Abstrak :
Latar belakang: Lupus eritematosus sistemik (LES) merupakan penyakit autoimun sistemik yang 10-20% kasusnya memiliki awitan sejak masa kanak. Kesintasan anak dengan LES di negara maju maupun berkembang jauh meningkat sejak beberapa dekade terakhir. Meskipun kesintasannya meningkat, tidak semua anak dan remaja LES dapat memasuki masa dewasa dengan baik. Layanan transisi remaja merupakan jembatan penghubung antara layanan kesehatan anak dan dewasa yang mulai banyak dikembangkan untuk remaja dengan kebutuhan medis khusus seperti LES. Metode: Studi pre-eksperimental pada remaja LES berusia 15 tahun hingga 17 tahun 6 bulan dilakukan di RSUPNCM dalam kurun waktu antara Desember 2022 hingga Mei 2023. Dalam studi ini seluruh subyek diikutkan dalam modul transisi remaja yang kegiatannya dilakukan secara daring maupun luring. Kegiatan daring meliputi 3 kali pemaparan materi dan diskusi interaktif dengan tema LES, masa remaja, dan layanan kesehatan di klinik dewasa. Kegiatan luring dilakukan melalui bermain peran menyerupai suasana saat melakukan kunjungan mandiri di layanan kesehatan dewasa yang dilakukan pada akhir penelitian. Luaran modul transisi dinilai dengan membandingkan rerata skor TRAQ 6.0 Bahasa Indonesia sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti modul transisi. Hasil: Terdapat 36 remaja LES yang mengikuti modul transisi, namun hanya 32 subyek yang mengikuti ≥75% kegiatan. Rerata skor TRAQ 6.0 Bahasa Indonesia sebelum mengikuti modul adalah 3,4 (0,6). Rerata tersebut meningkat menjadi 3,8 (0,6) setelah mengikuti modul (p=0.001). Tidak ada hubungan antara lama sakit, derajat aktivitas penyakit, dan kunjungan mandiri terhadap skor TRAQ 6.0 Bahasa Indonesia sebelum mengikuti modul transisi. Simpulan: Modul transisi remaja terbukti dapat meningkatkan kesiapan transisi remaja dengan LES berusia 15-17 tahun. ......Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic autoimmune disease in which 10-20% of cases have an onset in childhood. The survival of children with SLE in both developed and developing countries has increased greatly in the last few decades. Although survival has increased, not all children and adolescents with SLE can enter adulthood well. Adolescent transition services are a bridge between child and adult health services which have begun to be developed for adolescents with special medical needs such as SLE. Methods: The pre-experimental study on LES adolescents aged 15 to 17 years 6 months was conducted at Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital from December 2022 to May 2023. In this study, all subjects were included in the adolescent transition module, whose activities were carried out both online and offline. Online activities include 3 presentations of material and interactive discussions on the themes of LES, adolescence, and health services in adult clinics. Offline activities are carried out through role playing, resembling the atmosphere during independent visits to adult health services carried out at the end of the study. The main outcome of the transition module was assessed by comparing the average Indonesian TRAQ 6.0 score before and after participating in the transition module. Results: There were 36 LES adolescents who took part in the transition module, but only 32 subjects took ≥75% of the activities. The average Indonesian TRAQ 6.0 score before taking the module was 3.4 (0.6). The mean increased to 3.8 (0.6) after participating in the module (p=0.001). There is no relationship between disease duration, degree of disease activity, and independent visits to the Indonesian TRAQ 6.0 score before joining the transition module. Conclusion: The transition module has been proven to increasing transition readiness of adolescents aged 15 to 17 years with SLE.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah minimum terhadap employment transition khususnya di Pulau Jawa sebagai wilayah Indonesia yang mayoritas kabupaten/kotanya menetapkan upah minimum. Studi sejenis sebelumnya dilakukan di negara maju yang tidak mempertimbangkan adanya sektor informal. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan data individu yang bersumber dari Sakernas BPS tahun 2010 dan 2015 yang dilihat sebagai bentuk longitudinal t-1 dan t untuk masing-masing tahun. Analisis empiris yang digunakan adalah multinomial logit dengan pendekatan markov chain. Selain upah minimum riil sebagai variabel independen utama, variabel independen lain yang digunakan adalah umur, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan status perkawinan sebagai karakteristik individu, serta PDRB, share sektor manufaktur dalam PDRB, coverage upah minimum, dan rasio penduduk usia kerja terhadap total penduduk sebagai karakteristik regional. Upah minimum berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap transisi dari formal ke informal (F ke I), formal ke tidak bekerja (F ke N), dan tidak bekerja ke tidak bekerja (N ke N). Selain itu, upah minimum juga berdampak positif dan signifikan pada transisi dari formal ke formal (F ke F) dan informal ke informal (I ke I). Sedangkan pada transisi dari tidak bekerja ke informal (N ke I) tidak dipengaruhi oleh upah minimum.

ABSTRACT
The objectives of the study is to determine the effect of minimum wages on employment transition, especially in Java as the majority of the Indonesian region set a minimum wage in district/city level. Previous similar studies carried out in developed countries that do not take the informal sectors. The analysis was performed using individual data sourced from Sakernas BPS 2010 and 2015 are seen as a form of longitudinal t-1 and t for each year. Empirical analysis used is multinomial logit with Markov chain approach. In addition to a real minimum wage as an primary independent variable, other independent variables used were age, gender, educational level, and marital status as individual characteristics, as well as the GRDP, the share of the manufacturing sector in the GRDP, coverage of the minimum wage, and the ratio of working age population to total population as regional characteristics. Minimum wage has a significant and negative impact on the transition from the informal to the formal (F to I), formal to not employed (F to N), and not employed to not employed (N to N). In addition, the minimum wage is also positive and significant impact on the transition from formal to formal (F to F) and informal to informal (I to I). While the transition from not employed to informal (N to I) are not affected by the minimum wage.

Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) adalah salah satu mekanisme resistensi Sorafenib pada kanker hepatoseluler. Alfa Mangostin diketahui dapat menurunkan aktifitas jalur TGF-βpada hepatic stellate cells. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Alfa Mangostin pada Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT), HepG2 yang tahan terhadap Sorafenib melalui jalur TGF-β/SMAD. Sel lestari kanker hati, HepG2 dibagi menjadi enam kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kelompok DMSO 0,01%, Alfa Mangostin20μM, Sorafenib10μM, Sorafenib10μM+Sorafenib10μM, Sorafenib10μM-Alfa Mangostin20μM, dan Sorafenib10μM +Sorafenib10μM - Alfa Mangostin20μMselama 24 jam. Sel dihitung menggunakan trypan blue exclusion method. Kadar TGF-β medium diukur menggunakan ELISA. Ekspresi TGF-β,TGF-βRI, SMAD3, SMAD7, E-cadherin dan Vimentin diukur dengan qRT-PCR. Pemberian Alfa Mangostin pada sel HepG2 yang tahan terhadap Sorafenib dapat menurunkan jumlah sel hidup. Namun terdapat peningkatan ekspresi TGF-β, kadar TGF-β1 aktif, TGF-βRI, SMAD3, dan Vimentin serta penurunan ekspresi SMAD7 dan E-cadherin setelah pemberian Sorafenib dan Alfa Mangostin. Alfa Mangostin menurunkan jumlah sel hidup namun tidak menghambat EMT melalui jalur TGF-β/SMAD pada sel HepG2 yang tahan terhadap Sorafenib.  Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) is one of resistance mechanism through Sorafenib in hepatocellular carcinoma. Alpha Mangosteen is known to have reduced TGF-β/SMAD pathway in hepatic stellate cells. This research purpose is to explore the effect of Alpha Mangosteen on Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) on human hepatoceluller carcinoma HepG2 cells surviving Sorafenib via TGF-β/SMAD pathways. Immortalized HCC cell line, HepG2 cells, were divided into 6 groups: DMSO0,01% group, Alpha Mangosteen 20μMgroup, Sorafenib10μM group, Sorafenib 10μM-Sorafenib10μM group, Sorafenib10μM +  Alpha Mangosteen 20μM group, dan Sorafenib10μM + Sorafenib10μM - Alpha Mangosteen 20μMgroup for 24 h. Cells were harvested and counted by trypan blue exclusion method. TGF-β medium concentration was evaluated by ELISA. Expression of TGF-β,TGF-βRI, SMAD3, SMAD7, E-cadherinand Vimentin measured by qRT-PCR. Alpha Mangosteen administration on HepG2 surviving Sorafenib cells reduced mean live cells. However, the expression of TGF-β, TGF-β1 active concentration, TGF-βR, SMAD3, and Vimentin were elevated. Alpha Mangosteen also decreased SMAD7 dan E-cadherin expression. Alpha Mangosteen reduced live cells but did not have effect on preventing EMT activation through TGF-β/SMAD pathways on HepG2 surviving Sorafenib cells.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dan mengidentifikasi tingkat ketangkasan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak pada sistem Perizinan Online Kementerian ESDM yang terdampak oleh Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, di mana terjadi banyak perubahan proses bisnis layanan dan kewajiban integrasi dengan sistem Kementerian Investasi yang belum terdefinisi dengan baik. Evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja transisi dan adopsi agile yang mengolaborasikan kerangka kerja 4-DAT dan SAMI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan pengisian kuesioner dengan responden yang terdiri dari manajer proyek, pimpinan tim, penilai, pengembang dan pemilik bisnis proses layanan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa proses pengembangan perangkat lunak belum mencapai tingkat ketangkasan kolaboratif level 1 (SAMI) dan tingkat ketangkasan 0.7 skala 1 (4-DAT). Sebagai rekomendasi, dibutuhkan transisi proses pengembangan perangkat lunak menuju agile dengan mengoptimalkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak pada kondisi bisnis dan regulasi yang dinamis, demi peningkatan standar layanan berdasarkan metodologi SAMI. Rekomendasi proses adopsi menggunakan Kanban dapat mendukung proses manajemen perubahan, peningkatan visibilitas proyek dan efisiensi penyelesaian sistem. Penyusunan rekomendasi kerangka kerja transisi dan adopsi agiledidasarkan kondisi pengembangan aplikasi saat ini dengan memperhatikan pemetaan dengan praktik agile, prinsip-prinsip agile, dan alur proses Kanban. Transisi dan adopsi agile menggunakan framework Kanban pada organisasi diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak pada kondisi bisnis dan regulasi yang dinamis dalam rangka peningkatan standar layanan. ......This study evaluates and identifies the agility level of the software development process in the Online Licensing System of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), which has been impacted by the Job Creation Law. This law led to significant changes in business processes and the need for integration with the well-not-defined systems of the Ministry of Investment. The evaluation was carried out using an agile transition and adoption framework, combining the 4-DAT and SAMI frameworks. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and questionnaires with respondents including project managers, team leaders, evaluators, developers, and business owners of the service process. The results showed that the software development process has not yet reached collaborative agility level 1 (SAMI) and an agility level of 0.7 on a scale of 1 (4-DAT). As a recommendation, a transition of the software development process towards agile is needed, optimizing the software development process in dynamic business and regulatory conditions, to improve service standards based on the SAMI methodology. The recommended adoption process using Kanban can support change management, increase project visibility, and enhance system completion efficiency. The formulation of the agile transition and adoption framework recommendations is based on the current application development conditions, considering mapping with agile practices, agile principles, and Kanban process flows. The transition and adoption of agile using the Kanban framework in the organization are expected to optimize the software development process under dynamic business and regulatory conditions to improve service standards.

Abstrak :
This article will discuss the ultranationalist movement in Russia, emerged and flourished in the early until in the middle of 1990s in Russian Federation state. This ullranationalist movement emerged sporadically at the same time with the emerge of other movement groups at the time of democracy transition period. The openness condition had pushed elements of society established political groups and parties. Most of them supported government programs, while the other put a role as opposition groups. The ultranationalist movement, united in Democrat-Liberal Party, was the hard-liner groups, who opposed Russian government policy. However, in the middle of 1990s, this movement was becoming weak. The emerge and weakened of this movement was caused by some factors which will be discussed in the article below.

Pemerintah telah mengatur tentang pelaksanaan serah terima fasilitas sosial dan fasilitas umum. Peraturan tersebut mengharuskan pemilik hak atas tanah yang lama melepaskan hak atas tanahnya kepada pemerintah daerah setempat. Permasalahan yang akan dianalisis di penelitian ini adalah status hukum fasilitas sosial dan fasilitas umum yang sudah diserahkan pengembang perumahan kepada pemerintah daerah setempat, tapi belum ada surat pelepasan hak atas tanah sehubungan dengan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 256 K/TUN/2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan yang bersifat yuridis normatif, artinya penelitian ini dilihat dari keseluruhan data sekunder hukum untuk menjawab permasalahan terhadap keabsahan serah terima fasilitas sosial dan fasilitas umum dari pengembang perumahan kepada pemerintah daerah setempat. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi putusan pengadilan, peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku, jurnal, dan kamus hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan serah terima tersebut belum sah, peralihan hak atas tanah dapat terjadi apabila sudah ada surat pelepasan hak atas tanah tersebut atau masa habisnya jangka waktu sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan. Serah terima yang tidak memenuhi tata cara persyaratan serah terima fasilitas sosial dan fasilitas umum yang sudah diatur mengakibatkan peralihan hak atas tanah tersebut tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum. Seharusnya diatur jangka waktu maksimal kapan serah terima itu harus dilakukan, sehingga jika melewati batas waktu tersebut secara otomatis peralihan hak atas tanah tersebut telah terjadi. The Government has arranged the implementation of the handover of social facilities and public facilities. The regulation requires the old landowners to relinquish their land rights to the local government. The problem to be analyzed in this research is the legal status of social facilities and public facilities that have been submitted by the housing developer to the local government, but there has not been a letter of release of the land in connection with the Supreme Court Decision Number 256 K TUN 2016. This research uses literature research method that is juridical normative, meaning that this research is seen from the whole secondary data of law to answer the problem to the validity of the handover of social facilities and public facilities from the housing developer to the local government. The types of data used include court decisions, statutory regulations, books, journals, and legal dictionaries. The result of the research indicates that the handover is not yet valid, the transfer of rights to the land may occur if there is a letter of release of the land right or the expiry of the period of the Land Use Rights certificate. Handover that does not meet the procedures for the handover of social facilities and public facilities that have been arranged to cause the transfer of rights to the land does not have the power of law. It should be set the maximum time period when the handover must be done, so if it passes the time limit automatically the transfer of rights to the land has occurred.

Tesis ini membahas tentang komunikasi internal yang berlangsung pada organisasi yang sedang mengalami masa transisi untuk berubah status. Perubahan status organisasi menjadi bertambah besar mengakibatkan perubahan komunikasi intemalnya. Dari hasil temuan di lapangan dan analisis diketahui bahwa proses komunikasi internal yang berlangsung pada masa transisi adalah proses komunikasi formal dan informal. Komunikasi formal yang berlangsung berbentuk komunikasi ke atas, ke bawah, horisontal dan lintas saluran. Karena objek penelitian adalah organisasi pemerintah maka komunikasi formal tersebut berlangsung sesuai tataran hirarki birokrasi. Ketika isu perubahan status berkembang maka penyebaran informasi tentang perkembangan perubahan status tersebut lebih didominasi oleh komunikasi informal yaitu grapevine. Sedangkan persepsi anggota organisasi terhadap proses komunikasi internal pada masa transisi perubahan status menuju Basarnas LPNK adalah anggota organisasi merasa belum mendapat pemahaman yang cukup tentang organisasi berbentuk LPNK. Namun demikian hal ini tidak mempengaruhi semangat dan suasana kerja dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi. ......The thesis deals with internal communication in a transition period of organization status change. The status change allowed more positions. The blooming positions caused the change in internal communication. From the study and analysis, it was found that the internal communication process in transition period was formal and informal communication. The formal communication was in the form of downward, upward, horizontal, and cross channel. Since the object of the study was government organization, thus the formal communication conducted was based on bureaucracy hierarchy. In the transition period, information about the process of organization change was dominated by informal communication that was grapevine. Whereas the perception of the staff related to the internal communication in the transition period was that staff did not get enough information and understanding about any detail of organization in the form of LPNK. Nevertheless, this condition did not influence the spirit and situation in conducting their main tasks and functions.
