Setiap ibu hamil berisiko mengalami masalah psikososial. Masalah tersebut dapat bersumber pada aspek keluarga, riwayat mengalami kekerasan dan dari kondisi ibu sendiri pada ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi masalah psikososial pada ibu hamil dengan melibatkan sampel 194 ibu hamil. Analisis menggunakan chi- square dan regresi logistik ganda. Karakteristik responden adalah usia, sosial ekonomi, paritas, pendidikan, kehamilan saat ini, status pernikahan. Variabel yang mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan masalah psikososial aspek keluarga dan maternal adalah pendidikan. Paritas adalah variabel yang mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan aspek keluarga (p: 0,000, α: 0,05) dan kekerasan (p: 0,022, α: 0,05). Paritas merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dengan masalah psikososial aspek maternal (OR: 1,728) dan keluarga (OR: 1,697). Variabel pendidikan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dengan masalah psikososial aspek kekerasan (OR: 0,657). Perawat seharusnya melakukan pengkajian psikososial terhadap ibu hamil secara komprehensif. ......Every maternal is risk of developing psychosocial problems.
