Penelitian ini bertujuan mengupas lebih dalam mengenai industri Securities Crowdfunding (SCF) dengan menemukan pilar-pilar penopang lainnya yang dapat mendukung platform SCF memaksimalkan layanannya untuk menyediakan pendanaan keuangan bagi UMKM di Indonesia serta alur praktik bisnis SCF khususnya di Indonesia. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Multikasus Kualitatif (Qualitative Multicase Approach) dimana dapat dinyatakan dalam 2 proposisi, yaitu proposisi pertama adalah pilar-pilar penopang dalam industri SCF di Indonesia akan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan negara lainnya karena SCF di Indonesia menjadi bagian dari industri pasar modal dimana di Indonesia industri ini sangat perlu diatur dan diawasi secara ketat (highly regulated) dan proposisi kedua adalah, alur bisnis SCF dalam pendanaan UMKM dalam praktiknya di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan negara lainnya lebih kompleks karena banyak pilar yang terlibat sehingga proses bisnisnya semakin detail karena adanya hubungan saling ketergantungan satu sama lain dengan tujuan melindungi risiko atas investasi yang mungkin dialami oleh investor. Studi ini memiliki implikasi praktis, dimana kita bisa melihat lebih mendalam industri SCF dan bagaimana praktiknya di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan negara lainnya agar kita sebagai masyarakat Indonesia bisa turut serta berkontribusi dalam memajukan industri SCF di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga membawa keterbaharuan karena selain menjelaskan pilar-pilar selain 3 pilar utama yang menopang berjalannya proses pendanaan SCF terhadap UMKM dan alur bisnis pendanaan SCF yang terjadi di Indonesia, juga membahas tentang mitigasi risiko investor di industri SCF. ......This research aims to delve deeper into the Securities Crwodfunding (SCF) industry by finding other supporting pillars that can support the SCF platform to maximize its services in providing financial funding for MSMEs in Indonesia and the business practices of SCF, especially in Indonesia. The methodology used is a Qualitative Multicase Approach, which can be stated in 2 propositions, which the first proposition is the supporting pillars in the SCF in Indonesia will be more compared to other countries because SCF in Indonesia is part of the capital market industry where this industry needs to be highly regulated and supervised in Indonesia. The second proposition is, the SCF business flow in practice in Indonesia compared to other countries more complex because many pillars are involved that makes the business processes are increasingly detail because of the interdependence relationship each other in protecting the risks of investment that may be experienced by investors. This study has practical implications, where we can see depper the SCF industry and how it is practiced in Indonesia compared to other countries so that we as the Indonesian community can contribute to advancing the SCF industry in Indonesia. This study also brings novelty because besides explaining about the other pillars exclude the 3 main pillars that support SCF funding process for MSMEs and its business flow that occurs in Indonesia, but it also discusses about risk mitigation in the SCF industry.

Abstrak :
Crowd violence endangers human lives and has proximity to crime-related problems. This study discusses the crowd violence handling of the Magelang City district police. Participatory research, action research, and document analysis are applied to unearth the phenomena. The crowd violence in Magelangcan be analysed using the two relevant theories: 1) psychological and 2) environmental criminology perspectives. Nevertheless, their application has not yet been detailly explained in this study. Cooperation with relevant parties is needed to endeavour more law-abiding adolescents. Moreover, the crowd violence prevention strategies the at district police level shall be established and reviewed periodically to find better and more appropriate methods. Hence, crowd violence may be reduced and prevented for the advantage of broader society.

Praktik pendanaan kolektif di Indonesia relatif baru. Salah satu Crowdfunding Platform (CF Platform) di Indonesia adalah Kitabisa.co.id yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Rumah Perubahan. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah praktik pendanaan kolektif melalui CF Platform Kitabisa.co.id, mengidentifikasi ketentuan-ketentuan hukum yang mengatur praktik itu, dan menjajaki masalah hukum yang berpotensi untuk muncul di masa depan. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa peraturan perundang-undangan yang telah ada belum cukup untuk mengatur praktik pendanaan kolektif, sehingga diperlukan peraturan perundang-undangan yang khusus mengatur mengenai praktik ini. Namun demikian, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai praktik pendanaan kolektif di Indonesia.

The practice of crowdfunding in Indonesia is relatively new. Kitabisa.co.id is one of the Crowdfunding Platforms (CF Platform) in Indonesia that is managed by the Rumah Perubahan Foundation. This research discusses the practice of crowdfunding by means of CF Platform Kitabisa.co.id, identifies the regulating provision of those practices, probes the legal issues that could potentially arise in the future. This research found that the current provisions in Indonesia do not fit the practices of crowdfunding well. Therefore it is necessary to establish provisions relating to those practices. But it is important to conduct further research on crowdfunding in Indonesia.

Abstrak :
Sepakbola merupakan olahraga terpopuler di dunia, penggemarnya tidak terbatas pada kalangan usia tertentu dan bahkan jenis kelamin (Goldstein, 1979). Sepakbola memiliki kaitan yang sangat erat dengan suporter. Setiap klub sepakbola profesional memiliki kelompok pendukung tertentu. Bahkan, kelompok pendukung tersebut mempunyai namanama tertentu untuk menunjukkan identitas mereka (Roversi dalam Giulianotti dan Williams, 1994). Begitu juga di Indonesia, ada kelompok suporter yang terkenal loyal terhadap klub yang didukungnya, yaitu Aremania kelompok suporter Arema. Walaupun dikenal sebagai pelopor kelompok suporter suportif di Indonesia, Aremania terlibat dalam kerusuhan usai menyaksikan pertandingan Arema lawan Persiwa pada tanggal 16 Januari 2008 di Kediri. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain : Teori crowd, Perilaku Agresif dan informasi mengenai sepakbola, hooliganisme, dan kasus kerusuhan Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran pola pembentukan crowd dengan perilaku agresif pada Aremania saat kerusuhan 16 Januari 2008 di Kediri dan melihat apakah terdapat tahapan Smelser didalamnya. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang, yaitu 3 orang menjadi partisipan wawancara sedangkan 5 orang lainnya sebagai anggota diskusi kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipan terlibat dalam kerusuhan setelah mengalami 'dissapearance of concious personality', yaitu hilangnya kesadaran individu terhadap kontrol diri dan kepribadiannya saat berada dalam crowd dan adanya kekuatan anonimitas, yaitu kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh individu untuk berperilaku saat berada dalam suatu kelompok, setiap tindakan yang dilakukan oleh individu diatas namakan sebagai perilaku kelompok. Selain itu, partisipan merasakan/mengalami adanya keenam tahapan Smelser, yaitu structural conduciveness, structural strain, the growth and spread of belief, precipitating factors, mobilization of participant for action, dan the operation of social control pada kerusuhan Aremania tanggal 16 januari 2008 di Kediri. ......Football is the most fabolous sport in the world. Football lovers are not openended for some stage of age and even sex (Goldstein, 1979). Football have to be concerned with the supporter. Every professional football club have a particular supporter group. In fact, those supporter group has a particular epithet to show their identity. (Roversi in Giulianotti&Williams, 1994). So it too in Indonesia, there is one famous supporter group which noted for their loyalty. That is Aremania, the Arema supporter group. Although be known as a sportive supporters, Aremania engaged in the football riot after watched the game between Arema and Persiwa, January 16th 2008 in Kediri. The theory as used in this research is : crowd theory, aggressive behavior and information about football, hooliganism, and riot case in Kediri. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of crowd with aggresion formation pattern and Study of Smelser's crowd Stages for Aremania on the Riot Case January 16th 2008 in Kediri. The sampling of this research is eight Aremanias who classified into 3 people become a interview participant and 5 people become member of group discussion. The result of this research shown that participant who engaged in the riot case in Kediri undergone a dissapearance of concious personality, and there is the anonimity power. What is more, six stages of Smelser's contained in the riot case January 16th 2008, in Kediri.

Abstrak :
ABSTRACT The history of the Banda Islands is revealed in material and immaterial heritage which can still be narrated, visited and experienced today. Using the technological tools available in the Digital Humanities, this paper proposes a project to create a virtual interactive platform in which documents and stories related to the colonial past can be gathered. Tools like crowd-sourcing and crowdmapping can be used to establish this archive from the bottomup, creating a platform allowing both the former colonizer and colonized to reflect on the past. Moreover, it will provide scholars with a source of information to revisit the history of the Banda Islands. This particular history is part of the current public debate in the Netherlands regarding the colonial past, moreover, it is central to the narrative concerning the ongoing conservation efforts to prepare the islands heritage to become an UNESCO World Heritage site for Indonesia.

Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai upaya pencegahan kejahatan berpendekatan situasional yang dilakukan oleh pengelola keamanan Stasiun KAI KRL Commuter Line Manggarai. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini diambil dari data sekunder yang ada di media massa dan hasil temuan kasus kejahatan yang terjadi di stasiun kereta ini selama periode 2016 – 2023. Upaya pencegahan ini dilihat menggunakan konsep strategi pencegahan kejahatan dan dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional, teori pilihan rasional, teori aktivitas rutin, dan teori penjeraan. Hasil analisis melihat bahwa upaya pencegahan kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh pengelola keamanan KAI KRL Commuter Line Manggarai hingga saat ini belum maksimal, hal ini sejalan dengan kejahatan yang masih terjadi di stasiun kereta. ......This thesis evaluates the situational approach to crime prevention efforts that have been conducted by KAI KRL commuter line Manggarai stations security manager. The data used in this study were obtained from secondary sources found in the mass media as well as the findings of criminal cases that occurred at the train station during the period 2016 – 2023. The prevention efforts are assessed through the application of crime prevention strategy concepts and examined using situational crime prevention analysis, rational choice theory, routine activity theory, and deterrence theory. The results of the analysis show that crime prevention efforts by KAI KRL Commuter Line Manggarai Security Manager are not yet maximizing their potential, which is in line with the ongoing criminal activities in train stations.
