Abstrak :
Penelitian ini meneliti perbedaan pengaruh pelaksanaan masing-masing tax amnesty tahun 2008 dan tax amnesty tahun 2016 berdasarkan UU nomor 11 tahun 2016 terhadap penerimaan pajak dengan mengamati sampel data penerimaan pajak beberapa periode sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya tax amnesty. Atas sampel tersebut dilakukan uji beda Mann Whitney U test untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan antara penerimaan periode sebelum dengan penerimaan periode setelah dilaksanakannya tax amnesty. Apabila terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan maka tax amnesty berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerimaan pajak periode sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya tax amnesty tahun 2008 berbeda secara signifikan yang berarti bahwa tax amnesty tahun 2008 berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak. Sedangkan penerimaan pajak periode sebelum tax amnesty tahun 2016 tidak berbeda dengan penerimaan pajak periode setelah dilaksanakannya tax amnesty tahun 2016. Perbedaan antara tax amnesty tahun 2008 dengan tax amnesty tahun 2016 selain jenis-jenis pengampunannya adalah ada tidaknya program lain yang menyertai pelaksanaan tax amnesty. Tax amnesty tahun 2008 dilaksanakan dengan disertai reformasi perpajakan melalui amandemen Undang-Undang PPh, PPN dan PPnBM, dan KUP sedangkan tax amnesty tahun 2016 dilaksanakan sebagai program yang berdiri sendiri. Adanya reformasi perpajakan yang menyertai pelaksanaan tax amnesty tahun 2008 kemungkinan merupakan penyebab keberhasilan tax amnesty tahun 2008 dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pajak. ......This Research examines the effect of tax amnesty implementation on tax revenue. This study examines the effect on tax revenue collection of the implementation of each tax amnesty, the 2008 amnesty and the 2016 amnesty based on Indonesia Tax Law Number 11 of 2016. The research uses sample data that consist of tax revenue of several periods before and after the implementation of tax amnesty. The data were tested using Mann Whitney U test to determine whether there are differences between tax revenue collection some periods before and after the amnesty. If there is a significant difference then tax amnesty has an effect on tax revenue collection. The result of the test is that there are differences in tax revenue before and after 2008 amnesty while 2016 tax amnesty are not. The difference between 2008 amnesty and 2016 amnesty other than the types of amnesty is the presence of other programs that accompany the implementation of tax amnesty. The 2008 amnesty was carried out with tax reform through amendment of Tax Law while 2016 amnesty is carried out on its own. Tax reform that accompanied the 2008 amnesty might caused 2008 amnesty succeded on increasing tax revenue collection.

Pokok permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja pengemudi bus Transjakarta Busway berdasarkan perspektif gender. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengemudi bus Transjakarta Busway yang masih aktif bekerja. Sampelnya adalah pengemudi bus pria sebanyak 85 orang dan pengemudi bus wanita sebanyak 85 orang dengan total keseluruhan sampel 170 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan pengujian statistik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji beda Mann Whitney U antara kinerja pengemudi bus pria dan wanita, menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja pengemudi bus pria dan wanita. ......The objective of this research is to analyze the differences of job performance between male bus driver and female bus driver in Transjakarta Busway. This is a descriptive quantitative research using SPSS version 16.0 and using method Mann Whitney for testing the hypothesis. The method of collecting data was using survey method by giving questioner to respondents. The sample consist of 170 respondents, divide into 85 male respondents and 85 female respondents. The result of this research proves that there are no significance differences between male bus driver and female bus driver in their performance when driving bus.

Pemberdayaan dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat harus terus dilakukan, salah satunya adalah dengan memajukan sektor riil yaitu dengan memberi kesempatan seluasnya bagi masyarakat untuk membuka unit-unit usaha baik skala kecil maupun menengah yang Iebih dkenal dengan UKM. Peran UKM dalam perekonomian sangat panting, terutama untuk memperluas penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan distribudi pendapatan sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi kemiskinan.Kendala kebanyakan UKM adalah terletak pada kurangnya modal untuk memperluas usaha mereka. Untuk itulah diperlukan sekali peran BPRS dalam memeberikan pembiayaan kepada UKM.

Kebanyakan UKM memiliki produktivitas yang rendah sehingga hal tersebut menjadi kendala bagi BPRS dalam menyalurkan dananya kepada UKM. Untuk itulah, penelitian ini dilakukan guna melihat peran pembiayaan BPRS terhadap peningkatan produktivitas UKM dengan menggunakan anlisis regresi Linier Sederhana dan Uji Beda. Analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peran pembiayaan BPRS berbeda antara UKM yang memiliki karyawan dan yang tidak.

The Social economic measurement and development must keep going of the activity is improving yhe real sector with giving the large opportunity for people to open the small or middle business units that is more popular with UKM. The role of UKM is very important in economic system, especially to enlarge the employees absorbing and the increasing of incoming distribution, therefore , it can decrease the proverty hopely. The problem of UK NI is mostly have low capital for support their business. That's wahy, the role of BPRS is needed in order to give the more capital for them. Most UKM have Iow productivity which make the difficulties for BPRS in case of distribute their fund to UKM. However, this research is done in addition to see how important the role of BPRS in facing the increase of UKM productivity. Using the simple Linier Regression and the different test. The Analysis result show that financing role of BPRS is different from the UKM which has employ and not.
