"Pengelolaan obat LASA penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan risiko tingkat kesalahan pengambilan obat. Dalam melakukan penyimpanan terhadap obat-obat LASA, dapat digunakan Tall Man lettering untuk menekankan perbedaan pada obat yang memililki nama atau pengucapan suara yang sama. Tall Man lettering digunakan pada penulisan nama obat untuk menyoroti bagian perbedaan utamanya dan membantu membedakan nama-nama yang mirip. Sistem penyimpanan obat di Puskesmas Ciracas sudah memenuhi ketentuan penyimpanan obat LASA sesuai dengan Permenkes RI dan menerapkan metode Tall Man lettering pada obat LASA dengan baik.

Management of LASA drugs is important as an effort to reduce the risk of drug taking errors. In storing LASA drugs, Tall Man lettering can be used to emphasize differences in drugs that have the same name or sound pronunciation. Tall Man lettering is used in writing drug names to highlight their main differences and help distinguish similar names. The drug storage system at the Ciracas Health Center complies with the provisions for storing LASA drugs in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Health and applies the Tall Man lettering method to LASA drugs properly."

"Obat LASA (Look Alike Sound Alike) merupakan obat-obatan yang secara penampilan dan/atau bunyi mirip. Obat–obatan LASA termasuk dalam obat – obat high alert, yaitu obat yang perlu diwaspadai karena dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan/kesalahan serius dan berisiko tinggi menyebabkan dampak yang tidak diinginkan. Penyimpanan obat–obat LASA sesuai aturan menjadi penting untuk diterapkan dalam rangka menjaga keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional deskriptif dengan tahapan: pendataan obat LASA dari data “Master Obat Puskesmas Kecamatan (PKC) Duren Sawit per Mei 2023 untuk kategori “Nama Sama Kekuatan Berbeda”, “Nama Sama Sediaan Berbeda”, dan “Tall Man Lettering”; Observasi dan pendataan obat LASA kategori “Nama Berbeda Bentuk Kemasan Serupa” di ruang farmasi PKC Duren Sawit; observasi bagaimana penyimpanan obat LASA; evaluasi penyimpanan terhadap Petunjuk Teknis Standar Pelayanaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas tahun 2019. Hasilnya, obat LASA di PKC Duren Sawit terdiri dari obat: “Nama Sama Kekuatan Berbeda”, “Nama Berbeda Kemasan Serupa”, “Nama Sama Sediaan Berbeda”, dan Obat Tall Man lettering (Nama Berbeda Pengucapan Mirip). Mayoritas pasangan obat LASA telah diletakkan dijeda dengan non-LASAnya, diberi stiker LASA pada wadah obat, serta memisahkan letak penyimpanan jika berbeda sediaan atau syarat suhu penyimpanan. Namun penerapan Tall Man Lettering belum dilakukan sehingga perbaikan perlu dilakukan. Penyimpanan beberapa obat LASA di PKC Duren Sawit telah memenuhi aspek umum dan beberapa telah memnuhi aspek khusus dalam aturan penyimpanan pada Petunjuk Teknis Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas.
LASA (Look Alike Sound Alike) drugs are drugs that are similar in appearance and/or sound. LASA drugs are high alert drugs because they need to be carefully watched because of the serious errors that can happen and have a high risk of causing undesirable effects. LASA drugs storage’s rule is important to implement to maintain patient safety. This research was descriptive observational, with stages: recording LASA drug from data from the Duren Sawit District Health Center Medicine (PKC Duren Sawit) Master Data as of May 2023 for the categories "Same Name, Different Strength", "Same Name, Different Dosage Form", and "Tall Man Lettering"; Observation and data collection on LASA drugs in the "Different Names and Similar Packaging" category in the PKC Duren Sawit pharmacy room; observing how LASA medication is stored; storage evaluation towards the Standard Technical Instructions for Pharmaceutical Services at Community Health Centers in 2019. As a result, LASA drugs at PKC Duren Sawit consisted of drugs: "Same Name, Different Strengths", "Different Names, Similar Packaging", "Same Name, Different Preparations", and Tall Man Medication. lettering (Different Names Pronounced Similar). The majority of LASA drug pairs have been placed separately from their non-LASA counterparts, given a LASA sticker on the drug container, and separated storage locations if there are different preparations or storage temperature requirements. However, the implementation of Tall Man Lettering has not been carried out so improvements need to be made. The storage of several LASA drugs at PKC Duren Sawit has fulfilled the general aspects and some have fulfilled the specific aspects storage rules in the Standard Technical Instructions for Pharmaceutical Services at Community Health Centers"

"This book presents a simple analytical method based on the extended rod theory that allows the earthquake resistance of high-rise buildings to be easily and accurately evaluated at the preliminary design stage. It also includes practical software for applying the extended rod theory to the dynamic analysis of actual buildings and structures.
High-rise buildings in large cities, built on soft ground consisting of sedimentary rock, tend to have low natural frequency. If ground motion due to an earthquake occurs at distant hypocenters, the vibration wave can be propagated through several sedimentary layers and act on skyscrapers as a long-period ground motion, potentially producing a resonance phenomenon that can cause severe damage. Accordingly, there is a pressing need to gauge the earthquake resistance of existing skyscrapers and to improve their seismic performance.
This book was written by authors who have extensive experience in tall-building seismic design in Japan. The software included enables readers to perform dynamic calculations of skyscrapers resistance to vibrations. As such, it offers a valuable resource for practitioners and engineers, as well as students of civil engineering."
