"Background: COVID-19 infection is caused by a novel coronavirus. One of the most used strategies that can be used to control the spread of COVID-19 is the 3T (test, trace, and treatment) strategy. This study aimed to evaluate the 3T strategy to control COVID-19 infection in a COVID-19 Referral Hospital in Depok, West Java, Indonesia. Methods: this is a cross-sectional study conducted at the University of Indonesia Hospital. The study was conducted in June 2020 with 742 participants (staff members) using secondary data from polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test results. We presented data in the descriptive form and performed bivariate analysis using the chi-square/Fischer test for categorical data. Results: the PCR test results were positive in 83 (11.1%) participants, with a case-per-tracing ratio of 1:24 and 1:2 in the first and third phases of tracing, respectively. The COVID-19 case graph for the participants decreased along with the implementation of the 3T strategy. The positivity rate in the first phase of tracing was 20% and decreased to 5% in the third phase of tracing. Staff with confirmed positive test results were advised to isolate themselves (hospital or self-isolation). Hospital isolation was found to be associated with the duration of PCR test conversion (p<0.001). Conclusion: the 3T strategy is effective for controlling the spread of COVID-19. The strategy should be implemented simultaneously with other health precautions to reduce the risk of spreading infection."

"Adanya upaya pemerintah menyediakan jasa layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat meningkat seiringnya dengan aktifnya para pelaku bisnis di industri rumah sakit. Hal ini mempengaruhi naiknya jumlah rumah sakit di Indonesia. Namun, proyek pembangunan rumah sakit merupakan proyek yang kompleks dikarenakan ketidakpastian yang melekat yang merupakan sifat atau nature proyek tersebut.Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan manajemen proyek rumah sakit yang kompleks harus diakomodir dan mempunyai acuan/peraturan yang dituangkan pada dokumen pengadaan dan kontrak. Keterkaitan dari klausul dokumen pengadaan dan penyelesaian dari kompleksitas proyek rumah sakit akan dibahas di penelitian ini.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi celah antara peraturan pengadaan berdasarkan Peraturan di Indonesia Internasional serta analisa isi dokumen pengadaan jasa konstruksi yang akan mempengaruhi penyelesaian dari kompleksitas proyek kontruksi bangunan rumah sakit dan mengkaji pengaruh dokumen pengadaan jasa konstruksi terhadap penyelesaian dari kompleksitas proyek kontruksi bangunan rumah sakit.Objek penelitian adalah studi kasus dari proyek Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Universitas Indonesia yang menggunakan pinjaman JICA. Strategi penelitian yang digunakan adalah mengolah data primer dan sekunder yang menggunakan metode survei dan analisa arsip.Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan susunan peraturan atau klausa-klausa yang mangakomodir penyelesaian dari kompleksitas bangunan rumah dan bentuk lesson learned dari pelaksanaan pengadaan dan konstruksi proyek Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia.

The government 39 s efforts to provide healthcare services to the community in line with the increased of business activity for the hospital industry. It's effected the increasing number of hospitals in Indonesia. However, hospital building projects are a complex projects due to the inherent uncertainty which is the nature of the project itself.

Therefore, the implementation of complex hospital project management should be accommodated and have reference regulations set forth in the procurement documents and contracts. The linkage between the procurement document's clauses and the completion of the complexity of the hospital project will be discussed in this study.

The purpose of this study is to identify the gap between procurement regulations under Indonesian International Regulations and the analysis of the contents of construction service procurement documents and examine link between construction procurement documents and the completion of the hospial construction project complexity.

The object of the study is a case study of the Universitas Indonesia Education Hospital project using JICA loans. The research strategy used is to process primary and secondary data using survey method and archive analysis.

The results of this study are the composition of the rules or clauses that accommodate the completion of the complexity of house building and the form of lesson learned from the implementation of procurement and construction project Hospital Universitas Indonesia."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan praktik kerja yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa program profesi apoteker di instansi farmasi dengan tujuan mempelajari pekerjaan kefarmasian di masing-masing instansi. PKPA dilakukan di tiga instansi berbeda yaitu Apotek Atrika, Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. PKPA di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek dan secara khusus membuat rancangan apotek yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan sebagai pelaksana program rujuk balik. Praktik Kerja di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit dan secara khusus membuat analisa pemakaian dan kategori Dead Stock obat dan BMHP di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam distribusi sediaan farmasi dan rantai pasok farmasi dan secara khusus membuat poster pengambilan produk di gudang untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam penyiapan produk yang akan didistribusikan.

Pharmacy Professional Internship is a work practice carried out by students of the pharmacist profession program in pharmaceutical institutions with the aim of studying pharmaceutical work in each agency. PKPA was carried out in three different institutions, namely Apotek Atrika, Universitas Indonesia Hospital and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. PKPA at Apotek Atrika aims to study the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists at Apotek and specifically to design a pharmacy in collaboration with BPJS Kesehatan as the executor of the referral program. The Pharmacy Professional Internship at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital aims to study the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and specifically to analyze the use and categories of drug Dead Stock and BMHP in the Emergency Installation of the Universitas Indonesia Hospital. Pharmacy Professional Internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to determine the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the distribution of pharmaceutical preparations and the pharmaceutical supply chain and specifically to make posters for taking products in warehouses to minimize errors in product preparation to be distributed.

Pharmacist Internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to study the distribution of drugs and medical devices within the scope of of Major Pharmaceutical Supplier, study the roles and functions of pharmacists in Major Pharmaceutical Supplier professionally, and specifically to identify problems in the complaint and product returns process then develop innovations that support the complaint and return process on the PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari eZRx application. Pharmacist Internship at Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy aims to study the activities of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies, study the roles and functions of pharmacists in pharmacies, and specifically analyze deviations in drug storage based on pharmacological aspects at Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy."

The Pharmacy Professional Internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 382 aims to analyze the activities of pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy in general, to know the role and function of pharmacists in the pharmacy in a professional manner, and specifically to determine the rationality of prescribing to diabetes mellitus patients at Kimia Farma 382 Pharmacy."

"Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, mempengaruhi perubahan signifikan pada bidang kesehatan. Kesehatan adalah kebutuhan mendasar setiap manusia untuk dapat menjalani hidup layak dan produktif. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi umum kesehatan di Indonesia yaitu lingkungan, perilaku, dan pelayanan kesehatan. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan, berperan penting untuk tetap menjamin pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat seiring perkembangan teknologi. Sebagai penunjang pembelajaran calon apoteker, dilakukanlah praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juli hingga November 2021. Praktik kerja dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia untuk mempelajari peran apoteker dalam pelayanan di instansi rumah sakit. Dalam bidang pemerintahan, dilakukan praktik kerja di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia (BPOM RI) untuk mengetahui gambaran peran apoteker sebagai pembuat dan pengawas regulasi obat. Praktik kerja juga dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 382 Depok sebagai pembelajaran pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Pembelajaran peran apoteker termasuk dalam menganalisis permasalahan di tempat praktik kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan ini akan membahas analisi masalah di setiap tempat praktik kerja.

The development of technology affects significant changes in the health sector. Health is a basic need for every human being to be able to live a decent and productive life. Factors that influence the general condition of health in Indonesia are the environment, behavior, and health services. As one of the health workers, Pharmacists have an essential role in guaranteeing public health services in line with technological developments. In support of learning of prospective pharmacists, a pharmacist's professional internships are carried out. Internships were held from July to November 2021. The internship is carried out at the Universitas Indonesia’s Hospital to study the role of pharmacists in services in hospital institutions. In the field of government, the internship is carried out at the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency to describe the role of pharmacists as makers and supervisors of drug regulations. The internship is also carried out at Kimia Farma Pharmacy as a learning process for pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. Learning the role of pharmacists included analyzing problems in the workplace. Therefore, this report will discuss the analysis of the issues in each workplace practice."
