Abstrak :
Latar belakang : ASI merupakan nutrisi yang tidak tergantikan bagi bayi. Cemas menjadi faktor psikologis paling utama yang mempengaruhi suplai ASI pada ibu menyusui. Ibu N (38 tahun) adalah ibu menyusui yang mengalami cemas berdasarkan hasil pengkajian. Ansietas mempengaruhi pasokan ASI pada Ibu N yang menyebabkan Ibu N merasa bahwa ASI yang diproduksi tubuhnya tidak mencukupi kebutuhan nutrisi anaknya. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan mulai dari pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, implementasi, sampai evaluasi. Proses asuhan keperawatan dilakukan dari tanggal 6 April 2023 hingga 18 April 2023 di RT 03 RW 07 Kelurahan Jatijajar, Tapos, Depok. Intervensi yang diberikan kepada Ibu N sesuai dengan standar asuhan keperawatan dengan penerapan terapi relaksasi afirmasi sebagai sarana relaksasi sekaligus menjaga suplai ASI pada ibu menyusui. Penerapan intervensi terapi relaksasi afirmasi pada masalah keperawatan ansietas pada ibu menyusui dapat mengurangi tingkat kecemasan dan meningkatkan kemampuan tubuh memproduksi ASI. ......Background: Breast milk is irreplaceable nutrition for babies. Anxiety is the most important psychological factor affecting the supply of breast milk in nursing mothers. Mrs. N (38 years) is a breastfeeding mother who experiences anxiety based on the results of the study. Anxiety affects the supply of breast milk to Mrs. N which causes Mrs. N to feel that the breastfeed milk that her body produces is not sufficient for her child's nutritional needs. Nursing care is carried out starting from assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The nursing care process was carried out from April 6, 2023 to April 18, 2023 at RT 03 RW 07 Jatijajar, Tapos, Depok. The intervention given to Mrs. N was in accordance with nursing care standards by applying affirmative relaxation therapy as a means of relaxation while maintaining the supply of breast milk in nursing mothers. Application of affirmative relaxation therapy interventions in anxiety nursing problems in nursing mothers can reduce anxiety levels and increase the body's ability to produce milk.
