Abstrak :
Dislipidemia menyebabkan abnormalitas pada lemak darah seperti peningkatan Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-c). Pajanan SMF berpengaruh pada membran untuk memodulasi jumlah Ca2+ intraseluler melalui jalur calmodulin sehingga mempengaruhi ekspresi gen yang memodulasi degradasi LDL-c. Protein Sterol-regulatory element-binding protein-2 (SREBP-2) merupakan protein yang berperan dalam regulasi kolesterol dan sebagai faktor transkripsi dari gen Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) untuk berikatan dengan LDL-c yang ada di plasma darah, sehingga berkaitan dengan kadar LDL-c. Tujuan peneitian ini melihat efek pajanan SMF dengan Bmax=2mT selama 1 jam/hari dalam mempengaruhi efek biologis sel sehingga mempengaruhi kadar kalsium, Ekspresi SREBP-2 dan LDLR. Mencit C57BL/6J jantan dibagi menjadi kelompok pakan normal dan High Fat Diet (HFD). Kelompok HFD dibagi menjadi kelompok Obes (0,2,7,14,dan21) berdasarkan hari pajanan. Kemudian diambil plasma untuk untuk melihat Kolesterol dan LDL-c dan organ hati untuk analisis kalsium dan ekspresi SREBP-2 dan LDLR. Terdapat perubahan kadar kolesterol dan LDL-c pada plasma darah secara signifikan P<0.05 dan cenderung mengalami peningkatan kadar kalsium, ekspresi LDLR, dan SREBP-2, pada kelompok pajan dibandingkan dengan kontrol P>0.05. Oleh karena itu, pajanan SMF berpengaruh terhadap kadar total kolesterol dan LDL-c pada sirkulasi darah serta mempengaruhi kadar kalsium, ekspresi protein SREBP-2, dan ekspresi gen LDLR. As a transcription factor of the Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR) gene binds to LDL-c in blood plasma, it is related to LDL-c levels. This study aimed to look at the effect of exposure to SMF with Bmax=2mT for 1 hour/day in influencing the biological effects of cells, thereby affecting calcium levels, SREBP-2, and LDLR expression. Male C57BL/6J mice were divided into standard and high-fat diet (HFD) groups. The HFD group was divided into obese groups (0,2,7,14, and 21) based on the day of exposure. Then plasma was taken to see Cholesterol and LDL-c and liver for calcium analysis and SREBP-2 and LDLR expression. There were significant changes in blood plasma cholesterol and LDL-c levels P<0.05 and tended to have increased calcium levels, LDLR expression, and SREBP-2 in the exposure group compared to controls P>0.05. Therefore, SMF exposure affects total cholesterol and LDL-c levels in the blood circulation and affects calcium levels, SREBP-2 protein expression, and LDLR gene expression. Effect of SMF exposure on total cholesterol, LDL-c, calcium levels, SREBP-2, and LDLR expression. Depending on the length of exposure, in this study, the optimal exposure time was 7 days.

Abstrak :
Obesitas merupakan salah satu penyakit gangguan metabolisme yang disebabkan oleh akumulasi lemak berlebih di jaringan adiposa. Obesitas memiliki faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelainan metabolik yang mengakibatkan resistensi insulin seperti penyakit Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 (DMT2). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh mencit obes yang berisiko DMT2 setelah dipajan oleh Static Magnetic Field (SMF). Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorium secara in vivo dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian berupa mencit jantan galur C57BL/6J berumur 12 hingga 18 minggu yang diberi pakan standar dan pakan tinggi lemak (HFD) lalu dipajan SMF 2 mT selama 2, 7, 14, dan 21 hari dengan durasi waktu 1 jam/hari. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pajanan SMF terhadap glukosa darah, kadar HbA1c, ekspresi protein DPP4, gen Caveolin-1, GLUT4 dan kalsium. Analisis statistik untuk uji glukosa darah dan kadar HbA1c menggunakan Paired sample t test atau Wilcoxon. Analisis statistik untuk selisih glukosa darah, kadar HbA1c, ekspresi protein DPP4, gen Caveolin-1, gen GLUT4, kadar kalsium menggunakan One way ANOVA atau Kruskal-Wallis. Apabila berbeda bermakna maka dilanjutkan dengan Uji Post Hoc atau Mann-Whitney. Uji korelasi antara ekspresi protein DPP4 dengan Ekspresi Gen Caveolin-1 dan GLUT4 dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson (p>0,05). Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pajanan SMF pada mencit obes berpengaruh terhadap glukosa darah, kadar HbA1c, ekspresi protein DPP4 dan kalsium (p<0,05). Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada ekspresi gen Caveolin-1 dan GLUT4 setelah diberikan pajanan SMF (p>0,05). Pajanan SMF yang terbaik ditunjukkan pada kelompok mencit obes yang dipajan SMF selama 7 hari dapat mempengaruhi glukosa darah, kadar HbA1c, ekspresi protein DPP4, gen Caveolin-1 dan GLUT4 menurun serta peningkatan dalam kadar kalsium. ......Obesity is one of the metabolic disorders caused by the accumulation of excess fat in adipose tissue. Obesity has risk factors associated with metabolic disorders resulting in insulin resistance, such as Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). This study aimed to examine the effect of static magnetic field (SMF) exposure on obesity-prone mice with T2DM susceptibility. The research design involved an in vitro laboratory experimental stuy using  C57BL/6J male mice aged 12 to 18 weeks, fed standard and high-fat diets (HFD), followed by exposure to a 2 mT SMF for duration of 2, 7, 14, and 21 days, with each exposure lasting 1 hour per day. This study  observed the effects of SMF exposure on blood glucose, HbA1c levels, DPP4 protein, Caveolin-1 and GLUT4 genes expression, and calcium level. Statistical analysis for blood glucose and HbA1c levels used paired sample t-test or Wilcoxon. Differences in blood sugar, HbA1c levels, DPP4 protein, Caveolin-1 and GLUT4 genes expression, and calcium levels were analyzed using One-way ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis. If significant differences are found, Post Hoc or Mann-Whitney tests were conducted. The correlation test between DPP4 protein with Caveolin-1 and GLUT4 genes expression were conducted using Pearson correlation (p>0,05). The research indicated that SMF exposure in obese mice significantly influences blood glucose, HbA1c levels, DPP4 protein, and calcium (p<0.05). There were no significant differences observed in the expression of Caveolin-1 and GLUT4 genes after SMF exposure (p>0.05). The most effective SMF exposure duration was observed in the obese mice group exposed to SMF for 7 days, resulting in decreased blood glucose, HbA1c levels, DPP4 protein, Caveolin-1 and GLUT4 genes expression, as well as increased calcium.

Peningkatan prevalensi karies gigi terutama disebabkan karena adanya perubahan-perubahan dalam pola makan dari makanan berserat menjadi makanan mudah melekat pada permukaan gigi. Bila seseorang malas untuk membersihkan giginya setelah makan makanan yang manis dan lengket, maka sisa-sisa makanan tersebut akan diubah menjadi asam oleh bakteri yang terdapat dalam mulut, kemudian dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya karies gigi. Menurut Matram (2007), berdasarkan SKRT 2004, penyebab tingginya prevalensi karies hanya sedikit orang Indonesia mengerti cara menyikat gigi benar (10%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh kebiasaan menyikat gigi terhadap status pengalaman karies dengan menganalisis data Rriskesdas 2007. Dalam Penelitian ini terdapat 198.023 responden berusia 35 tahun ke atas yang diperiksa giginya Desain penelitian cross sectional, populasi adalah seluruh penduduk Indonesia tahun 2007. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan distribusi frekuensi karakteristik responden, responden yang mempunyai gigi yang sehat, DMF-T = 0 adalah hanya 11,76 % dan responden yang mengalami kerusakan gigi atau DMF-T  1 adalah sebanyak 88,24%. Prevalensi pengalaman karies paling tinggi terjadi pada kelompok umur 65 tahun ke atas yaitu 96,51%. Pada kelompok yang menyikat gigi 1x/hari 1,063 kali berisiko terjadinya kerusakan gigi dibanding sikat gigi 2x/hari. Kelompok yang jarang menyikat gigi 1,23 kali berisiko terjadinya kerusakan gigi dibandingkan yg sikat gigi 2x/hari. Setelah dikontrol oleh variabel umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Sebaiknya masyarakat menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya dengan rajin menyikat gigi 2 kali sehari yaitu setelah makan pagi dan sebelum tidur malam untuk dapat mengurangi terjadinya karies gigi. ...... When someone lazy to clean his teeth after eating sweet or sticky foods, the leftovers will be converted into acid by bacteria contained in the mouth, and can cause dental caries. According Matram (2007), based on the 2004 Household Health Survey, the cause of the high prevalence of caries in Indonesia that few people understand how to brush teeth correctly (10%). The purpose of this study is to see the effect of tooth brushing habits of the status of caries experience by analyzing the data Riskesdas 2007. In this study there were 198 023 respondents aged 35 years and over who checked his teeth cross sectional study design, population is the entire population of Indonesia in 2007. The analysis used is multiple logistic regression. The results based on the frequency distribution characteristics of respondents, respondents who have healthy teeth, DMF-T = 0 is only 11.76% and the respondents who experienced damage to their teeth or DMF-T  1 is as much as 88.24%. The highest prevalence of caries experience occurred at age group 65 years and over is 96.51%. In the group that tooth brushing 1 times/day 1.063 times the risk of tooth decay than two times/day toothbrush. Groups who rarely brush my teeth 1.23 times the risk of tooth decay compared to toothbrush who 2times/day. Once controlled by the variables of age, gender, education and employment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan strategi Marketing Public Relations PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) atau SMF dalam mempromosikan instrument EBA Ritel. Dengan menggunakan strategi kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini menguraikan bagaimana strategi SMF dalam membangun citra pada kualitas serta pelayanan produknya. Penelitian ini berargumen bahwa SMF telah melakukan tiga strategi Marketing Public Relations yaitu push, pull dan pass. Ketiga aspek dalam strategi tersebut saling berpengaruh dalam mendukung efektivitas kegiatan marketing komunikasi dalam membentuk awareness baik kepada produk maupun korporasi. Perencanaan pengemasan program komunikasi yang selaras dengan tujuan pemasaran produk serta arah kebijakan perusahaan menjadi penting dalam menciptakan efektivitas strategi Marketing Public Relations untuk membentuk citra produk investasi yang terpercaya, aman, menguntungkan dan mudah dipahami publik. ......The aims from this study are to explain the implementation of the Marketing Public Relations strategy of PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) or SMF in promoting RMBS Retail By using a descriptive qualitative strategy with a case study method. This study describes how SMF's strategy in building an image on the quality and service of its products. This study argues that SMF has implemented three Marketing Public Relations strategies, namely push, pull and pass. The three aspects of the strategy influence each other in supporting the effectiveness of marketing communication activities in creating awareness for both products and corporations. Planning for packaging communication programs that are in line with product marketing objectives and the direction of company policies is important in creating an effective Marketing Public Relations strategy to form an image of investment products that are trusted, safe, profitable, and easily understood by the public.
