Pelaksanaan Eksekusi Keputusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia (MA-RI) No. 125K/TUN/2004 tertanggal 20 Pebruari 2006 yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap,tidak berjalan dengan semestinya. Putusan yang terkait dengan sengketa tanah terletak di Kelurahan Sriwedari, Kecamatan Laweyan, Kota Surakarta - yang sejak tahun 2000 dikuasai oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kotamadya Surakarta (Pemerintah Kota Solo) secara yuridis dan fisik -dimenangkan oleh ahli waris almarhum Raden Mas Tumenggung (RMT) Wirdjodiningrat,sampai dengan April 2010 belum juga dapat dilaksanakan. Keputusan MA-RI tahun 2006 tersebut membatalkan eksistensi dari Sertipikat No.11 dan 15/Kelurahan Sriwedari yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia pada tahun 2000.Oleh karena putusan MA-RI sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap, seharusnya secara administratifBadan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) tinggal melaksanakan pembatalan kedua sertipikat tersebut agar dapat memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pemegang haknya. Upaya hukum yang bisa dilakukan oleh para ahliwaris alm. RMT Wirdjodiningrat saat ini adalah dengan melaksanakan ketentuan pasal 55 ayat 2, pasal 57 Perka No. 3 Tahun 2011. Bila dalam waktu 2 bulan sejak permohonan diajukan oleh para ahliwaris tidak dilaksanakan dengan sukarela oleh BPN, maka upaya hukum yang disarankan untuk ditempuh adalah: (1) meminta Gubernur/Menteri Dalam Negeri/Presiden Republik Indonesia untuk mengosongkan tanah sengketa menggunakan ketentuan pasal 4 UU No.51 PRP Tahun 1960; (2) melaporkan PemKot Solo (Pemerintah Daerah Kodya Surakarta) kepada Komisi Ombudsman berdasarkan UU No.37 Tahun 2008; (3) Melaporkan kepada Komnas HAM sesuai UU No. 26 Tahun 2000 karena hak asasinya atas tanah miliknya dilanggar oleh PemKot Solo. ABSTRACT
The enforcement of Supreme Court?s Decision number 125k/TUN/2004 dated February 20, 2006, which is legal and binding, did not well executed as planned. The decision in regard to land dispute situated in Sriwedari Village, Laweyan Subdistrict, Surakarta ? which since year 2000 has been under the possession of Surakarta Regional Government (Solo Local Government) physically and juristically ? that was secured in favor of the heir of Raden Mas Tumenggung (RMT) Wirjodiningrat, up until now was still not being carried out. The Supreme Court?s Decision of year 2006 nullified the prevailing Certificate number 11 and number 15 of Sriwedari Village issued by the Republic of Indonesia National Land Agency on the year 2000. Based on the fact that the Supreme Court?s Decision is final and binding, the National Land Agency of Republik of Indonesia is administratively obliged to execute the annulment of the two certificates in order to provide legal certainty to the heir of RMT Wirjodiningrat as the title right bearer. Remedy the heirs of RMT Wirjodiningrat can seek is to achieve Article 55 Paragraph 2, Article 57 Head of National Land Agency Regulation Number 3 Year 2011. Provided that within 2 (two) months period since the appeal is filed by the heirs, and the National Land Agency still dismisses such appeal, the remedies advisable to pursue are: (1) to request the Governor/Minister of Domestic Affairs/President of the Republic of Indonesia to evacuate land in dispute exercising the provision of Article 4 Law Number 51 Substitute for Government Regulation Law Year 1960; (2) to report Solo Local Government (Surakarta Regional Government) to the Ombudsman Commission in accordance to Law Number 37 Year 2008; (3) to report to the National Commission of Human Rights in accordance to Law Number 26 Year 2000 based on the fact that a human right on a land was violated by the Solo Local Government., The enforcement of Supreme Court’s Decision number 125k/TUN/2004 dated February 20, 2006, which is legal and binding, did not well executed as planned. Steel industry is a strategic sector in the economy of a country. Steel industry in Indonesia has not been able to fulfill their domestic demand that is still necessary to import steel product. However, many of these imported products are sold at dumping prices, especially those from china giving rise to unfair trade. One of trade remedy measures as a result of unfair trade remedies can recover trough the imposition of antidumping duty. In 2013, Indonesia imposes antidumping duty for Cold Rolled Coil/ Sheet (CRC/S) from China and other countries. Imposition of antidumping duty will be analyzed descriptively with the antidumping agreement conformity. While, it cannot be denied that political factors also determine imposition of antidumping duty. It is need to use analytical theory of justice in order to enforce fair-trade

Latar Belakang: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) merupakan penyakit autoimun kronik, menyerang sel dan jaringan tubuh sendiri, sehingga menyebabkan inflamasi serta kerusakan jaringan atau organ. SLE dapat menyerang multiorgan dengan gejala sistemik dan mulut yang sangat bervariasi. Keluhan pasien SLE di dalam rongga mulut dapat berupa mulut terasa terbakar, xerostomia, sore mouth, dan masalah lainnya. Terapi Kortikosteroid merupakan terapi utama yang hampir semua pasien SLE mengkonsumsinya, untuk mengurangi inflamasi dan kerusakan jaringan yang terkait dengan reaksi autoimun. Sehingga keluhan di mulut yang dirasakan penderita SLE dapat saja akibat dari penyakitnya, namun dapat juga sebagai akibat dari efek obat yang harus terus dikonsumsi dalam jangka panjang bahkan seumur hidup. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gejala, jenis edikasi, keluhan di mulut, serta kemungkinan efek penggunaan obat jangka panjang pada Odapus yang bergabung di Yayasan Lupus Indonesia (YLI) periode 13 November- 4 Desember 2008. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif, dengan pengambilan data secara potong lintang, menggunakan kuesioner dan pemeriksaan klinis ekstra dan intra oral. Selain itu untuk mengetahui adanya xerostomia dilakukan pengukuran kuantitas saliva tanpa stimulasi. Hasil: Diperoleh 30 subyek penderita SLE, terdiri 4 orang laki-laki dan 26 perempuan. Usia berkisar antara 17 tahun sampai 49 tahun atau rata-rata usia adalah 33 tahun. Sebagian besar subyek berpendidikan tinggi yaitu mencapai tingkat perguruan tinggi sebesar 66%. Distribusi gejala berdasarkan kriteria ACR sesuai 5 urutan tertinggi meliputi: Anti ds-DNA dan LE positif, Titer ANA positif, Artritis, Bercak discoid dan ulserasi di mulut. Kortikosteroid dikonsumsi secara rutin oleh 27 orang (90%) subyek dengan dosis yang bervariasi (0,5-32 mg). Obat lain adalah golongan imunosupresan, asam salisilat, dan antasida. Dari pemeriksaan kelenjar limfe submandibula, submental dan servikal lebih banyak yang teraba tetapi tidak sakit dibandingkan yang tidak teraba. Penurunan kuantitas saliva dialami oleh 90 % subyek dengan tingkat sedang sampai buruk. Lesi oral tidak banyak dijumpai yang terkait manifestasi SLE, karena telah dikendalikan oleh obat kortikosteroid dan imunosupresan dengan dosis tertentu sebagai pemeliharaan dalam jangka panjang. Beberapa subyek mengalami lesi putih dan beberapa lainnya kehilangan integritas mukosa yang kemungkinan berkaitan dengan efek obat jangka panjang. Simpulan: Dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pasien SLE adalah perempuan. Ulser oral merupakan salah satu gejala dari kriteria ACR yang paling banyak dikeluhkan saat penelitian. Pembesaran kelenjar yang ada pada pasien bisa diakibatkan SLE yang menyerang getang bening. Lesi dapat terjadi pada saat penggunaan obat karena efek obat yang dapat menekan imun tubuh Odapus, hingga tubuh maupun bagian oral Odapus secara umum mudah terserang infeksi.
Background: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease that the immune system attacks cells and tissues or organs of their own body. It can cause inflammation and organ or tissue damages. SLE can attack multiorgan with varieties in systemic and oral condition. Oral complains of SLE patients in mouth cavity include burning sensation, xerostomia, sore mouth, etc. orticosteroid therapy is the first therapy for most SLE patients to reduce inflammation and tissue damages related to autoimmune disease. So, oral signs and symptoms of SLE patients can be caused by the disease, but it can be also side effects of long-term or even life-time consumed corticosteroids. Objective: to know symptoms, remedy, oral complains and the possibility of long term medication effect of patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus at Indonesian Lupus Foundation from November 13th until December 4th 2008. Method: descriptive research using questioner and clinical examinations including extra- and intraoral examinations. To diagnose xerostomia, saliva quantity measurement without stimulation is done. Results: There are 30 respondents which are SLE patients consist of 4 men and 26 women. Their ages are between 17 and 49 years or it can be said that the average age is 33 years. Most of them are well educated (66% of them is bachelor). Symptom distribution based on ACR criteria arranged from the top five including Anti ds-DNA and LE positive, ANA positive, Arthritis, discoid spot and ulceration in the mouth. Corticosteroid is consumed routinely by 27 subjects (90%) with variety in doses (0.5-32 mg). Another drugs used are mmunosuppressan, salicylate acid, and antacid. From submandible, submental, and cervical limp gland examination, it is found that the limp glands are more frequently touched but unhurt. The decreasing of saliva quantity from moderate until severe level is encountered in 90% subjects. Few oral lesions are related to SLE manifestation because it is controlled by corticosteroid and immunosuppressan in particular dose and long tem consumption. Several subjects have white lesions and other subjects loose their mucosa integrity that related to long term drug consumption. Conclusion: From this research, it is found that in general SLE patients are women. Oral ulceration is one of the symptoms based on ACR criteria and is most frequently found in the examinations. Limp enlargement on SLE patients can be caused by the SLE that attacks the limp gland. On the other side, the lesions can be caused by drugs consumptions since the drugs can suppress the immune system of SLE patients that the body and oral cavity of SLE patients in general are easily infected.

Industri tekstil merupakan sektor strategis dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Industri tekstil di Indonesia saat ini belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan domestik akan produk tekstil, sehingga masih diperlukan impor produk tersebut. Namun, banyak dari produk impor tersebut dijual dengan harga dumping sehingga menimbulkan unfair trade. Salah satu tindakan trade remedies akibat adanya unfair trade dapat dilakukan melalui pengenaan bea masuk anti dumping. Pengenaan Bea Masuk Anti Dumping untuk produk tekstil sampai saat ini masih sedikit sekali dibandingkan dengan produk-produk dalam negeri lainnya. Pengenaan Bea Masuk Antidumping terhadap produk tekstil yang baru saja ditetapkan oleh Indonesia di tahun 2015 ini ialah terhadap produk Spin Drawn Yarn dari Malaysia. Pengenaan bea masuk antidumping tersebut akan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan melihat kesesuaiannya dengan Antidumping Agreement dan nantinya akan di kaitkan dengan kerugian yang terjadi pada industri tekstil di Indonesia.
