Proyek Individu merupakan kelanjutan dari proyek kawasan Transit Oriented Development yang terletak di Mangga Besar yang berfokus pada pengembangan "Green Village Transit". Proyek individu bertujuan untuk mendukung visi "Green Village Transit" dengan memilih Slow Fashion sebagai proyek individu. Slow Fashion dipilih karena industri mode merupakan salah satu industri yang tidak sustainable dan juga Slow Fashion sesuai dengan poin ke 12 Sustainable Development Goals. Dalam perancangan pusat ritel ini digunakan konsep "Arsitektur Regeneratif" yang terdiri dari empat poin utama: Transparency, Simplicity, Clean, dan Transformability sehingga Dengan menerapkan konsep Arsitektur Regeneratif, proyek ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan pusat ritel yang berkelanjutan, mendukung Slow Fashion, serta memiliki tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. ...... The Individual Project is a continuation of the Transit Oriented Development project located in Mangga Besar, which focuses on the development of "Green Village Transit". The Individual Project aims to support the vision of "Green Village Transit" by choosing Slow Fashion as the individual project. Slow Fashion was chosen because the fashion industry is one of the unsustainable industries, and Slow Fashion aligns with Goal 12 of the Sustainable Development Goals. In the design of this retail center, the concept of "Regenerative Architecture" is applied, which consists of four main points: Transparency, Simplicity, Cleanliness, and Transformability. By applying the concept of Regenerative Architecture, the project aims to create a sustainable retail center that supports Slow Fashion and has social and environmental responsibility.
