Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisa dari sistem electronic voting real-time berbasis web dari segi performa web framework Symfony yang digunakan serta dari segi desain antarmuka yang dibuat dengan menambahkan elemen AJAX. Berdasarkan hasil analisa performa, yang meliputi analisa page load time dan bandwidth, Symfony memberikan performa yang jauh lebih rendah, dengan page load time 341.74% lebih lama dan throughput 46.54% lebih kecil, dibandingkan dengan website berbasis PHP serupa yang dibuat tanpa menggunakan framework, sehingga penggunaan Symfony dalam hal ini tidak direkomendasikan. Analisa antarmuka memberi hasil yang mencapai target dengan final score 81.74, dengan beberapa hal yang masih perlu diperhatikan seperti komposisi warna, posisi elemen, serta efektivitas informasi.

This undergraduate thesis emphasizes on the analysis of the web based, real-time electronic voting system, based on the performance of the Symfony framework utilized, along with the intereface itself, designed by adding the AJAX element. The performance analysis, which involves page load time and bandwidth analysis, shows that Symfony performs very poorly, with 341.74% longer in page load time and 46.54% lower in throughput, compared to the identical PHP website designed without the use of framework, so that the use of Symfony framework is not recommended in this matter. The interface analysis reaches the target with 81.74 as the final score, along with some additional works on some details that need to be fixed such as the composition of the color, positioning of the elements, and information effectivity.

Abstrak :
Both theoretical and empirical aspects of single- and multi-winner voting procedures are presented in this collection of papers. Starting from a discussion of the underlying principles of democratic representation, the volume includes a description of a great variety of voting procedures. It lists and illustrates their susceptibility to the main voting paradoxes, assesses (under various models of voters' preferences) the probability of paradoxical outcomes, and discusses the relevance of the theoretical results to the choice of voting system.;

Abstrak :
Tugas Akhir ini menelaah blockchain dan aplikasinya untuk pemodelan e-voting yang aman. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, dibangun sebuah prototipe e-voting berbasis blockchain yang memenuhi sifat terdistribusi dan aman. Penggunaan blockchain dalam pemodelan e-voting bertujuan mengatasi kendala keamanan yang muncul dalam pemodelan e-voting. Sifat aman dalam prototipe e-voting didasari oleh penyimpanan data dalam blockchain yang menggunakan elliptic curve digital signature algorithm (ECDSA) dan SHA-256. Data yang disimpan dalam blockchain berisi suara pemilih. Data yang berisi suara pemilih tersebut, disimpan secara terdistribusi pada banyak database yang disebut nodes. Pengembangan prototipe pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Flask yang dijalankan pada sistem operasi windows. Uji coba menunjukkan bahwa prototipe tersebut berfungsi dengan baik. ......This Final Project (Tugas Akhir) investigates blockchain and its application for modeling a secure e-voting system. In this Final Research Project, a blockchain based e-voting system is constructed that satisfies the security and distributed properties. The use of blockchain in the e-voting modeling aims to overcome security problems. The security problems of e-voting system are solved by storing data in blockchain supported by ECDSA (elliptic curve digital signature algorithm) and SHA-256. The data stored in the blockchain consist of votes of legitimate voters. The data stored in distributed databases or nodes. The prototype was developed using the Python programming language and the Flask framework, running on Windows operating system. The prototype was tested to show its functionalities and it worked well.

Abstrak :
This book defining democracy looks both at the theory of why and the history of how different voting procedures have come to be used, or not, as the case may be, in the three fields of democratic structures. Firstly, in decision-making, both in society at large and in the elected chamber. Secondly, in elections to and within those chambers, and thirdly, in the various forms of governance, from no-party to multi-party and all-party, which have emerged as a result.

Skripsi ini menganalisis sah tidaknya rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa yang memutuskan untuk menerbitkan klasifikasi saham baru dengan membatalkan hak suara pemegang saham minoritas yang ada berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas di Indonesia dan Australian Corporations Act di Australia serta menilai apakah putusan pengadilan yang mempersyaratkan persetujuan dari tuan Lili Soemantri atas keputusan rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa Perseroan Terbatas Cabot Indonesia, yang membatalkan klasifikasi saham tuan Lili Someantri sehingga mengakibatkan hilangnya hak suara, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas di Indonesia dan Australian Corporations Act di Australia. Dengan menerapkan penelitian yuridisnormatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, kasus, dan komparatif, maka skripsi ini menimpulkan: pertama, berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas di Indonesia dan Australian Corporations Act di Australia, keputusan rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa untuk menerbitkan klasifikasi saham baru dengan membatalkan hak suara pemegang saham minoritas yang ada adalah sah sepanjang memenuhi ketentuan kuorum kehadiran dan jumlah suara minimum yang menyetujui keputusan untuk menjadi sah dengan agenda perubahan anggaran dasar berdasarkan Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas di Indonesia dan agenda memvariasi dan membatalkan hak-hak pada klasifikasi saham berdasarkan Australian Corporations Act di Australia; kedua, putusan pengadilan yang mempersyaratkan persetujuan dari tuan Lili Soemantri atas keputusan rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa Perseroan Terbatas Cabot Indonesia, yang membatalkan klasifikasi saham tuan Lili Someantri sehingga mengakibatkan hilangnya hak suara, bertentangan dengan Undang Undang Perseroan Terbatas di Indonesia, tetapi telah sesuai dengan Australian Corporations Act. ......This thesis analyzes whether the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which decides to issue a new classification of shares by cancelling the existing minority shareholder voting rights, is valid based on the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law and Australian Corporations Act and evaluates whether the court decision that declares the approval requirement from mister Lili Soemantri on the extraordinary general meeting of shareholder resolution of Cabot Indonesia Limited Liability Company, which cancels mister Lili Someantri's classification of shares resulting in the loss of voting rights, complies with the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law and Australian Corporations Act. By applying juridical-normative research with statutory, cases, and comparative approaches, this thesis concludes that: as follows: first, based on both Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law and Australian Corporations Act, the resolution to issue a new classification of shares by cancelling the existing minority shareholder voting rights has to be done through an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders which fulfil the provision of attendance quorum and the minimum vote approving for the resolution to be valid with agenda amendment of articles of association under Indonesian Limited Company Law and agenda varying and cancelling class rights under Australian Corporations Act; second, the court decision that declares the approval requirement from mister Lili Soemantri on the extraordinary general meeting of shareholder resolution of Cabot Indonesia Limited Liability Company, which cancels mister Lili Someantri's classification of shares resulting in the loss of voting rights, contradicts with the Limited Liability Company Law in Indonesia, but comply with the Australian Corporations Act since it requires approval from mister Lili Soemantri.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai advokasi hak pilih masyarakat adat yang dilakukan oleh AMAN (Aliansi Masyarakat Adat Nusantara). Menjelang Pemilu 2019, masyarakat adat berpotensi kehilangan hak pilihnya karena dalam UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 diwajibkan memiliki KTP elektronik sebagai syarat administratif untuk menjadi pemilih. Namun pada realitasnya terdapat masyarakat adat yang sangat terhambat dalam melakukan perekaman KTP elektronik di antaranya yang tinggal di wilayah konflik dan konservasi, wilayah yang memiliki keterbatasan ke layanan pencatatan sipil, dan wilayah dengan pranata adat yang bertentangan dengan persyaratan perekaman KTP elektronik. Penelitian ini menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana peran AMAN dalam mengadvokasi hak pilih masyarakat adat yang tidak memiliki KTP elektronik pada Pemilu 2019 berdasarkan kondisi khusus di ketiga wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori aktivisme politik melalui rangkaian tindakan yang disebut mixed action strategies dari Pippa Norris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa advokasi hak pilih masyarakat adat merupakan proses aktivisme politik di mana AMAN berperan sebagai agensi. AMAN menjalankan perannya dengan melakukan mixed action strategies di tingkat pusat dan daerah. AMAN menargetkan advokasinya ke KPU sebagai penyelenggara pemilu dan Kemendagri sebagai lembaga yang berwenang dalam pembuatan KTP elektronik. Namun upaya tersebut belum mencapai hasil signifikan dalam menyelamatkan hak pilih masyarakat adat.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses advocacy for indigenous peoples voting rights carried out by AMAN (Alliance of Indigenous Peoples of the Archipelago). Towards the 2019 Election, indigenous peoples have the potential to lose their voting rights because of the obligation to own an electronic identity card (e-KTP) is an administrative requirement to become a voter as written on Law Number 7 of 2017. Whereas there are indigenous people who are very hampered in recording e-KTP, including those who live in conflict and conservation areas, areas that have limited civil registration services, and areas with traditional institutions that is not in line with the requirements for recording e-KTP. This study answers the question of how AMAN's role in advocating for voting rights of indigenous peoples who do not have e-KTP in the 2019 Election based on special conditions in those three areas. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method of collecting data through in-depth interviews. The theory used is the theory of political activism through a series of actions called mixed action strategies from Pippa Norris. The result of the study shows that advocacy for the right to vote for indigenous peoples is a process of political activism in which AMAN acts as an agency. AMAN performs its role by conducting mixed action strategies at the central and regional levels. AMAN targets its advocacy to the KPU as the organizer of the election and the Ministry of Home Affairs as the authorized institution about e-KTP. However, its advocacy have not yet achieved significant results on rescuing indigenous peoples' voting rights.
