"Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisa dari sistem electronic voting real-time berbasis web dari segi performa web framework Symfony yang digunakan serta dari segi desain antarmuka yang dibuat dengan menambahkan elemen AJAX. Berdasarkan hasil analisa performa, yang meliputi analisa page load time dan bandwidth, Symfony memberikan performa yang jauh lebih rendah, dengan page load time 341.74% lebih lama dan throughput 46.54% lebih kecil, dibandingkan dengan website berbasis PHP serupa yang dibuat tanpa menggunakan framework, sehingga penggunaan Symfony dalam hal ini tidak direkomendasikan. Analisa antarmuka memberi hasil yang mencapai target dengan final score 81.74, dengan beberapa hal yang masih perlu diperhatikan seperti komposisi warna, posisi elemen, serta efektivitas informasi.

This undergraduate thesis emphasizes on the analysis of the web based, real-time electronic voting system, based on the performance of the Symfony framework utilized, along with the intereface itself, designed by adding the AJAX element. The performance analysis, which involves page load time and bandwidth analysis, shows that Symfony performs very poorly, with 341.74% longer in page load time and 46.54% lower in throughput, compared to the identical PHP website designed without the use of framework, so that the use of Symfony framework is not recommended in this matter. The interface analysis reaches the target with 81.74 as the final score, along with some additional works on some details that need to be fixed such as the composition of the color, positioning of the elements, and information effectivity."

"Tugas Akhir ini menelaah blockchain dan aplikasinya untuk pemodelan e-voting yang aman. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, dibangun sebuah prototipe e-voting berbasis blockchain yang memenuhi sifat terdistribusi dan aman. Penggunaan blockchain dalam pemodelan e-voting bertujuan mengatasi kendala keamanan yang muncul dalam pemodelan e-voting. Sifat aman dalam prototipe e-voting didasari oleh penyimpanan data dalam blockchain yang menggunakan elliptic curve digital signature algorithm (ECDSA) dan SHA-256. Data yang disimpan dalam blockchain berisi suara pemilih. Data yang berisi suara pemilih tersebut, disimpan secara terdistribusi pada banyak database yang disebut nodes. Pengembangan prototipe pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Flask yang dijalankan pada sistem operasi windows. Uji coba menunjukkan bahwa prototipe tersebut berfungsi dengan baik.

This Final Project (Tugas Akhir) investigates blockchain and its application for modeling a secure e-voting system. In this Final Research Project, a blockchain based e-voting system is constructed that satisfies the security and distributed properties. The use of blockchain in the e-voting modeling aims to overcome security problems. The security problems of e-voting system are solved by storing data in blockchain supported by ECDSA (elliptic curve digital signature algorithm) and SHA-256. The data stored in the blockchain consist of votes of legitimate voters. The data stored in distributed databases or nodes. The prototype was developed using the Python programming language and the Flask framework, running on Windows operating system. The prototype was tested to show its functionalities and it worked well."

"Skripsi ini membahas peran dari program Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) dalam peningkatan partisipasi pemilih perempuan di India periode tahun 2009-2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori partisipasi politik serta konsep pemberdayaan perempuan. Program SVEEP yang dibentuk dan diaplikasikan pada tahun 2009, baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional berkontribusi dalam peningkatan partisipasi pemilih perempuan yang selama ini terhalang oleh hambatan kultural dan struktural. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah program SVEEP yang dikeluarkan oleh Election Commission of India serta pendidikan politik yang yang dilakukan melalui Anganwadi Workers (AWW) menjadikan perempuan semakin berdaya dan memiliki kontrol atas suaranya.

This undergraduated thesis examines the role of Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program in increasing women voters participation in India 2009-2014. This study uses a qualitative method. This study uses the theory of political participation and the concept of women's empowerment. SVEEP program established and applied in 2009, both at national and local level provides a large increase in the participation of women voters who have been hindered by cultural and structural barriers. This study finds SVEEP program reselased by Election Commission of India and political education Anganwadi Workers (AWW) through political education makes women more empowered and have control over his voice."
