Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari convenience, economic efficiency, functional risk, security risk, critical mass, number of services, dan trust terhadap adoption intention dan continuance intention pada konteks konsumen gen-z bank digital di Indonesia. Sampel yang diteliti terbagi dalam kedua kelompok non-adopters dan adopters bank digital di Indonesia yang merupakan warga negara indonesia yang lahir pada tahun 1995-2004 (generasi Z). Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini disebarluaskan secara online dan mencakup area geografis di seluruh Indonesia. Jumlah responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah 440 responden, yang terbagi atas 2 kelompok non-adopters dan adopters yang masing-masing sejumlah 220 responden. Data yang sudah berhasil dikumpulkan diolah melalui metode Multiple Linear Regression menggunakan software IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa economic efficiency, critical mass, number of services, dan trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap adoption intention. Sedangkan convenience, economic efficiency, number of services, dan trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan determinan behavioral intention pada kelompok non-adopters dan adopters. Terakhir, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya perbedaan persepsi konsumen pada kelompok non-adopters dan adopters. Saran manajerial dan penelitian selanjutnya dibahas dalam penelitian ini. ......This study aims to determine the effect of convenience, economic efficiency, functional risk, security risk, critical mass, number of services, and trust on adoption intention and continuance intention in the context of gen-z consumers of digital banks in Indonesia. The sample studied was divided into two groups of non-adopters and adopters of digital banks in Indonesia who were Indonesian citizens born in 1995-2004 (generation Z). The questionnaires in this study were distributed online and covered geographical areas throughout Indonesia the number of respondents who were collected in this study were 440 respondents, which were divided into 2 groups of non-adopters and adopters, each of which was 220 respondents. The data that has been collected is processed using the Multiple Linear Regression method using IBM SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that economic efficiency, critical mass, number of services, and trust have a positive influence on adoption intention. Meanwhile, convenience, economic efficiency, number of services, and trust have a positive influence on continuance intention. Furthermore, the results of this study indicate that there are differences in the determinants of behavioral intention in the non-adopters and adopters stages. Finally, this study also shows that there are differences in consumer perceptions in the non-adopters and adopters stages. Managerial suggestions and further research are discussed in this study

Abstrak :
Di era kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat, teknologi terbukti memiliki peran yang semakin penting bagi kehidupan konsumen, khususnya konsumen muda yang merupakan Digital Natives. Metode pembayaran telah mengalami transformasi digital yang tiada duanya, dengan metode pembayaran seperti E-Wallet mengalami peningkatan popularitas baru-baru ini. Hasilnya, penelitian ini percaya bahwa mengeksplorasi prediktor adopsi E-Wallet akan menjadi subjek penting mengingat bagaimana teknologi dan persepsi konsumen terhadap teknologi terus meningkat, terutama selama periode penting dalam sejarah manusia, pandemi COVID-19, berpotensi. memengaruhi prediktor adopsi E-Wallet secara berbeda. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperhitungkan efek moderasi dari kecanduan ponsel pintar karena penelitian sebelumnya jarang menyentuh peran kecanduan ponsel terhadap adopsi teknologi. Model penelitian diuji melalui penggunaan angket berbasis respon yang melibatkan 1.000 responden dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Multi-Group Analysis (MGA). Setelah menganalisis hasil SEM, studi penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara semua hipotesis kecuali hanya satu, hubungan antara Perceived Ease of Use dan Behavioral Intention to Use. Lebih lanjut, MGA mengungkapkan bahwa kecanduan ponsel cerdas bertindak sebagai variabel yang layak dalam memoderasi hubungan masing-masing prediktor dan niat perilaku untuk Menggunakan Dompet Elektronik. Secara khusus, hubungan itu secara konsisten lebih kuat bagi mereka yang memiliki kecanduan smartphone tinggi. Hasil dari hasil ini adalah berbagai strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan E-Wallet untuk memposisikan layanan mereka lebih tepat ke segmen yang berbeda, seperti individu yang sangat kecanduan. Selain itu, peneliti masa depan dapat mulai memanfaatkan kecanduan smartphone sebagai konstruksi untuk studi yang berkaitan dengan E-Commerce, M-Commerce, atau perilaku konsumen modern secara umum ......In an age of rapid technological advancement, technology has proven to have an increasing important role to the lives of consumers, especially younger consumers who are Digital Natives. Payment methods have experienced a digital transformation like no other, with payment methods such as E-Wallets experiencing a rise in popularity recently. As a result, this study believed that exploring the predictors of E-Wallet adoption would be an important subject considering how technology and consumers’ perception towards technology is constantly improving, especially during a momentous period in human history, the COVID-19 pandemic, potentially impacting the predictors of E-Wallet adoption differently. Furthermore, the study aims to take into account of the moderating effect of Smartphone Addiction since previous studies have rarely touched upon the role that Smartphone Addiction has towards technological adoption. The research model was tested through the use of a questionnaire-based response involving 1,000 respondents utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) method. After analyzing the results of the SEM, the research study indicated a significant relationship among all the hypotheses except for just one, the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use and Behavioral Intention to Use. Furthermore, the MGA revealed that Smartphone Addiction acted as a viable variable in moderating the relationships of each predictor and the Behavioral Intention to Use E-Wallets. Specifically, the relationship was consistently stronger for those with high Smartphone Addiction. The outcome of these results are the various marketing strategies that E-Wallets can apply to position their services more appropriately to different segments, such as highly addicted individuals. In addition, future researchers may start utilizing Smartphone Addiction as a construct for studies that relate to E-Commerce, M-Commerce, or modern consumer behavior in general

Abstrak :
Kehadiran Fintech sebagai layanan keuangan yang inovatif dan distruptive dapat meningkatkan efisiensi melalui penerapan teknologi. Kehadiran Fintech di Indonesia dinilai memiliki beragam manfaat bagi perekonomian negara dan juga mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Dukurngan pemerintah terhadap peran Fintech dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan nasional mendorong tumbuhnya Fintech di Indonesia. Namun, tingkat adopsi Fintech di Indonesia masih relatif rendah jika dibandingkan dengan negara-negara lain di Asia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang rekomendasi strategi pengembangan layanan Fintech guna meningkatkan niat pengguna untuk mengadopsi layanan Fintech. Penelitian ini menggunakan model konseptual yang berbasis pendekatan risiko-manfaat yang diadaptasi berdasarkan theory of reasoned action, theory of planned behavior dan technology acceptance model. Berdasarkan data empiris yang dikumpulkan dari 100 orang responden yang menggunakan layanan Fintech. Metode Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk memperkirakan hubungan antara konstruk. Hasil SEM menunjukkan bahwa faktor trust, economic benefit dan convenience terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi pengguna untuk mengadopsi layanan Fintech, sementara faktor privacy awareness, financial risk dan legal risk terbukti secara signifikan memengaruhi trust pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, 14 rekomendasi strategi diajukan dan dinilai oleh para ahli yang berkecimpung di dunia Fintech di Indonesia. Penilaian strategi dilakukan dengan integrasi metode IPA-Kano dimana strategi mengenai perlindungan konsumen terhadap ancaman keamanan dan kerugian finansial menempati priotitas tertinggi, diikuti dengan penawaran promo dan diskon pada urutan priotitas kedua dan penguatan aspek positif layanan melalui iklan dan promosi berada pada urutan ketiga. ......The presence of Fintech as an innovative and distruptive financial service can improve efficiency through the application of technology. The presence of Fintech in Indonesia is considered to have a variety of benefits for the country's economy and is also capable of reducing the unemployment rate. The government's support for Fintech's role in increasing national financial inclusion drives Fintech's growth in Indonesia. However, the adoption rate of Fintech in Indonesia is still relatively low when compared to other countries in Asia. The purpose of this study is to design strategies recommendations for Fintech service development to increase user intentions to adopt Fintech services. This study uses a conceptual model based on a risk-benefit approach that is adapted based on theory of reasoned action, theory of planned behavior and technology acceptance models. Based on empirical data collected from 100 respondents who used Fintech services. The Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method is used to estimate the relationship between constructs. SEM results show that trust, economic benefit and convenience are proven to significantly influence users to adopt Fintech services, while privacy awareness, financial risk and legal risk factors are proven to significantly affect user trust. Based on these results, 14 strategic recommendations were submitted and assessed by experts of Fintech in Indonesia. The strategy assessment is carried out by the integration of the IPA-Kano method where the strategy regarding consumer protection against security threats and financial losses occupies the highest priority, followed by promotion offers and discounts in the second priority sequence and strengthening positive aspects of services through advertising and promotions are ranked third.

Mooring factor terdiri dari institution-based trust (IBT), perceived innovativeness (PIO), serta social influence (SI). Usia dan tingkat pendidikan diteliti sebagai faktor moderasi. Pendekatan menggunakan explanatory sequential mixed methods dengan kuantitatif covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM) yang dilanjutkan kualitatif. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner daring 404 responden valid dan wawancara 9 responden. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa faktor PS dan PV mendorong adopsi, faktor PEOU dan PU menarik adopsi, serta semua mooring factor berpengaruh terhadap adopsi. Namun, PI dan PPS tidak memengaruhi adopsi. Usia terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara PV, PU, PPS, dan IBT dengan adopsi, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan dapat moderasi antara PV, PEOU, dan SI dengan adopsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi bank digital di Indonesia dengan menggunakan pendekatan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) yang terdiri dari variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan penambahan variabel Perceived Risk, dan Initial Trust, dan Financial Literacy sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 250 individu (N=250) dengan kriteria belum memiliki akun bank digital dan sudah memiliki akun bank konvensional sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Initial Trust terhadap adopsi bank digital di Indonesia dan financial literacy tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara Effort Expectancy dan Performance Expectancy terhadap adopsi bank digital di Indonesia. ......This study aims to examine the effect of Performance Expectancy,Effort Expectanxy, Social Influence, Perceived Risk and Initial Trust toward Adoption Intention of digital banks in Indonesia with Financial Literacy as moderating variable. This study was conducted using PLS-SEM method to test the hypotheses and using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT) to address the adoption intention of digital bank in Indonesia. This study was conducted to 250 samples (n=250) of those who already have traditional bank account and never use digital bank before. The findings of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect from Performance Expectancy,Effort Expectanxy, Social Influence, Perceived Risk and Initial Trust toward Adoption Intention of digital banks in Indonesia, but there are no moderating effects from financial literacy for Effort Expectancy and Performance Expectancy to Intention to Adopt Digital Bank in Indonesia.
