Abstrak :
Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh di Indonesia serta pelaksanaanya dalam praktik di tingkat perusahaan Indosat Ooredoo. Dalam hal ini Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo telah melaksanakan hal-hal yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan namun ternyata hal-hal yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dapat disimpangi dalam Anggaran rumah tangga Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo mengenai keanggotaan Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo yang terbatas pada Pekerja/Buruh tetap. Skripsi ini berfokus pada peran Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh bagi pekerja/buruh di PT. Indosat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh terutama di PT. Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang dinamika Pusat Organisasi Buruh (POB) dari awal berdirinya hingga organisasi ini melakukan fusi organisasi (1950-1952). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah, dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber primer seperti surat kabar sezaman, dan arsip-arsip pemerintah, serta sumber sekunder seperti buku dan jurnal. Hasil perjanjian Konferensi Meja Bundar (KMB) yang banyak merugikan Indonesia salah satunya pada bidang perekonomian dengan masih menguasainya perusahaan Belanda di Indonesia yang sering tidak memedulikan nasib buruh yang berada didalamnya dan diperburuk dengan tidak adanya peraturan perburuhan yang mengikat saat itu. Hal itu membuat banyak buruh yang biasanya dikoordinir oleh serikat buruh melakukan aksi pemogokan kepada pihak perusahaan untuk menuntut haknya. POB yang sebelumnya merupakan serikat buruh etnis Tionghoa yang bernama Sin Ming Lao Kung Hui yang berganti nama pada tahun 1949 karena bertambahnya anggota non-tionghoa dalam organisasi. POB sebagai vakcentral buruh Jakarta banyak menghadapi tantangan dalam memperjuangkan hak-hak buruh di bawah naungannya. Dari perselisihan dengan serikat buruh lain, pihak perusahaan yang tidak mau melakukan perundingan, dan peraturan larangan mogok yang sangat melanggar hak buruh. POB melihat dominasi Sentral Organisasi Buruh Seluruh Indonesia (SOBSI) dalam politik perburuhan Indonesia mendorong organisasi ini melakukan fusi organisasi dengan Badan Pusat Serikat Sekerja (BPSS) menjadi Pusat Serikat-Serikat Buruh Indonesia (PSBI). Kemudian PSBI dengan Gabungan Serikat Buruh Indonesia (GSBI) membentuk dewan pimpinan dengan nama Dewan Serikat-Serikat Buruh Indonesia yang independent dan tidak berafiliasi dengan partai politik manapun. ......This study discusses the dynamics of the Central Labor Organization (POB) from its inception until this organization underwent organizational fusion (1950-1952). This study uses historical research methods, by collecting primary sources such as contemporary newspapers and government archives, as well as secondary sources such as books and journals. The results of the Round Table Conference (KMB) agreements caused a lot of harm to Indonesia, one of which was in the economic sector, with Dutch companies still in control in Indonesia, who often did not care about the fate of the workers who were in it and was exacerbated by the absence of binding labor regulations at that time. This causes many workers, who are usually coordinated by the union, to strike against the company to demand their rights. POB which was previously a Chinese ethnic labor union named Sin Ming Lao Kung Hui which changed its name in 1949 due to the increase in non-Chinese members in the organization. POB as a workers' vaccentral in Jakarta faces many challenges in fighting for labor rights under its auspices. From disputes with other labor unions, companies that do not want to negotiate, and regulations prohibiting strikes that seriously violate workers' rights. POB sees the dominance of the Central Indonesian Labor Organization (SOBSI) in Indonesian labor politics, pushing this organization to merge with the Central Union of Worker Unions (BPSS) to become the Center for Indonesian Trade Unions (PSBI). Then PSBI and the Association of Indonesian Trade Unions (GSBI) formed a leadership council under the name of the Council of Indonesian Trade Unions which was independent and not affiliated with any political party.

Abstrak :
Kriminalisasi protes buruh dan serikat buruh bukanlah wacana baru di Indonesia. Kriminalisasi protes dilakukan oleh pengusaha dan negara. Kriminalisasi protes oleh pengusaha dilakukan untuk menekan buruh agar tidak menuntut hak mereka. Kriminalisasi protes oleh negara menunjukkan keberpihakan negara terhadap pemilik modal yaitu pengusaha. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mencoba mengungkap bentuk-bentuk kriminalisasi protes yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha dan negara melalui sudut pandang lain yaitu Kriminologi Kritis sebab kriminologi Kritis melihat kejahatan didefinisikan oleh penguasa. Ragam penelitian unobstrusive methods dan tipe penelitian explanatory dipilih peneliti untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang ada dengan menggunakan kerangka pikir yang telah peneliti susun. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah turut serta menyumbangkan kekerasan secara struktural kepada mereka melalui kebijakan yang dibuatnya bahkan melalui aparat militernya. ......Criminalization of labor protest and trade union is not a new discourse in Indonesia. The criminalization of protest conducted by employers and the state. The criminalization of protest by the employer do to suppress the rights of workers to sue their. The criminalization of protest by the government stood for the state againts the owner of business capital. Therefore, this study tried to reveal the form of criminalization of protest that made employers and government through another point of view namely Critical Criminology because Critical Criminology look at crime defined by the authorities. Varieties of research studies and unobstrusive research selected researcher to analyse the existing problems by using a framework that researcher collated. The result showed that the Government participated in the structural violence contribute to them through policy making even through its military forces.
