ABSTRACT
Development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia has increased yearly, but this is not followed by MSME financing in Sharia banking, where the proportion is relatively decreasing in a couple years. This study aims to analyze the influence of the deposit or third party fund to MSME financing and also to analyze the implication of MSME financing to MSME financing and its impact on the profitability of Sharia banks. Sharia banks are expected to be even more active in collecting funds from third parties with various strategies that can be used. As has been discovered from the above research, the amount of fund raising to the allocation of MSME financing is also getting bigger. This study uses a Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to see the long term effect and response to shocks that occur in the studied variables. The result shows that in the short run and the long run CAR has negative and significant effect on MSME financing. TPF, NPF, BOPO and FDR have positive significant to MSME financing in the long term. TPF, CAR, NPF have positive significance to Sharia banks profitability in the long term. BOPO and NPF have positive significance in the short run. Shock to CAR is negatively responsed by MSME financing. Shock to MSME financing is negatively responsed by Sharia banks profitability (ROA) and is stable in the long term.

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan mikro yang beroperasi sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, BI rate, dan jumlah kantor pelayanan terhadap Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) BMT Ta’awun. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan laporan bulanan periode tahun 2007 hingga 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel secara simultan memberikan pengaruh terhadap DPK BMT Ta’awun, sebesar 69,4% terhadap DPK Tabungan dengan hubungan yang kuat, sebesar 21,3% terhadap DPK Total dengan hubungan yang lemah. Secara parsial, inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap seluruh DPK, BI rate berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap DPK Tabungan, dan jumlah kantor pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap DPK Tabungan dan DPK Total. ...... This study aimed to analyze the effects of inflation, BI rate, and the number of offices to the Third Party Fund (TPF) of Ta'awun BMT. The analysis used is multiple regressions, using secondary data and monthly report period 2007 to 2013. The results showed that all variables simultaneously giving effect to TPF of BMT Ta'awun, at 69.4% of the TPF Savings with strong relationship, amounting to 21.3% of the total third party funds with a weak relationship. Partially, inflation does not significantly influence to all TPF, BI rate have significant negative effect to TPF Savings, and the number of offices have positive effect to TPF Savings and TPF Total.
