalah meningkatkan pengukuran fitur fisiognomi bayi yang baru lahir. Salah satu opsi yang diusulkan untuk meningkatkan pengukuran adalah dengan menerapkan algoritma Face Landmark untuk mengukur fitur fisiognomik. Ada banyak program face landmark yang tersedia, termasuk FaceONNX dan DLIB. Skripsi ini akan membandingkan FaceONNX dan DLIB untuk meningkatkan algoritma pengukuran dari prototipe aplikasi pertama. ......Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) is a group of disorders in children caused by the mothers' prenatal alcohol consumption, which can cause physical and learning issues. One problem with FASD is that its symptoms are identical to those of other new-born baby disorders, making diagnosis challenging. A student from Universitat Duisburg-Essen made an android application to help diagnose and saves FASD patient records. However, there are several improvements that needs to be done, one of them is improving measurements of the physiognomics features of the new born baby. One option proposed to improve the measurement is to apply the Face Landmark algorithm to measure the physiognomics features. There are numerous facial landmark libraries available, including FaceONNX and DLIB. This bachelor thesis is going to compare both FaceONNX and DLIB in order to improve the measurement algorithm from the first application prototype.

Abstrak :
The proportion of people with diabetes in Indonesia is 6.9%, of whom, 90% suffer from type 2 diabetes. To control diabetes, the International Diabetes Foundation has a self-monitoring blood glucose program (SMBG) that is designed to gather detailed information about blood glucose, which can be used to define the required dietary and physical activity. In Indonesia, SMBGs have not been applied widely due to some difficulties with the SMBG application, including difficulty with interpreting blood glucose levels and the required food consumption. The rapid development of smartphones and the internet in recent years may provide a solution for SMBG applications in Indonesia. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design an SMBG application that meets the needs of people with diabetes. In designing the application, the Kansei Engineering method was used due to its ability to capture impressions of the product that reflect hidden needs. Kansei Engineering was applied to translate the patient’s perception into design elements. Statistical analysis – particularly Factor Analysis and Partial Least Squares Analysis – were used to support the Kansei Engineering method. Statistical analysis indicated that four main design components needed to be considered in the design, including ‘data record persistence’, ‘ease of use’, ‘data presentation’, and ‘visual attractiveness’. These four components were used as the basic design concepts, which were transferred to new design specifications based on Partial Least Squares Analysis. The selected design elements (or premium Kansei) were ‘color scheme – light’, ‘language – Bahasa’, and ‘input dialog – typing’. The result of this research is a design for an SMBG android-based application that is easy to use and also provides appropriate information to patients with diabetes so they can plan their diet program.

Masa remaja merupakan suatu periode transisi antara masa kanak-kanak dan masa dewasa, merupakan waktu kematangan fisik, kognitif, sosial dan emosional yang cepat untuk mempersiapkan diri menjadi laki-laki dan perempuan dewasa. Permasalahan yang paling sering terjadi pada masa remaja saat ini adalah masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Metode yang tepat diperlukan untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi kepada remaja salah satunya dengan menggunakan smartphone. Aplikasi android merupakan salah satu fitur pada smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas aplikasi kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian Quasi-eksperimental ini menggunakan pre-post dengan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi terdiri dari 42 responden sedangkan kelompok kontrol 59 responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa dari dua Sekolah Menengah Pertama di kota Depok. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji repeated anova,friedman, independent t test, Man whitney. Hasil uji statistic menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap remaja pada kelompok intervensi yang diberikan edukasi android dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p<0,001). Edukasi kesehatan menggunakan aplikasi efektif dalam mempertahankan pengetahuan remaja setelah diberikan edukasi kesehatan tentang kesehatan reproduksi (p<0,001).  ......Adolescence is a transition period between childhood and adulthood when physical, cognitive, social and emotional maturity grow rapidly to prepare for being adult men and women. The most common problem for existing adolescence is reproductive health problems. The effective method is needed to convey information about reproductive health to adolescents like using smartphone. Android application is one of the features on a smartphone. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reproductive health applications on adolescent knowledge and attitudes about reproductive health. This quasi-experimental study uses pre-post with a control group. The intervention group consisted of 42 respondents while the control group 59 respondents. The sample in this study were students from two junior high schools in the city of Depok. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using repeated anova test, Friedman test, independent t test, Man Whitney test. Statistical test results showed that there were significant differences between the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in the intervention group given android education compared to the control group (p <0.001). Health education uses effective application in maintaining adolescent knowledge after being given health education about reproductive health (p <0.001).

Tesis ini mengembangkan aplikasi android m-learning yang menjalankan video streaming dengan memanfaatkan realtime streaming protocol (RTSP) serta menggabungkan live messaging sebagai media interaksi antar user android yang disisipkan pada layar secara bersamaan. Secara garis besar sistem ini terdapat tiga bagian utama yaitu server, jaringan dan android, server berperan menerima sumber video baik berupa file rekaman video atau live camera secara langsung kemudian mendistribusikan sumber video streaming disamping live messaging yang berbasis web kepada seluruh user. Android yang mendukung aplikasi ini versi 4.4 (kitkat) ke atas, sedangkan sumber file video dengan format mp4, 3gp, 3g2, serta camera android. Dari hasil pengujian format video yang memiliki bitrate rendah dan kompresi yang tinggi dengan dimensi optimal yang dapat memperkecil konsumsi bandwidth, begitu pula ruang penyimpanannya. Beban prosesor server meningkat hingga 50% jika input video berasal dari kamera android sedangkan yang berasal dari file rekaman berada dikisaran 5% rata-rata
This thesis develops android m-learning application that runs video streaming by using realtime streaming protocol (RTSP), and combining live messaging as a medium of interaction between users android is pasted on the screen simultaneously. Generaly, this system there are three main parts: a server, network and android, server role accept either the video source recording file or live video camera directly and then distributes resources in addition to live streaming video, web-based messaging to all users. This application supports Android version 4.4 (kitkat) or later, while the source video file with format mp4, 3gp, 3g2, and camera android. From the test results of video formats that have a low bitrate and a high compression with optimal dimensions which can minimize bandwidth consumption, as well as storage space. Server processors load increased up to 50% when input video coming from camera android, while video sources from the recording file is around 5% average.

Penelitian ini membahas proses pengembangan aplikasi ponsel berbasis android bernama Kuala24 untuk menghitung asupan harian gula tambahan pada anak usia sekolah di Jakarta Timur dan evaluasi penerimaan terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian potong lintang, dengan pendekatan kualitatif pada tahap analisis kebutuhan dan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui evaluasi penerimaan dalam aspek content, grapich, dan design. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebuah aplikasi bernama Kuala24 untuk menghitung asupan gula tambahan yang berisi database makanan dan minuman yang mengandung gula tambahan dan gambar makanan. Aplikasi Kuala24 mendapatkan penerimaan dengan kategori baik pada anak usia usia sekolah di Jakarta Timur
ABSTRACT
This study provides step-step how to develop application for calculating added sugar intake. The present study aims to develop and assess the acceptance of added sugar intake calculator application (Kuala24 app) in East Jakarta. Data collection was done by qualitative approach using Delphi technique to experts (n=15) in need assessment phase for developing Kuala24 app. Acceptance of Kuala24 was obtained from school aged children (n=59). Kuala24 app is a mobile application software for calculating added sugar intake that contain food databases, food picture and food grouping. The result of acceptance assessment is 55.9% school aged children having good acceptance.
