Abstrak :
Semakin berkembangnya bisnis suatu perusahaan, semakin pentingnya peran pemasok dalam mendukung kinerja operasional suatu perusahaan. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja, maka perusahaan perlu melakukan seleksi pemasok yang sudah atau yang akan terlibat. Hal ini menjadi alasan diperlukan adanya seleksi pemasok dalam manajemen rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian dalam Tesis ini mensimulasikan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP sebagai model pemgambilan keputusan seleksi pemasok untuk pengadaan langsung di Universitas. Metode AHP dalam Tesis ini mempunyai beberapa kriteria, sub-kriteria, dan alternatif, dimana menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner sebagai sumber data utama. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Kualitas/Teknis merupakan kriteria paling penting. Untuk kriteria Harga dan Profil Pemasok menjadi kriteria pendukung dalam memilih pemasok terbaik. Dan sebagai contoh untuk model pengambilan keputusan di penelitian ini, PT Bhinneka menjadi pemasok dengan kinerja terbaik untuk pengadaan komputer di Universitas. ......As the company grows, role of suppliers in supporting the operational performance of a company becomes more important. In order to improve the quality of the performance, the company needs to filter the suppliers which have been or will be involved in the process. This has become the reason to filter the suppliers in company rsquo s supply chain management.The research in this thesis simulates the Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP as a model for decision making in suppliers selection for direct procurement at the University. AHP method in this thesis has several criteria, sub criteria, and alternative, which uses interviews and questionnaires as the main data source. The results of this study indicate that the criteria of Quality Technical is the most important criterion. Price and Suppliers rsquo Profile become supporting criteria in selecting the best suppliers. And as an example of decision making model in this study, PT Bhinneka becomes the supplier with the best performance for the procurement of computers at the University.

[Seiring dengan berkembangnya bisnis di suatu perusahaan, akan bertambah rumit dan penting peran pemasok (supplier) dalam menunjang dan mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan tersebut. Agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja, perusahaan perlu menjaga dan meningkatkan pula kinerja dari pemasok, hal tersebut menjadi alasan diperlukannya seleksi pemasok pada manajemen rantai pasok. Penelitian dalam Tesis ini mensimulasikan metode pengambilan keputusan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) dengan kinerja terbaik di perusahaan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) hulu migas, CNOOC SES Ltd. Metode AHP pada Tesis ini melibatkan beberapa kriteria, sub-kriteria dan alternatif yang tersedia, dimana menggunakan instrumen kuesioner sebagai sumber data utama. Setelah dilakukan seleksi pemasok menggunakan pendekatan AHP, akan didapatkan pemasok yang memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan alternatif pemasok lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa kriteria penentu utama dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal AHTS adalah kualitas dan kepatuhan. Sedangkan kriteria ketanggapan dan harga/biaya menjadi kriteria pendukung dalam menyeleksi pemasok sewa kapal AHTS di CNOOC SES Ltd. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan PT. Oceanindo Prima Sarana merupakan pemasok sewa kapal AHTS dengan kinerja terbaik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pembobotan AHP yang menyatakan bahwa pemasok tersebut memiliki nilai yang paling unggul dibandingkan dengan pemasok lainnya, baik pada kriteria utama maupun kriteria pendukung.;As the development in a company keeps growing, the complexity and importance of supplier role in supporting company?s operational activities will be increased as well. To gain and increase the quality of performance, a company must also maintain and improve its supplier performance, which become the main reason to implement supplier selection in its supply chain management. This thesis simulate the application of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in supplier selection of Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel rental service providers with best performance, in an upstream oil and gas company, CNOOC SES Ltd. AHP method applied in this research involving several criterias, sub-criterias, and available alternatives, in which using questionnaire instrument as its main data source. The result from this research shows that quality and compliance are the main criterias for AHTS vessels supplier selection. Meanwhile, responsiveness and price/cost are supporting criterias for AHTS vessels supplier selection in CNOOC SES Ltd. The final result of this research also shows PT. Oceanindo Prima Sarana is an AHTS vessel supplier who has the best performance.
