Abstrak :
Berdasarkan data World Air Quality Report yang dirilis oleh IQAir, Jakarta termasuk ke dalam daftar kota paling berpolusi udara di dunia tahun 2023 dan berada di urutan ke-9 dengan poin 151 yang berarti kondisi udara Jakarta masuk ke dalam kategori tidak sehat. Salah satu upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemprov DKI Jakarta untuk mengatasi masalah kualitas udara tersebut adalah dengan menyediakan RTH di Jakarta. Namun, keberhasilan penyediaan RTH di DKI Jakarta tidak lepas dari faktor kepuasan masyarakat Jakarta. Adapun salah satu RTH di Jakarta yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah Taman Literasi Martha Christina Tiahahu yang terletak di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap RTH Taman Literasi Martha Tiahahu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data mixed methods melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap RTH Taman Literasi Martha Tiahahu berada pada kategori tinggi. Temuan tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil lima dimensi, yaitu dimensi recreation, aesthetic value, social relationship, sense of belonging, dan spiritual value. Hasil analisis kelima dimensi tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap setiap dimensi berada pada tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. ......Based on data from the World Air Quality Report released by IQAir, Jakarta is included in the list of the most polluted cities in the world in 2023 and was in 9th place with 151 points, which means Jakarta's air conditions fell into the unhealthy category. One of the efforts that have been made by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to overcome this air quality problem is to provide green open space in Jakarta. However, the opportunity to provide green open space in DKI Jakarta cannot be separated from the satisfaction factor of the Jakarta people. As for one of the RTH in Jakarta, which is the focus of research, is the Martha Christina Tiahahu Literacy Park which is located in South Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the level of citizen satisfaction with the RTH of Martha Tiahahu Literacy Park. This study uses a quantitative approach with mixed data collection techniques through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the level of citizen satisfaction with the green open space of the Martha Tiahahu Literacy Park is in the high category. These findings were obtained based on the results of five dimensions, namely the dimensions of recreation, aesthetic value, social relations, sense of belonging, and spiritual values. The results of the analysis of the five dimensions also show that the level of citizen satisfaction with each dimension is at a high level of satisfaction.
