In a highly competing business and business environment uncertainty, firms are demanded to look for a right and perfect strategy to anticipate it. Unfortunately, not every firm has a strategy, especially small firms. PT. XYZ is a small family business that doing business in electrical and mechanical contracting for 28 years. In the last two years, the revenue of PT. XYZ has declined. To anticipate the continuous decline, PT. XYZ needs a strategy. Strategy for PT. XYZ is made through strategy formulation?s tools which are SWOT Matrix and SPACE Matrix that use input from EFE Matrix and IFE Matrix.

Tingginya persaingan dunia usaha dan ketidakpastian lingkungan usaha saat ini menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk mencari strategi apa yang paling tepat dan sesuai untuk mengatasinya. Sayangnya, tidak semua perusahaan mempunyai strategi, apalagi perusahaan dengan skala kecil. PT. Dalam dua tahun terakhir, pendapatan usaha PT. XYZ mulai menurun. Untuk menghindari turunnya pendapatan usaha yang berkelanjutan, PT. XYZ memerlukan sebuah strategi. Strategi untuk PT. XYZ dibuat dengan menggunakan alat formulasi strategi yaitu SWOT Matrix dan SPACE Matrix yang menggunakan input dari EFE Matrix dan IFE Matrix.

Abstrak :
This is the fifth and revised edition of a well-received textbook that aims at bridging the gap between the engineering course of tensor algebra on the one hand and the mathematical course of classical linear algebra on the other hand. In accordance with the contemporary way of scientific publication, a modern absolute tensor notation is preferred throughout. The book provides a comprehensible exposition of the fundamental mathematical concepts of tensor calculus and enriches the presented material with many illustrative examples. As such, this new edition also discusses such modern topics of solid mechanics as electro- and magnetoelasticity.
