"Skripsi ini meneliti pengaruh faktor Karakteristik UKM, Karakteristik Wirausahawan dan Kontekstual terhadap kesuksesan usaha UKM. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian causal. Untuk menganalisis dampak dari faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap Kesuksesan Usaha digunakan Analisis Regresi Logistik yang bertujuan untuk menguji ketiga variabel tersebut, Karakteristik UKM dengan dimensi Asal Usul Usaha, Lama Beroperasi, Asal Modal dan Skala Usaha; Karakteristik Wirausahawan dengan dimensi Jenis Kelamin, Usia, Pengalaman Pekerjaan dan Pendidikan; dan Kontekstual dengan dimensi Pemasaran, Teknologi, Sumber Modal, Akses Informasi, Rencana Bisnis, Bantuan Pemerintah dan Kesiapan berwirausaha, terhadap Kesuksesan UKM. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Variabel Karakteristik UKM dan Kontekstual tersebut berpengaruh terhadap Usaha, sedangkan variabel Karakteristik Wirausahawan tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of SME's Characteristic, Entepreneur's Characteristic and Contextual Factors toward SME Success. This research is quantitative research with causal research design. Multiple regression analysis assessed the impact of SME's Characteristic which consist of SME's origin, SME's Capital source, SME's operating time and SME's SiSpearman's Rho e; Characteristic of Entrepreneur's dimension which consist of Gender, Age, Work Experience and Education; and Contextual's dimension which consist of Marketing, Technology, Capital, Information Access, Business Plan, Goverment, Entrepreneurial Readiness. The results showed that only two or tree variables (SME's Characteristic and Contextual) affected SME's success while Characteristic of entrepreneur didn't showed any affect on SME's Success."

"ABSTRAKStrategic development merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi dunia bisnis, termasuk bagi perusahaan yang memiliki usaha kecil dan menengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengusulkan strategi-strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah yang berada di PIK, Cakung. Data yang diambil berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan TOWS dan IE Matriks melalui hasil olah data dari survei menggunakan AHP, IFE dan EFE. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan didapatkan bahwa strategi yang cocok untuk diusulkan pada industri kecil di PIK adalah defensive strategy dan harvest strategy. Defensive strategy mengusulkan strategi untuk perusahaan mengatasi permasalahan internal perusahaan dan juga mengatasi ancaman di masa depan. Dalam harvest strategy mengusulkan strategi yang mengedapankan penghematan, perbaikan kelemahan dan tidak melakukan perluasan.

ABSTRACTStrategic development is a great importance in the business world, including for the small and medium enterprises. The purpose of this study is to propose strategies that can be used for the development of small and medium enterprises in PIK, Cakung. The data that being used are from primary and secondary data. The method of analysis that used in this research are using TOWS and IE matrix and the primary data are obtained from the survey using AHP, IFE and EFE. The results showed that the outcome from the internal and external factors proposed a defensive and harvest strategy that being most likely suitable for small industry in PIK. Defensive strategy propose a strategy that the firm should handle or manage the internal problems and also manage the future threats. For the harvest strategy, strategy that being propose are strategy that prioritize savings, improve the weakness and not performing expansion."

"Tesis ini memaparkan mengenai kegiatan restart-up bisnis UKM yang bergerak di pengolahan susu sapi menjadi yogurt dengan memakai bakteri asam laktat Lactobacillus bulgaricus dan Streptococcus thermophillus. UKM ini memproduksi yogurt dengan merek Q Healthy Yogurt. Produk Q Healthy Yogurt tidak menggunakan bahan pengawet buatan. Produk Q Healthy Yogurt ini berbentuk stick dan memiliki enam varian rasa, yakni rasa anggur, melon, lemon, stroberi, sirsak, dan orange. UKM yang telah berjalan selama enam tahun ini, sempat vakum selama 4 bulan. UKM tidak pernah mencatat apapun dan belum memisahkan keuangan pribadi dengan bisnis. UKM juga sering ditipu oleh beberapa reseller. Dengan adanya business coaching, UKM ini berhasil menjalankan kembali bisnisnya dengan sistem yang baru. Laba bersih makin meningkat dari bulan September hingga November 2015. Strategi pemasaran online juga sudah diterapkan, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesadaran dari masyarakat. UKM juga masih dalam pengupayaan dalam menjadi anggota Kadin Bogor.

This thesis is about restart-up bisnis of small medium enterprise (SME) which produced yogurt as milk product using lactat acid bacteria, Lactobacillus bulgaricus dan Streptococcus thermophillus. This small medium enterprise produced yogurt is Q Healthy Yogurt. This SME did not use any preservative. Its products is packaged in stick and have six flavor, such as grape, honeydew, lemon, strawberry, soursop, and orange. SME has established for six years, and has stopped working for 4 months. The history of SME has never been noted and did not have financial management yet. SME was laid by several resellers. With business coaching, SME was restart-up business with new system. Its profit continous raised from September to December 2015. Online marketing was applied so that it can raise level of people?s awareness. SME has been trying to be part of Kadin Bogor."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat dampak dilaksanakannya kebijakan pembiayaan usaha mikro di Indonesia dengan studi kasus kebijakan yang diterapkan pada Tahun 2005. Pembiayaan usaha mikro sebagai salah satu instrumen kebijakan pemerintah untuk mendorong pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Indonesia menjadi satu hal yang menarik untuk dianalisa dan dilihat dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan sektor-sektor usaha di Indonesia. Untuk melihat dampak tersebut, diamati perubahan yang terjadi pada struktur perekonomian sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya kebijakan. Analisa dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana garnbaran sektoral perekonomian khususnya skala usaha kecil dan menengah di Indonesia dan struktur perekonomian secara umum berdasarkan analisis I-O, apakah terjadi perubahan struktural dalam perekonomian serta bagaimana dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh kebijakan tersebut terhadap efek multiplier setiap sektor serta keterkaitan antar satu sektor dengan sektor-sektor lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan terhadap kondisi perekonomian Indonesia Tahun 2000 (sebelum dilakukannya simulasi), maka terlihat bahwa penetapan kebijakan pemerintah dalam pembiayaan usaha mikro tidak didasari pada hasil analisis input-output. Diketahui telah terjadi perubahan struktural pada sektor-sektor perekonomian. Kebijakan tersebut belum optimal sebagai tools yang dapat menciptakan peningkatan output secara nasional di seluruh sektor usaha. Pada hampir seluruh sektor jasa, shock yang pada akhirnya akan diperlakukan sebagai final demand di luar komponen investasi sehingga kurang dapat menghasilkan spread effect."

This thesis discusses the importance of Small and Medium Enterprises Accounting Information Systems as one of the keys to the success of small and medium enterprises in the future. Researchers use a structured approach to address the problems that exist in small and medium enterprises, related parties, and analyze the information needs of small and medium enterprises. This research is a qualitative research by seeking related information from various sources such as oral interviews, literatures and magazines. The results of the implementation of this analysis and design are expected to help the operational activities of small and medium businesses to be more effective and efficient. The application of the accounting information system for small and medium-sized businesses is expected to provide convenience for related parties to obtain accounting information quickly, easily in presenting reports, accurately and accurately."

The venture capital is based on the future prospect of the company rather than the collaterals. Consequently the venture capital has greater risk that ordinary loans, but also opens new market opportunities for the investor/lender.Administrative law has regulated the venture capital as a financing institution by enacting President's Decree No. 61/1988. However, the substantive law still uses the KUH Perdata (Civil Code). On the other hand venture capital agreements usually use standard contract which has not yet been regulated by the civil code, eventhough the regulation No. 8/1999 concern Consumers Protection has been regulated in a simple way. Therefore both our contract law as well as our corporate law need improvement.Cooperation agreement between the venture capital (venture capitalist) and the investee company is a mutual agreement, whereby the bargaining position of both the parties are not equal. The venture capitalist who has capital has a stronger position than the investee company who is the borrower whereas freedom of contract can only be applied properly when both parties have equal positions. The venture capitalist, however, tends to protect his interest (capital) by special clauses, inciuding his/her responsibilities thereby disturbing the equilibrium even further. Therefore, our laws should protect the weaker party but the govemment should also supervise and guard for such unscrupulous practices, like providing a ?black list" or "grey list" of such speciai clauses, condemning them nuii and void or voidabie (as the case may be) such as is done by the New Civil Code of the Netheriands on ?Algemene Voorwaarden"."

"Beberapa tahun terakhir, perdagangan elektronik menjadi suatu fenomena untuk kepentingan pemerintah, bisnis, dan peneliti. pemerintah untuk menggiatkan ekonomi digital sebagai roda penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak bisa dilepaskan dari peran kedl dan menengah dalam mengadopsi perdagangan elektronik. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran secara rmengenai penelitian adopsi e-commerce oleh pelaku UKM di Indonesia dengan cara tinjauan literatur terstruktur. Berdasarkan uran literatur antara tahun 2011 - 2016 yang menghasilkan sebanyak 13 publikasi dengan kata kunci spesifik, yaitu usaha kecil enengah bidang perdagangan elektronik di Indonesia (dalam bahasa Inggris), ditemukan berbagai pengetahuan dan wilayah studi nyakdibahas sejauh ini. Dengan memberikan potensi studi, maka diharapkan dapat membantu menjawab isu terkini dalam topik ecommerce oleh UKM di Indonesia, sehingga kebutuhan data yang belum tersedia dapat digali pada kesempatan riset lain."
