Nama : Mohammad Al FatahProgram Studi : FarmasiJudul : Praktek Kerja Profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Tambora Periode Oktober Tahun 2016 Praktek Kerja Profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Tambora dilakukan selama 3 minggu yang dimulai pada 10 Oktober 2016 hingga 31 Oktober 2016. Praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk membuat mahasiswa calon Apoteker memahami peran dan tanggung jawab dari Apoteker di Puskesmas berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 30 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Pada peraturan tersebut, Apoteker di Puskesmas bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Hasil pengamatan selama melakukan prakek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Tambora menunjukan bahwa Apoteker di Puskesmas bertanggung jawab secara penuh dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian yang meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai di Puskesmas Kecamatan Tambora sudah sepenuhnya dilakukan berdasarkan peraturan Mentri Kesehatan No.30 meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan khususnya ditempat penyimpanan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai dikarenakan kondisi bangunan tempat penyimpanan tidak mencukupi. Kegiatan farmasi klinik yang sudah dilakukan adalah pelayanan resep, pemberian informasi obat, konseling, visite, pemantauan terapi obat, dan evaluasi penggunaan obat. The Profession internship was intended to make pharmacists student understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in Puskesmas based on the Minister of Health No. 30 about Standards of Pharmaceutical Services at the Puskesmas. In these regulations, Pharmacists in a Puskesmas is responsible for the management of pharmaceutical, medical devices, and other medical consumables tools and clinical pharmacy service. Observations result during Profession internship at Puskesmas Kecamatan Tambora showed that pharmacists in the Puskesmas takes full responsibility in the practice of pharmacy services that include management of pharmaceutical, medical devices, and other medical consumables tools and clinical pharmacy services. Management activities of pharmaceutical, medical devices, and other medical consumables tools in Puskesmas Kecamatan Tambora has been fully carried out under laws Health Minister No. 30 although there was still imperfection due to available storage warehouse was not big enough compared with the number of pharmaceutical, medical device and other medical consumables items. Clinical pharmacy services that have been carried out in Puskesmas Kecamatan Tambora were prescription services, provision of drug information, counseling, visite, therapeutic drug monitoring, and evaluation of drug use. Abstrak :
HIV merupakan masalah kesehatan yang mengancam Indonesia dan berbagai negara di dunia. Menurut WHO (World Health Organization) pada akhir 2021 terdapat 38,4 juta orang yang terinfeksi HIV yang tersebar di seluruh dunia dan sekitar 650.000 orang meninggal karena terinfeksi HIV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pengobatan antiretroviral dan kesesuaian pengobatan antiretroviral untuk pasien HIV di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.87 tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pengobatan Antiretroviral dan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 tentang Pedoman Nasional Pelayanan Kedokteran Tata Laksana HIV. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional study dengan metode pengumpulan data secara retrospektif, menggunakan data pasien di bulan Mei – Oktober 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi antiretroviral yang sering digunakan adalah FDC TLE (Tenofovir + Lamivudin + Efavirenz) sebanyak 266 pasien (54,46%) untuk regimen ARV lini pertama dan FDC TLD (Tenofovir + Lamivudin + Dolutegravir) sebanyak 88 pasien (21,20%) untuk regimen ARV lini kedua. Untuk kesesuaian kombinasi regimen ARV adalah 100% sesuai dengan standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.87 tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pengobatan Antiretroviral dan dan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 tentang Pedoman Nasional Pelayanan Kedokteran Tata Laksana HIV. ......HIV is a health problem that threatens Indonesia and various countries worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), by the end of 2021, there were 38.4 million people infected with HIV globally, and approximately 650,000 people died due to HIV infection. This study aims to determine the patterns of antiretroviral treatment and the appropriateness of antiretroviral treatment for HIV patients at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng in accordance with the standards set by the Minister of Health Regulation No.87 of 2014 on Antiretroviral Treatment Guidelines and the Minister of Health Decree No. HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 on the National Guidelines for HIV Medical Management. The research employed a cross-sectional study design with retrospective data collection, using patient data from May to October 2022. Based on the research findings, the frequently used antiretroviral therapy was FDC TLE (Tenofovir + Lamivudine + Efavirenz) for the first-line ARV regimen, with 266 patients (54.46%), and FDC TLD (Tenofovir + Lamivudine + Dolutegravir) for the second-line ARV regimen, with 88 patients (21.20%). The combination of ARV regimens showed 100% compliance with the standards set by the Minister of Health Regulation No.87 of 2014 on Antiretroviral Treatment Guidelines and the Minister of Health Decree No. HK.01.07/Menkes/90/2019 on the National Guidelines for HIV Medical Management.

Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 30 Juni hingga 24 Juli 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas, serta berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di puskesmas. Kegiatan manajerial meliputi perencanaan kebutuhan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengarsipan obat, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan kegiatan farmasi klinis meliputi pelayanan resep (dispensing), Pelayan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, homecare, dan penyuluhan kesehatan. peningkatan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi seperti penggunaan perangkat lunak dan website. Masalah yang terjadi di puskesmas adalah keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian. Managerial activities include requirement planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, control, recording, reporting, and archiving of drugs, as well as monitoring and evaluation of the management of drugs and medical materials consumables, and activities of clinical pharmacy includes the service prescriptions (dispensing), giving the drug information, counseling, homecare, and health education. Improving the quality of pharmaceutical services performed by utilizing technological developments such as the use of software and websites.
