Abstrak :
Film is an art form with a language and an aesthetic all its own. Since 1979, David Bordwell and Kristin Thompson's Film Arthas been the best-selling and widely respected introduction to the analysis of cinema. Taking a skills-centered approach supported by a wide range of examples from various periods and countries, the authors strive to help students develop a core set of analytical skills that will deepen their understanding of any film, in any genre. Abstrak :
Bagi individu yang menekuni bidang akting, akting dianggap dapat membantu mereka dalam mengeksplorasi berbagai hal dan membantu mereka untuk lebih mengenal diri sendiri. Penelitian ini ingin menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan antara eksplorasi diri dan konsep diri pada remaja akhir yang menekuni bidang akting, sekaligus ingin melihat bagaimana peran jangka waktu akting dalam hubungan tersebut. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 101 remaja akhir (18-21 tahun) yang sudah menekuni bidang akting minimal 1 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan metode korelasional dan menggunakan pearson correlation serta Hayes PROCESS dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara eksplorasi diri dan konsep diri pada remaja akhir yang menekuni akting, p < .05. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jangka waktu akting tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara eksplorasi diri dan konsep diri pada remaja akhir yang menekuni akting, p >.05. ......For individuals who pursue acting, acting is considered to help them explore various things and also help them to know themself better. This study aims to explain the relationship between self-exploration and self-concept in late adolescents who pursue acting and the role of acting period in this relationship. This study consisted of 101 late adolescent participants aged between 18-21 years old who pursued acting for at least one year. This study was non-experimental with a correlational method and used pearson correlation and Hayess PROCESS for data processing. The result of this study showed a positive and significant correlation between self-exploration and self-concept in late adolescents who pursue acting, p <.05. Besides, the results of this study indicated that the acting period does not moderate the relationship between self-exploration and self-concept, p >.05.

Dalam lingkup organisasi, kinerja menjadi topik yang penting untuk diteliti karena perannya yang krusial bagi masa depan dan keberlangsungan organisasi. Pada pramuniaga, khususnya kinerja tugas, dianggap sebagai aspek yang paling penting dan berpengaruh dalam menilai performanya. Disamping itu, kerja emosional diketahui sebagai aturan tampilan yang banyak dijumpai pada pekerja lini depan seperti karyawan pramuniaga. Sehingga penelitian ini berusaha untuk melihat hubungan antara kerja emosional dan kinerja tugas, namun melalui peran mediasi dari kelelahan emosional. Penelitian ini mengambil partisipan sebanyak 58 orang yang bekerja sebagai pramuniaga pada industri ritel. Tiga Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Emotional Labor Scale (ELS), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), dan Individual Work Performance Scale (IWPS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan emosional tidak memediasi hubungan antara kerja emosional (akting permukaan dan akting mendalam) dengan kinerja tugas. Namun ditemukan bahwa penggunaan strategi akting permukaan mampu membuat karyawan pramuniaga ritel mengalami tingkat kelelahan yang lebih tinggi karena hubungannya yang signifikan dan positif. ......Within the scope of the organization, performance is an important topic to be researched because of the facts that are crucial for the future and sustainability of the organization. To salesperson task performance are considered the most important and influential aspect in assessing their performance. In addition, emotional labor is known to be a display rule that is often found in front-line workers such as salesperson. So this study seeks to examine the relationship between emotional labor and task performance, through the mediating role of emotional exhaustion. This study collected data from 58 participants who work as salesperson in the retail industry. The three instruments used in this study were the Emotional Labor Scale (ELS), the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and the Individual Work Performance Scale (IWPS). The results showed that emotional exhaustion did not mediate the relationship between emotional labor (surface acting and deep acting) and task performance. However, the use of surface acting strategy is able to make retail salesperson experience higher exhaustion due to significant and positive relations.

Penelitian ini ingin menjawab pertanyaan apakah inisiatif pertumbuhan diri merupakan prediktor kesehatan mental, serta bagaimana media akting memperkuat hubungan inisiatif pertumbuhan diri dan kesehatan mental aktor Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 75 orang aktor yang terdiri dari tiga kelompok media akting: aktor panggung, layar, dan yang menjalani keduanya. Penelitian menggunakan desain non-eksperimental dengan metode korelasional serta menggunakan teknik Hayes rsquo; Moderation PROCESS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif pertumbuhan diri bukan merupakan prediktor dari kesehatan mental b = 0.351 , p > 0.01 . Media akting terbukti menjadi moderator yang signifikan dalam hubungan inisiatif pertumbuhan diri dan kesehatan mental r2 = 0.260, p < 0.01.

ABSTRACT
This research aim to answers questions, whether personal growth initiative is the predictor of mental health and how acting medium moderating correlation between personal growth initiative and mental health among Indonesian actors. Participants consist of 75 actors divided into three groups screen actors, stage actors, and those who do both. The research design is non experimental with correlation method using Hayes rsquo Moderation PROCESS technique. Result shown that personal growth initiative is not the predictor for actors rsquo mental health b 0.351 , p 0.01 , The media of acting proved as the moderator of the correlation between personal growth initiative and mental health simultaneously r2 0.260, p 0.01.
