Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran penyesuaian diri anak didik Lapas Anak Pria Tangerang, terutama saat mereka kembali ke masyarakat. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini, juga digambarkan kehidupan subjek selama di lapas, terutama permasalahan-permasalahan yang mereka hadapi yang akan mempengaruhi proses penyesuaian mereka ketika keluar dari Lapas nantinya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan tipe studi kasus, peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi kepada 2 orang mantan andik Lapas Anak Pria Tangerang untuk mengumpulkan data. Melalui analisis intrakasus dan interkasus pada data yang di dapat, diperoleh hasil bahwa proses penyesuaian diri Andik pada saat memasuki kehidupan masyarakat menghadapi dilema dari aspek finansial, stigma, krisis identitas dan juga relasi. Diantara permasalahan yang dihadapi andik, hilang atau berkurangnnya aktivitas menjadi masalah utama bagi Andik. Adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara aktivitas (dengan segala kemudahannya) selama di lapas dengan kondisi paska lapas, membuat Andik memutuskan untuk menggunakan strategi distancing dan escape dalam menghadapi masalahnya tersebut, terutama pada masa awal andik dibebaskan. Namun, strategi yang digunakan andik kemudian berubah menjadi mencari dukungan sosial (dari teman-teman) untuk menyelesaikan masalahnya. Strategi ini, merupakan strategi yang efektif, karena dengan adanya dukungan sosial ini andik bisa menemukan pekerjaan, membangkitkan rasa percaya diri, menghilangkan rasa malu, dan menciptakan rasa nyaman dari hubungan yang positif (yang tidak bisa berikan oleh keluarga). Proses penyesuaian diri andik tidak akan bisa berhasil jika tidak di dukung oleh hobi, impian, keyakinan, dan karakter personal dari individu tersebut. ......The focus of this study is adjusment of boys in correcional institution in Tangerang, especially when they reentry on community. This study also describe about their lives and problems in correctional institution that influence their adjusment. This study used qualitative approach and case study, writter interview 2 respondances that are ex-occupants of correctional institution in Tangerang. Based on intra case analisis and inter case analisis, adjusment is influenced by financial problem, stigma on comunity, crisis of identity and relation. Among all those problem, losing or decreasing of activity is a main factor, because there are some differential conditions that is significant betwen condition when occupants live at correctional institution and condition when occupants leave of correctional institution to reentery on community. This problem influence occupant to use distancing strategy and escape from the problem, especially at the first time when they get freedom. This strategy changed, they look for social support (from they friends) to solve the problem. This strategy is effective because social support make them find job, get back of self confidance, erase of shame and create comfortable feelings from positif relationship (that is not given by their families). The efectivity of them adjusment process are supported by hobbies, dream, self confidance, and personal character of individu.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari debt covenant terhadap kecepatan penyesuaian struktur modal perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan non-keuangan periode 2012-2015. Penelitian ini mengadopsi Partial Adjusment Method untuk melihat perubahan struktur modal yang dipengaruhi oleh debt covenant yang berlangsung secara bertahap. Penelitian ini menggunakan fixed effect model yang diolah menggunakan STATA 14. Dalam penellitian ini ditemukan bahwa variabel debt covenant dan variabel interaksi antara debt covenant dengan leverage deviation, mempengaruhi kecepatan penyesuaian struktur modal yang diproksikan dengan variabel utang jangka panjang. Sementara debt covenant dan variabel interaksi antara debt covenant dengan leverage deviation tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecepatan penyesuaian struktur modal yang diproksikan dengan total utang perusahaan. ...... This study aims to analyze the effect of debt covenant on the speed of adjustment of the company 39 s capital structure. The sample used is non financial company period 2012 2015. This research adopted Partial Adjustment Method to see the change of capital structure which influenced by debt covenant that progressed gradually. This research uses fixed effect model that is processed using STATA 14. In this research found that debt covenant variable and interaction variable between debt covenant with leverage deviation, affecting the speed of adjustment structure capital proxied by long term debt of the company. While the debt covenant and the interaction variables between debt covenant and leverage deviation have no effect on the speed of adjustment of capital structure proxied by the total debt of the company.

Memasuki masa perkuliahan menjadi transisi hidup yang rentan menimbulkan stres karena menuntut individu untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan pendidikan dan sosial yang sepenuhnya baru. Sebuah hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 39% mahasiswa UI mengalami distres psikologis yang tinggi, dan 10.6% melaporkan adanya masalah Adjustment to College World (ACW). Self-esteem merupakan prediktor yang krusial dari college adjustment. Mahasiswa dengan self-esteem rendah rentan mengalami distres psikologis. Salah satu teknik untuk meningkatkan self-esteem adalah melalui dukungan sosial. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan intervensi psikologis berupa Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) untuk mengoptimalkan dukungan sosial dari hubungan interpersonal yang dimiliki. Metode: Penelitian randomized controlled trial dilakukan menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest dan teknik accidental sampling. Intervensi dilakukan sebanyak enam pertemuan setiap satu minggu sekali dengan melibatkan empat partisipan yang memiliki self-esteem di bawah rata-rata menurut Rosenberg Self- Esteem Scale (RSES) distres psikologis tinggi menurut Hopkins Symptoms Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), dan masalah pada ranah adjustment to college world. Hasil: Keempat partisipan mengalami peningkatan self-esteem berdasarkan alat ukur RSES dan penurunan distres psikologis berdasarkan alat ukur HSCL-25. Secara umum, keempat partisipan merasakan adanya pandangan yang lebih positif mengenai dirinya dan berkurangnya kecemasan terhadap penilaian orang lain. Kesimpulan: IPT efektif untuk meningkatkan self-esteem dan mengurangi distres psikologis pada mahasiswa UI. Hasil refleksi dari partisipan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterbukaan dalam mengekspresikan perasaan. Teknik-teknik yang dianggap paling membantu adalah survei kualitas positif diri dan role play.
Attending college is a stressful life transition for many students as they have the demands to adapt with new educational and social environments. A preliminary study showed that 39% of undergraduate students at Universitas Indonesia was considered to have high level of psychological distress, and 10.6% of this population reported to experience Adjustment to College World (ACW) problems. Self-esteem was found to be a crucial predictor of college adjustment. Students with low self-esteem are predicted to have poor adjustment and also susceptible to psychological distress. One of the treatments to increase self-esteem is through social support enhancement. Therefore, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) is conducted to assist participants in establishing and maintaining supportive relationships as well as enhancing self-appreciation skills. Methods: Randomized controlled trial was conducted using one-group pretestposttest design and accidental sampling to recruit participants. The treatment was conducted in 6 (six) weekly sessions to each of four undergraduate students with low self-esteem according to the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), high level of psychological distress according to the Hopkins Symptoms Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), and some adjustment to college world problems. Result: All participants reported improvements in self-esteem and reductions in psychological distress symptoms according to the RSES and HSCL-25. Overall, the four participants explained that the treatment had built more positive feelings about themselves and made them less anxious about people?s judgements. Conclusion: IPT is considered effective to increase self-esteem and reduce psychological distress symptoms among undergraduate students at Universitas Indonesia. Participants reported some improvements in their self-disclosure and self-appreciation. Techniques that are considered helpful were positive qualities survey and role play.

ABSTRACT
This article examines the migration and economic adjusment processes of Korean immigrants, concentrating on their involvement in the garment industry in Korea and Latin America countries. Koreans, who were originally sent as agricultural immigrants to Latin American countries in the 1960s, unexpectedly carved out a niche in the garment industry. This garment-related entrepreneurial opportunity became one of the precipitating factors for the later Korean influx into South America. Simultaneously, access to the U.S clothing market led Koreans engaged in the garment business in korea to Central American countries. This article focuses on Korean immigrants in Latin America who arrived already having clothing-related skills and experience in Korea. It examines how these Koreans' previous occupational experience in Korea influenced both initial immigration decisions and choice of destination and whether and how patterns of economic adjusment differed from those of Koreans who came to Latin America without relevant experience or skills. Korean immigrants with prior clothing-related skills and experience have contributed to the further development of Korean-owned garment businesses in Latin America countries. In terms of global Korean diasporic formations, the garment business has played a unique role in the growth and expansion of Korean immigrant communities across the Americas.

Mahasiswa berbakat intelektual merupakan aset yang potensial untuk mampu berhasil di bidangnya, meski demikian tidak semua mahasiswa berbakat intelektual mengalami kesuksesan karena aspek sosial emosi. Karakter perfeksionisme merupakan aspek sosial emosi yang dominan dan memiliki dampak negatif terhadap prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dinamika pengaruh negatif perfeksionisme maladaptif terhadap prestasi akademik, ketika dalam dinamikanya terdapat peran persepsi ekspektasi guru dan teman sebaya. Dibahas juga peran keterampilan yang dapat membuat perfeksionisme maladaptif menjadi lebih adaptif dalam pencapaian prestasi akademik, yaitu self-compassion dan goal adjustment yang terdiri dari goal disengagement dan goal re-engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method; explanatory sequential design untuk menguji model teoritis moderated mediation yang diajukan. Pada tahap kuantitatif delapan puluh enam responden mahasiswa berbakat intelektual mengisi kuesioner: (1) pelaporan nilai IPK, (2) Skala Persepsi Ekspektasi Guru; (3) Skala Persepsi Ekspektasi Teman Sebaya, (4) Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, (5) Self-Compassion Scale, dan (6) Goal Adjusment Scale. Hasil menemukan kondisi persepsi ekspektasi guru dan teman sebaya dihayati sebagai keinginan menghindari kekecewaan terbukti secara empiris berdampak pada prestasi akademik ketika perfeksionisme maladaptif sebagai mediator. Selain itu, ketika terdapat dinamika self-compassion dan goal adjustment sebagai moderator, pengaruh perfeksionisme maladaptif melemah terhadap prestasi akademik. Sementara kondisi persepsi ekspektasi guru dan teman sebaya dihayati positif atau memberatkan terbukti tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada hubungan perfeksionisme maladaptif dan prestasi akademik. Pada tahap 2 kualitatif wawancara terhadap delapan responden yang dipilih dari tahap pertama. Hasil menunjukkan perfeksionisme mengganggu prestasi akademik, persepsi ekspektasi guru dan teman sebaya memperkuat sikap perfeksionisme, dan kemampuan untuk menerima kesalahan (self-compassion) dan kemampuan melepaskan sementara tujuan utama (goal disengagement) dapat mengurangi dampak negatif perfeksionisme pada prestasi akademik. ......Undergraduate gifted students are a potential asset to be able to succeed in their fields, although not all undergraduate gifted students experience success because of the social and emotional aspects. Perfectionism character is the dominant social emotional aspect and has a negative impact on academic achievement. This study aims to explain the dynamics of negative impact maladaptive perfectionism on academic achievement, when the perception of expectations of teachers and peers intervene. It also discusses the role of skills that can make maladaptive perfectionism more adaptive in achieving academic achievement, namely self-compassion and goal adjustment consisting of goal disengagement and goal re-engagement. This study uses a mixed-method approach; explanatory sequential design to test the proposed moderated mediation theoretical model. In the quantitative stage, eighty-six intellectual gifted student respondents filled out the questionnaires: (1) GPA value reporting, (2) Teacher's Expectation Perception Scale; (3) Peer Expectation Perception Scale, (4) Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, (5) Self-Compassion Scale, and (6) Goal Adjustment Scale. The results found that the perception of teacher and peer expectations as a desire to avoid disappointment was empirically proven to have an impact on academic achievement when maladaptive perfectionism was the mediator. In addition, when there are dynamics of self-compassion and goal adjustment as moderators, the effect of maladaptive perfectionism weakens on academic achievement. Meanwhile, the perception of teacher and peer expectations positive or burdensome was proven not to have a significant effect on the relationship between maladaptive perfectionism and academic achievement. In stage 2 qualitative interviews with eight respondents were selected from the first stage. The results show that perfectionism give a negative to academic achievement, perceptions of teacher and peer expectations strengthen attitudes of perfectionism, and the ability to accept mistakes (self-compassion) and the ability to temporary let go the main goal (goal disengagement) can reduce the negative impact of perfectionism on academic achievement.
