Waste water treatment facility atau instalasi pengolahan air limbah merupakan salah satu komponen penunjang yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap industri dalam rangka melaksanakan kewajiban undang-undang yaitu Keputusan Mentri Negara Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan No 16 tahun 2019 tentang perubahan kedua atas peraturan menteri lingkungan hidup No 5 tahun 2014 tentang baku mutu air limbah. PT Chemitra Abadi melakukan evaluasi terhadap fasilitas pengolahan air limbah yang sudah ada dan menemukan beberapa permasalahan terutama warna dan turbidity yang masih tinggi, konfigurasi sistem pengolahan yang tidak sesuai dengan semestinya. Setelah dilakukan jartest untuk menentukan dosis optimum chemical treatment yang akan digunakan maka didapat dosis optimum untuk PAC 100 ppm, Polimer anionic 7 ppm, DCA 250 ppm dan NaOH 200 ppm. Kemudian memberikan saran konfigurasi alternatif fasilitas pengolahan air limbah yang dapat digunakan dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada dengan merubah urutan proses. ......The treatment facility or wastewater treatment installation is one of the supporting components that must be owned by every industry in order to carry out statutory obligations, namely the Decree of the State Minister for Environment and Forestry No. 16 of 2019 concerning the second amendment to the regulation of the minister of environment No. 5 years 2014 concerning wastewater quality standards. PT Chemitra Abadi evaluated the existing wastewater treatment facilities and found several problems, especially the color and high turbidity, and the configuration of the treatment system that was not properly configured. After the jar test was carried out to determine the optimum dose of chemical treatment to be used, the optimum dose was obtained for 100 ppm PAC, 7 ppm anionic polymer, 250 ppm DCA and 200 ppm NaOH. Then provide suggestions for alternative configurations of wastewater treatment facilities that can be used by utilizing existing facilities by changing the process sequence.
