Abstrak :
Pengaruh Etnisitas Yahudi sebagai dasar dari Negara Israel terhadap kepentingan Negara Kota Vatikan di Negara Israel sangat menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh Negara Yahudi yang berdiri di Tanah Israel dimana Tanah Israel juga merupakan pusat dari Kekristenan secara umum dan Gereja Katolik secara khusus. terhadap kepentingan Gereja Katolik di Tanah Israel. dalam hal ini beberapa sudut pandang yang melandasinnya baik filsafat teologi, sejarah, sosiologi, dan yurisdiksi. dengan menggunakan analisis teori nasionalisme etnis dari Hans Kohn dalam konteks Negara Israel, maka terdapat pengaruh kepentingan Negara Kota Vatikan di Negara Israel, khususnya pengaruh dalam hal keragaman ritus dan kota Yerusalam. ......The influence of Jewish Ethnicity as the basis of the State of Israel on interest The bVatican City State in the State of Israel is very interesting to study. this research aims to understand the influence of the Jewish State that stands on the Land of Israel where the Land of Israel is also the center of Christianity in general and the Catholicn Church in particular. Against the interests of the Catholic Church in the Lnad of Israel. in this case, several points of view underlying it are used used such as theology, history, sociology, and jurisdiction. By using ethnic nationalism theoretical analysis of Hans Kohn in the context of the State of Israel, then there is influence of Vatican City State interest in the State of Israel. Especially the influence in terms of the diversity of rites and City of Jerusalem.

Abstrak :
17 Desember 2014 menjadi momentum normalisasi hubungan AS dan Kuba yang sempat terhenti secara diplomatis pada 1961. Keputusan itu diambil oleh AS akibat Revolusi Kuba pada 1959 yang tidak sejalan dengan nilai-nilai demokrasinya. AS mengeluarkan beberapa kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk menggulingkan rezim Fidel Castro melalui Cuban Democracy Act (Torricelli Bill) dan Cuban Liberty and Democratic Society (Helms-Burton Act). Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini akan berusaha meninjau faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendorong dari normalisasi hubungan AS-Kuba. Melalui metode taksonomi, penulis membagi faktor-faktor tersebut melalui lima kategori yaitu 1) peran kawasan dan organisasi Amerika Latin serta Karibia, 2) peran Cuban American National Front (CANF), 3) peran restrukturisasi politik dan ekonomi Raul Castro, 4) peran Vatikan, dan 5) faktor-faktor pendorong lainnya. Berdasarkan pembagian tersebut, penulis menemukan lima konsensus yaitu 1) Semua tulisan mengkritik embargo ekonomi terhadap Kuba, 2) CANF sebagai kelompok lobi memiliki peran untuk memobilisasi suara, 3) munculnya organisasi regional yang tidak mengikutsertakan AS, 4) adanya perubahan regionalisme kawasan menjadi post-liberal/post-hegemonic, dan 5) pemerintahan Obama yang mengedepankan penggunaan soft power. Tidak hanya konsensus, ada pula dua perdebatan yang ditemukan. Pertama, kesuksesan restrukturisasi ekonomi dan sosial Kuba yang masih dipertanyakan. Kedua, adanya perdebatan terkait motivasi apa yang dimiliki Vatikan sebagai mediator normalisasi AS-Kuba. Walaupun bahasan mengenai peran kawasan dan organisasi Amerika Latin serta Karibia merupakan bahasan yang dominan, penulis berargumen bahwa peran individu dalam normalisasi AS-Kuba menjadi faktor pendorong terkuat dibandingkan dengan faktor-faktor lainnya. Melalui tinjauan ini, penulis juga melihat bahwa tulisan tentang normalisasi AS-Kuba masih didominasi dengan tulisan argumentatif dan kurang beragam dalam penggunaan perspektif. ......17th December 2014 became the momentum of normalization of US and Cuba relations which was stopped diplomatically in 1961. The decision was taken by the US due to the Cuban Revolution in 1959 which was not in line with its democratic values. The US issued several policies aimed at overthrowing the Fidel Castro regime through the Cuban Democracy Act (Torricelli Bill) and the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Society (Helms-Burton Act). Therefore, this paper will try to review what factors are driving the normalization of US-Cuba relations. Through taxonomic methods, this literature review divides these factors into five categories, namely 1) the role of Latin American and Caribbean regions and organizations, 2) the role of the Cuban American National Front (CANF), 3) the role of Raul Castro's political and economic restructuring, 4) the role of the Vatican, and 5) other driving factors. Based on this division, there are five consensuses, namely 1) all writings criticized the economic embargo on Cuba, 2) CANF as a lobby group had a role to mobilize votes, 3) the emergence of regional organizations that did not include the US, 4) the change of regional regionalism into post- liberal / post-hegemonic, and 5) the Obama administration which prioritizes the use of soft power. Not only consensus, there are also two debates found. First, the successful economic and social restructuring of Cuba is still questionable. Second, there is debate about what motivations the Vatican has as a mediator for US-Cuban normalization. Although the discussion about the role of regions and organizations of Latin America and the Caribbean is the dominant discussion, the authors argue that the role of individuals in US-Cuban normalization is the strongest motivating factor compared to other factors. This literature review also see that writing about US-Cuba normalization is still dominated by argumentative writing and lacks diversity in the use of perspective.
