Abstrak :
Studi ini mempelajari pemanfaatan energi terbarukan menggunakan Wave Energy Converter dengan   floating absorber dalam memanfaatkan energi gelombang laut. Penelitian ini melibatkan kinematika silinder dan hidrodinamika pada badan floating absorber dengan menerapkan teori aliran potensial, serta mengevaluasi pengaruh dari variasi rasio diameter dengan draft yang berbeda. Boundary element method menggunakan simulasi Ansys Aqwa. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menganalisis Respons Amplitude Operator (RAO) dan gaya hidrodinamika dengan variasi draft untuk menentukan desain yang optimal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio lengan WEC terhadap silinder hidrolik memiliki nilai 1,23 dan variasi draft floating absorber yang optimal adalah 1,00 dengan mepertimbangkan karakteristik gelombang. ......This study studies the utilization of renewable energy using a Wave Energy Converter with a floating absorber in utilizing ocean wave energy. This study involves cylinder kinematics and hydrodynamics of the floating absorber body by applying potential flow theory, as well as evaluating the effect of variations in diameter ratio with different drafts. Boundary element method using Ansys Aqwa simulation. Furthermore, this study analyzes the Amplitude Operator Response (RAO) and hydrodynamic forces with variations in draft to determine the optimal design. The results of the analysis show that the ratio of the WEC arm to the hydraulic cylinder has a value of 1.23 and the optimal variation of the floating absorber draft is 1.00 taking into account the wave characteristics

Abstrak :
Badan Standar, Kurikulum, dan Asesmen Pendidikan (BSKAP) merupakan salah satu unit utama dalam struktur organisasi Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek), yang mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan penyusunan standar, kurikulum, dan asesmen pendidikan serta pengelolaan sistem perbukuan. Dalam mendukung tugas dan fungsinya, BSKAP memiliki program pada rencana strategis organisasi untuk menerapkan manajemen pengetahuan (KM). Meskipun demikian, hingga saat ini penerapan KM belum terealisasi karena tidak yakin sepenuhnya mengenai kesiapan organisasi. Sehingga untuk mencapai keberhasilan perlu dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kesiapan penerapan KM di BSKAP. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain exploratory. Model penelitian ini dikembangkan berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya dan hasil validasi pakar. Terdapat 22 faktor yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan penerapan KM di BSKAP, yaitu motivasi (individu dan pimpinan), sumber daya manusia (SDM), komitmen (individu dan pimpinan), inovasi dan kreativitas, goodwill (pimpinan), integritas, performance expectancy, effort expectance, social expectancy, penghargaan, kebijakan, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kerja sama, lingkungan, monitoring dan evaluasi, network, kesempatan, anggaran, change management, IT, dan sarana prasarana. Data dikumpulkan dari 382 pegawai BSKAP dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, didapatkan nilai kesiapan penerapan KM di BSKAP adalah sebesar 80,6% atau masuk dalam level receptive menurut skala Rao. Level ini memiliki arti bahwa BSKAP telah siap dalam menerapkan KM, namun masih dapat melakukan peningkatan kesiapan menuju pada level optimal. Salah satu bentuk peningkatan kesiapan tersebut adalah melakukan pembenahan pada faktor sumber daya manusia. ......The Educational Standards, Curriculum and Assessment Agency (BSKAP) is one of the main units in the organizational structure of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, which has the task of organizing the preparation of standards, curriculum, and educational assessments as well as the management of the bookkeeping system. In supporting its duties and functions, BSKAP has a program in the organization's Strategic Plan to implement knowledge management (KM). However, until now BSKAP has not realized it because it is not fully sure about the readiness of the organization. So that to achieve success, measurement of the level of readiness for the application of KM in BSKAP is carried out. This study uses an exploratory design. This research model was developed based on previous research and the results of expert validation. There are 22 factors used to measure the level of readiness to implement KM in BSKAP, namely motivation (individual and leadership), human resources (HR), commitment (individual and leadership), innovation and creativity, goodwill (leadership), integrity, performance expectancy, effort expectance, social expectancy, awards, policies, leadership, organizational culture, cooperation, environment, monitoring and evaluation, network, opportunity, budget, change management, IT, and infrastructure. Data were collected from 382 BSKAP employees and based on the results of calculations carried out, it was found that the value of readiness for implementing KM in BSKAP was 80.6% or included in the receptive level according to the Rao scale. This level means that BSKAP is ready to implement KM, but can still make improvements to the optimal level. One form of increasing readiness is to make improvements to the HR.

Di dunia digital saat ini, penggunaan perangkat lunak telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan bisnis. Perangkat lunak harus diuji secara ketat untuk menghindari kerugian finansial dalam proses memperbaiki perangkat lunak. Perangkat lunak yang bebas dari cacat dapat meningkatkan fungsionalitas bisnis secara signifikan. Karena itu, memprediksi cacat pada perangkat lunakmenjadi sangat penting dalam industri teknologi. Tujuan dari prediksi cacat pada perangkat Lunak (Software Defect Prediction - SDP) adalah untuk menemukan kemungkinan malfungsi pada perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan pemilihan fitur hibrida (filter dan wrapper) berdasarkan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria (Multi Criteria Decision Making - MCDM) dan metode optimisasi Rao untuk memilih fitur yang lebih informatif untuk meningkatkan tingkat prediksi cacat pada perangkat lunak. Fungsi kecocokan (fitness function) yang diusulkan mengukur kecocokan solusi kandidat dengan menggunakan tingkat akurasi prediksi cacat pada perangkat lunak dan rasio fitur pada himpunan data yang dipilih. Kinerja metode yang diusulkan dievaluasi menggunakan tiga himpunan data acuan NASA yang populer (PC5, JM1, dan KC1) dan dibandingkan dengan metode state-of-the-art. Dalam penelitian acuan yang ditulis oleh Thirumoorthy et al. (2022), metode yang diajukan menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik daripada algoritma pembanding. Namun, saat peneliti mencoba mereplikasi penelitian acuan, metode yang diajukan tidak menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja yang signifikan. ......Software has become an important part of business. The software must be tested in order to prevent substantial financial loss. Defect-free software saves business money and effort to fix defects that occurs. Predicting software defects in advance is a crucial task in the software industry. The goal of Software Defect Prediction (SDP) is to predict bugs in software using software metrics as it’s features in the dataset. This paper proposes a hybrid feature selection (using filter–based) approach based on the multi criteria decision making (MCDM) method and the Rao optimization method for selecting informative features to improve the software defect prediction rate. The proposed work measures the fitness value of possible solution using defect prediction rate and feature selection ratio. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated using three popular benchmark NASA datasets (PC5, JM1, and KC1) and compared with the state-of-the-art methods. In the referenced paper written by Thirumoorthy et al. (2022), the proposed method demonstrated better performance than the comparative algorithms. However, when this paper attempted to replicate the cited study, the proposed method did not yield significant performance improvements.

Much of this could be credited to Sayajirao Gaekwad III, the maharaja of the erstwhile princely state of Baroda, and his art collecting practice that shaped Barodas modern art and craft institutions and industries. It was during his reign that the renowned artist Raja Ravi Varma, Sankheda lacquered wares, and the famed Patan patola debuted on the national and international trail of exhibitions. With the help of rare archival data, back-room surveys, and exhaustive research, Fashioning a National Art discusses how a native prince not only patronized and collected the local arts but also mediated a cross-cultural dialogue between the European and indigenous art techniques. A scientific and progressive thinker, Sayajirao encouraged Barodas alternative experiments in art, craft, and even design. The book also unravels him in a scarcely documented role: a lender of the royal collection to regional and international exhibitions. Additionally, it not only traces the history of elite patrons, famous artists, and European sculptors such as Augusto Felici, but also delves into the stories of subalterns such as master craftsman Neelakandan Asari, wood-worker Keshav Mistry, and others.
