Abstrak :
A State legal system is always influenced by region, social milieu, and culture resulting simtilarities and differences. The Republic of Indonesia and Islamic Republic of Pakistan both are republic with majority of population are moslem. They have different characteristic on legal system. The administration systems are based on constitution which show that lndonesia and Pakistan since their establishment had determined to put the law to be supremacy in organizing society and state life in order to obtain social justice.
