Abstrak :
Bidang pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Namun harus diakui bahwa mutu pendidikan di Indonesia ternyata masih rendah. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan ini salah satu penyebabnya adalah kinerja guru yang rendah dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja guru rintisan sekolah menengah atas bertaraf internasional di provinsi lampung. Berdasarkan tujuannya penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksplanatif, karena ingin menjelaskan hubungan pola-pola yang berbeda tetapi ada keterkaitan serta menghasilkan pola hubungan sebab akibat. Dalam penelitian ini kegiatan supervisi akademik dianggap sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Kinerja Guru (Y) sebagai variabel terikatnya. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif (campuran). Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih dalam mengenai data yang tidak bisa diperoleh hanya melalui kuisioner. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan metode survey menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, Metode ini digunakan karena dalam pemilihan sampel survey akan diberikan kriteria bahwa sampel yang dipilih adalah guru-guru yang sudah pernah mendapatkan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah. Pemberian kriteria ini bertujuan agar guru yang dipilih sebagai sampel benar-benar mengetahui atau memahami topik penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 7,25% diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang guru. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liniear sederhana untuk mencari pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana disimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun secara simultan dimensi-dimensi dari variabel bebas supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap dimensi perencanaan dan persiapan, lingkungan kelas, pengajaran, dan tanggung jawab profesionalisme dari variabel terikat kinerja guru. Tetapi jika secara parsial dimensi-dimensi dari variabel supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah, hanya dimensi pendekatan kolaboratif yang berpengaruh terhadap dimensi pengajaran pada variabel kinerja guru. ......Education is a very important thing for both state and nation. This study is aimed at determining The effect of academic supervision by the supervisor to the teachers performance of the pilot senior high school of international standardn in lampung province. This study is based on the research objectives in explanative, because it wanted to explain the relationship of different patterns, but there is a relationship and to produce the pattern of causal relationships. In this research, academic supervision activities are considered as the independent variable (X) and the teacher performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Research data collection techniques were conducted by using a combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques. This is done to obtain more information on data that can not be obtained only through a questionnaire. While the data collection method used in this study is a survey method using questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Sampling techniques in the study was the purposive sampling method used, because the survey sample selection criteria was based on samples of teachers who had never received academic supervision by school inspectors. The provision was intended as the criteria chosen as a sample of teachers who would understand the purpose of this research. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with a significant level of 7.25% obtained form total sample of 100 teachers. Statistical analysis used a simple regression analysis liniear method to determine the influence of the academic supervision of teacher performance. Based on the results of the linear regression analysis, it is concluded that the academic supervision by a school superintendent has a significant effect on teacher performance. The simultaneous dimensions of the independent variable of academic supervision by a school superintendent, therefore has significant influence on planning and preparation, classroom environment, teaching, professionalism and responsibility of the dependent variable of teacher performance. But if the partial dimensions of the variable of academic supervision by school inspectors, only the collaborative approach dimensions that affect to the variable dimensions of teaching performance of teachers.

Profesionalisme guru memberikan dampak terhadap tingkat ketercapaian siswa. Peningkatan profesionalisme guru membutuhkan peran pengawas. Kepengawasan tidak dilaksanakan secara optimal karena rendahnya intensitas kunjungan pengawas ke sekolah. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui apa saja peran yang dijalankan oleh pengawas dalam peningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah; dan (2) untuk menganalisis keterkaitan peran pengawas dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung. Pengumpulan data untuk mengetahui apa saja peran yang dijalankan oleh pengawas dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima orang pengawas yang bertugas mengawas guru di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung dan lima orang guru mata pelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung sebagai triangulasi data. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kaitan peran pengawas dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terthadap lima orang guru mata pelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengawas hanya menjalankan peran sebagai konsultan dan semua pengawas tidak menjalankan peran sebagai koordinator, group-leader, dan evaluator; dan (2) peran pengawas sebagai konsultan dalam memberikan bimbingan terhadap guru dalam merancang perencanaan pengajaran memiliki keterkaitan dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam aspek teknik pengajaran. ...... This research is a qualitative study which purposes: (1) to find out which roles played by school supervisor in enhancing teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung of Bengkulu Tengah regency; and (2) to analyze the relevance of supervisor roles in enhancing teacher professionalism of SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung. In order to find out which roles played by the supervisors, the data collection were conducted through in-depth interview with five supervisors who are in charge of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung and with five teachers in the purpose of data triangulation. In order to analyze the relevance of supervisor roles in enhancing teacher professionalism, the data collection were also conducted through in-depth interview with five teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Taba Penanjung. The result of this study indicates that: (1) the supervisors play only the role of consultant. All of the supervisors do not play the role as coordinator, groupleader and evaluator; and (2) supervisor role as the consultant in which the supervisor helps teacher in designing the plan of teaching process has relevance in enhancing teacher professionalism in the aspect of teaching technique.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa persoalan mendasar yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, Berkaitan dengan isu sentral tersebut, penulis mencoba untuk mengindentifikasi secara khusus variabel yang berkontribusi terhadap pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang kemudian dijadikan fokus dalam kajian ini. Sudjana (2011:191) menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah dengan sasaran guru dalam proses pembelajaran melalui tiga kegiatan yaitu (1) memantau; (2) menilai; dan (3) membina melalui bimbingan/pelatihan. Pentingnya supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sekolah berfungsi memperbaiki kualitas mengajar guru berdasarkan pada prinsip -prinsip sistematis, berencana dan kontinyu. Menurut Yamin (2011: 35), Kualitas pembelajaran guru tercermin melalui tiga dimensi, yaitu dimensi (1).Perencanaan pengajaran, (2).Pelaksanaan pengajaran, dan (3).Penilaian pengajaran. Tujuan utama yang menjadi pembahasan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu yang seluruhnya berjumlah 183 orang, dan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 125 orang dengan teknik simple random. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup kepada responden sampel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif tentang supervisi akademik dan kualitas pembelajaran berupa skor dalam bentuk skala interval. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penleitian digunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi pengaruh tunggal aspek pemantauan pengawas terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru adalah sebesar 9,2%; kontribusi aspek penilaian sebesar 9,3%; dan kontribusi aspek pelatihan/bimbingan sebesar 7,9%; serta kontribusi supervisi akademik secara umum sebesar 10,5%; sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. ......This research is motivated by some fundamental issues related to the influence of academic supervision on the quality of learning, connection with.The central issue, the author tries to identify the specific variables that contribute to the implementation of academic supervision whi ch then become the focus in this study. Sudjana (2011:191) states that the implementation of academic supervision by school supervisions through the focus at teachers in the learning process that consists of three activities: (1) monitoring, (2) evaluation , and (3) supurvision through guidance / training. The importance of academic supervision by school supervisors work to improve the teaching quality of teachers based on the principles of systematic, planned and continuous. According to Yamin (2011: 35), quality of teacher learning reflected through three dimensions: the dimension (1).the Planning of teaching, (2).the Implementation of teaching, and (3). Assessment of teaching. The main purpose of this research study is to analyze the influence of academic supervision on the quality of teacher learning. Object of this study is the teacher of SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu to the amount of 183 people, and the number of samples taken are as many as 125 people with simple random technique. Method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents covered the study sample. The data obtained in this study is quantitative data on academic supervision and the quality of learning in the form of scores in the form of interval scale. To answer the p roblem of the studies used simple regression analysis. The conclusion from this study is that there is positive and significant single influence contributing to the regulatory aspects of monitoring teaching quality of teachers is 9.2%; contributions aspects of assessment of 9.3%, and the contribution of aspects of training / guidance of 7.9%, and the contribution of academic supervision in general by 10 , 5%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Kualitas pendidikan salah satunya ditentukan oleh guru. kompetensi profesional guru di kabupaten Karanganyar belum optimal ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji kompetensi guru dibawah standar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi guru tentang supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kompetensi profesional guru SD dikabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dimana data diperoleh dengan study dokumen dan kuisener. Populasi adalah guru SD dikabupaten karanganyar yang diambil sampel sebanyak 196 guru di 5 UPT. Kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan analisa korelasi. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru tentang supervisi akademik berhubungan dengan kompetensi profesional guru ditunjukkan t hitung > t tabel, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,371. Begitu juga tiap dimensi variabel supervisi akademik berhubungan signifikan dengan dimensi variabel kompetensi profesional guru. Kesimpulan bahwa supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kompetensi profesional guru. untuk itu saran yang diajukan Kepada a) Dikpora setempat, untuk membuat kebijakan yang lebih tegas dalam menekankan kegiatan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap guru, b) kepala sekolah untuk mengintensifkan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, c) guru untuk tidak ragu berbagi dengan rekan sejawat maupun kepala sekolah bila menghadapi permasalaham pembelajaran. ......The quality of education one of which is determined by the teacher. The professional competence of teachers in the district of Karanganyar has not been optimal. It is shown from the results of under standarize teacher competency test. The purpose of this research was to know the correlation between teachers' perceptions of academic supervision with professional competence of elementary teachers in the District of Karanganyar. This research is a survey study with quantitative approach. The data obtained by the study of documents and questionnaires. Population is the elementary teachers in district of Karanganyar, the sample is taken on 196 teachers in 5 UPT. Then the data were processed using correlation analysis. The result of analysis shows that teachers' perceptions about academic supervision correlated with the professional competence of teachers is shown t count > t table, with a correlation coefficient of 0.371. Furthermore, each of variable dimensions of academic supervision significantly relates with dimensional variables of teacher professional competency. The conclusion is that the principal academic supervision has a significant corelation to teachers' professional competence. The suggestions put forward to a) Dikpora, to make a more assertive policy in emphasizing activities academic supervision principal to the teachers, b) the principal, to intensify the implementation of academic supervision, c) teachers, to not hesitate to share with colleagues and principals when they faced learning problems.

Pendahuluan: Pasien yang dirawat di rumah sakit dengan kondisi pasien akhir kehidupan lebih sering terjadi di ruang intensif dibandingkan dengan pasien yang dirawat diruang rawat biasa karena, jika terjadi end of life akan di pindahkan ke ruang critical care. Banyaknya pasien end of life care (EoLC) diperlukan pelaksanaan supervisi pada pendokumentasian EoLC, agar kualitas pelayanan meningkat. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi terhadap pendokumentasian EoLC di ruang rawat inap. Metode: Menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat pada RS di Jakarta Selatan dengan n=212. Hasil: Rerata berumur 35,68 ± 7,232 tahun, masa kerja 12,12 ± 7,623 tahun, perempuan 78,3%, DIII Keperawatan 64,2%, perawat pelaksana 95,8%, PNS 63,2%, PK2 44,8% dan pernah mengikuti pelatihan 55,7%. Rerata pelaksanaan supervisi 51,20%, dimensi teknik 68,30%, prinsip 66,73%, model 64,47% dan kegiatan rutin 51,82% dan pendokumentasian EoLC 74,17%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pelaksanaan supervisi (teknik, prinsip, kegiatan rutin dan model supervisi) dengan pendokumentasian EoLC. Dimensi pelaksanaan supervisi dominan korelasinya adalah model supervisi dengan kekuatan sedang dan arah positif. Terdapat tiga variabel: jenis kelamin, jabatan dan model supervisi dapat meningkatkan pendokumentasian EoLC sebesar 27,8% (R² = 0,278), sedangkan sisanya dapat ditingkatkan oleh variabel lain. Persamaan pendokumentasian EoLC = 75,479 + 3,763 Jenis kelamin - 8,366 Jabatan + 2,108 Model Supervisi. Rekomendasi: Bidang keperawatan membuat program SPO pelaksanaan supervisi dan pendokumentasian EoLC agar menciptakan efektifitas layanan keperawatan yang berdampak pada kualitas dan keselamatan pasien ......Introduction: Patients who are hospitalized with end-of-life conditions are more likely to occur in the intensive care unit than patients who are treated in normal wards because, if end of life occurs, they will be transferred to the critical care room. The high number of end of life care (EoLC) patients required the supervision of EoLC documentation, so that the quality of service is improved. Objective: To identify the relationship between the implementation of supervision on EoLC documentation in the inpatient room. Methods: Using a cross sectional design with univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis in hospitals in South Jakarta with n = 212. Results: Mean age 35.68 ± 7,232 years, work period 12.12 ± 7.623 years, female 78.3%, DIII Nursing 64.2%, nurses 95.8%, civil servants 63.2%, PK2 44.8 % and have attended 55.7% training. The average implementation of supervision is 51.20%, technical dimensions are 68.30%, principles are 66.73%, models are 64.47% and routine activities are 51.82% and EoLC documentation is 74.17%. There is a significant relationship between the implementation of supervision (techniques, principles, routine activities and supervision models) with EoLC documentation. The dominant dimension of supervision is the supervision model with medium strength and positive direction. There are three variables: gender, position and supervision model can increase EoLC documentation by 27.8% (R² = 0.278), while the rest can be improved by other variables. EoLC documentation equation = 75,479 + 3,763 Gender - 8,366 Position + 2,108 Supervision Model. Recommendation: The nursing sector creates an SPO program for the implementation of EoLC supervision and documentation in order to create the effectiveness of nursing services that have an impact on patient quality and safety.

Supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu kegiatan vital yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seorang psikolog. Kegiatan supervisi klinis tercantum pada beberapa regulasi yang berkenaan dengan profesi psikolog sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang wajib dan disarankan untuk diikuti, baik oleh mahasiswa profesi psikologi hingga psikolog profesional. Oleh sebab itu, perhatian khusus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan supervisi antara supervisor dan mahasiswa menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Dengan demikian, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini berusaha untuk meneliti lebih jauh peran faktor internal supervisee, yakni counselling self-efficacy, dalam mempengaruhi hubungan antaran faktor relasional supervisor melalui gaya supervisi yang ditampilkan terhadap kepuasan supervisi atau supervisory working alliance. Terdapat 99 mahasiswa profesi psikologi yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory - Trainee Form, Supervisory Style Inventory – Trainee dan Counseling Self Estimate Inventory. Pengolahan data dengan analisis moderasi memperlihatkan bahwa counselling self-efficacy tidak ditemukan secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara gaya supervisi dan supervisory working alliance. ......Clinical supervision is a vital activity that is necessary to enhance the competence of a psychologist. Clinical supervision is mandated and recommended in various regulations related to the psychology profession, and it is considered mandatory for both psychology professional students and practicing psychologists. Therefore, special attention to the factors influencing the supervisory relationship between supervisors and students is important. Thus, the main objective of this study is to further examine the role of internal factors of supervisees, specifically counseling self-efficacy, in influencing the relationship between relational supervisor factors and supervisory working alliance through supervisory style. A total of 99 psychology professional students participated in this study. Measurement tools used in this research included the Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory - Trainee Form, Supervisory Style Inventory - Trainee, and Counseling Self-Esteem Inventory. Data analysis was conducted with moderation analysis, which revealed that counseling self-efficacy did not significantly moderate the relationship between supervisory style and supervisory working alliance.

Pengawas merupakan komponen paling menentukan dalam sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan, harus mendapat perhatian sentral, karena figur Pengawas senantiasa menjadi sorotan strategis ketika berbicara masalah pendidikan, karena Pengawas mempunyai peranan strategis dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan Supervisi Manajerial dan Supervisi Akademik sebagai variabel bebas terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Sebagai variabel terikat. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang didasarkan pada paradigma positivisme. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Dari hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Supervisi Manajerial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Mutu Pendidikan. Variabel Supervisi Akademik mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Mutu Pendidikan. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis regresi ganda ke dua-duanya baik Supervisi Manajerial maupun Supervisi Akademik mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap variabel Mutu Pendidikan di SMP Negeri se-kabupaten Indramayu. ......Supervisor is the most determinant component in the education system in a whole, should be the central attention because supervisor figure always become the strategic focus when we are talking about education problems since the supervisor is always related with any other components in education system. This research analyzed the influence of managerial supervision and academic supervision as independent variable toward education quality as dependent variable. The method used in this research is explanative. The approach of this research is quantitative which was based on the positivism paradigm. The technique of data gathering is through questionnaire and interview. The data analysis technique used was regression. The result of regression analysis shows that managerial supervision variable partially has significant influence toward education quality. Academic supervision variable has significant influence toward education quality. While based on multiple regression analisys both managerial supervision and academic supervision has significant influence toward education quality at SMPN in Indramayu regency.
