Penelitian ini tentang peran kapital sosial dalam UKM pada program CSR PT.Artajasa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa Peran kapital sosial yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam pemberdayaan UKM di Desa Wancimekar dapat bersinergi melalui Program CSR PT. Artajasa dan Sinergi antara pemerintah dan PT Artajasa menghasilkan Peraturan Daerah No.3 Tahun 2015 tentang pemberdayaan Koperasi dan UMKM. Rekomendasi nya adalah PT.Artajasa perlu melakukan program berkesinambungan yang konsisten dalam pemberdayaan UKM.

ABSTRACT
This research is about the role of social capital in SMEs on PT.Artajasa?s CSR program. This research used qualitative descriptive approach. The data were collected by documentation study, observation and in depth interview. The conclusion of this research is the role of social capital that involves various stakeholders in SMEs empowerment at Wancimekar village can be integrated throught PT. Artajasa?s CSR program. The synergy between government and PT.Artajasa results Regional Government Regulation No.3 Year 2015 about empowerment of cooperatives and SMEs. Accordingly, the recommendations of this research is PT.Artjasa needs to have a consistent sustainable in SMEs empowerment program.

Abstrak :
Sungai beserta daerah aliran sungainya merupakan salah satu sumber daya air yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air demi melangsungkan hidup. Hal ini terlihat dalam kehidupan masyarakat Desa Cipayung, Kecamatan Megamendung, Kabupaten Bogor yang hingga saat ini masih memanfaatkan DAS Ciratim untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air sehari-hari. Dalam memanfaatkan DAS Ciratim masyarakat Desa Cipayung tetap berusaha menjaga keberlanjutan DAS Ciratim melalui upaya konservasi DAS Ciratim dengan mengandalkan modal sosial. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya konservasi DAS Ciratim dengan mengandalkan modal sosial masyarakat Desa Cipayung serta peran dari modal sosial tersebut dalam konservasi DAS Ciratim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya upaya konservasi DAS Ciratim di Desa Cipayung dengan mengandalkan kepercayaan, norma dan jaringan sebagai modal sosial masyarakat Desa Cipayung. Keberadaan modal sosial tersebut telah beperan penting dalam mewujudkan tindakan kolektif masyarakat Desa Cipayung untuk melakukan upaya konservasi DAS Ciratim. ......The rivers along with its watershed is one of the water resources utilized by the community to meet the needs of water for the sake of life. This can be seen in the life of society in Cipayung Village, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency which is still uses Ciratim river basin to fulfill daily water needs. In utilizing the Ciratim watershed, Cipayung Village community keep trying to maintain the sustainability of Ciratim watershed through the conservation of the Ciratim watershed by relying on social capital. This thesis aims to describe the efforts of Ciratim watershed conservation by relying on the social capital and the role of social capital for Cipayung Village community. This research uses qualitative descriptive technique with data collection techniques such as indepth interview, and literature study. The result of the research indicate the existence of conservation effort of Ciratim watershed in Cipayung Village by relying on trust, norms and networks as the capital of Cipayung Village community. The existence of social capital has become very important in realization the Cipayung Village community to make efforts to conserve the Ciratim watershed.

Cohousing dipandang sebagai salah satu solusi perumahan modern dengan menghadirkan konsep hunian alternatif yang melibatkan partisipasi penghuni untuk memperoleh interaksi sosial yang berkelanjutan. Untuk mengoptimalkan keberlanjutan sosial tersebut, perlu adanya pertimbangan beberapa hal seperti latar belakang terbentuknya cohousing dan komunitasnya, desain fisik cohousing, bentuk keterikatan dan framework yang dibangun oleh komunitas cohousing, serta keterjangkauan komunitas dalam berpartisipasi pada proses perencanaan juga pengelolaan cohousing. Dalam keberlanjutan cohousing tersebut perlu mempertimbangkan peran modal sosial yang menjadi dasar untuk mengikat komunitas dalam bentuk timbal balik. Dalam penulisan ini, bertujuan untuk merumuskan pemahaman terkait partisipasi komunitas dalam pembentukan cohousing melalui modal sosial serta strategi desain fisik untuk memperoleh keberlanjutan cohousing yang menyeluruh. ......Cohousing is considered as one of the modern housing solutions by presenting an alternative residential concept that involves the participation of residents to obtain sustainable social interaction. To optimize some social factors, it is necessary to consider things such as the background of the formation of housing and its community, the design of the house building, the form of attachment and framework built by the housing community and affordability of community participation in the process of planning as well as housing management. In this cohousing, it is necessary to consider the role of social capital which is the basis for binding the community in the form of reciprocity. In this paper, it aims to formulate an understanding related to community participation in the formation of development through social capital and physical design strategies to obtain a comprehensive house construction

Abstrak :
......The emergence of creative agencies in Indonesia is in response to marketing strategy concerns that are not too diverse. However, previous studies still focused on the economic capital of a person or a company to build creative agencies (Tasrudi, 2017; Rahayu. 2017; Isyaeva, 2011). To build and maintain a creative agency, they must utilize their social capital to build good cooperative relationships with all parties related to the company. Good relations can be established with employees, suppliers of goods, consumers and also the competition that is around. There is a large role of social capital and technology that continues to grow, which then makes creative agencies as a pioneer in creative industry. Using a qualitative approach, and an in-depth interview, this thesis provides an overview of how social capital is implemented in building creative agency company. This thesis resulted that trust, integrated value, and network play a big role in the growth of the company that later affects the company’s revenue. MAKNA as one of the creative agencies in Indonesia that applies their social capital in the company’s internal and out to their clients is proven to still be one of the biggest creative agencies in Indonesia, even in difficult conditions, they can still survive. In the dimension of trust, the company creates trust with the principle of kinship. The company's network has been established and developed with many connections. Within the company there are also norms where the benefits can be felt by both parties.

Academic studies tend to focus on the political and economic environment in which present day Chinese entrepreneurs have to operate. Both these types of publications shed light on the entrepreneurial identity. This study aims at filling the research gap with a core question : why do some people become entrepreneurs? The authors have analysed the life stories of a number of Chinese private entrepreneurs to reveal how the entrepreneurial identity of each of them has emerged at the cross section of a number of other identities.
