Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok periode bulan Agustus tahun 2015 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggungjawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan Apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian; dan mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek dilakukan selama 4 (empat) minggu dengan tugas khusus, yaitu analisa resep pasien hipertiroid. hr> ABSTRACT
The aims of apothecary profession internship program at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 202 Depok in August 2015 are to understand the task and responsibilities of pharmacists in the management of pharmacy; as well as doing pharmaceutical care in accordance with the provisions and ethics which is valid for, having insight, knowledge, skill and practical experience for doing pharmaceutical care in pharmacy; as well as having an example the problems the pharmaceutical care strategy; as well as studies and activities that can be conducted in the context of the development of the practice of pharmacy. The apothecary profession internship program at pharmacy conducted during four weeks with a special assignment that is analysis of prescription hyperthyroid patient.

Kedudukan Apoteker pada industri farmasi telah tercantum jelas dalam CPOB yaitu berperan sebagai personil kunci dalam produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu yang harus independen antara satu terhadap yang lain serta merupakan apoteker purnawaktu. Mengingat pentingnya peran apoteker dalam industri farmasi, maka calon apoteker harus mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan yang cukup serta memiliki pengalaman yang memadai. Univesitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Guardian Pharmatama dalam mengadakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai suatu sarana pembelajaran bagi calon apoteker yang berlangsung pada periode Juli – Agustus 2019. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, calon apoteker menjadi lebih siap ketika bekerja dan dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang dimilikinya dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang ada di industri farmasi. Selama PKPA penulis diberikan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pembuatan standar waktu untuk kegiatan penyiapan mesin produksi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengurangi waste time produksi yang berakibat pada pengurangan lead time produk serta meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. ......The position of Apothecary in the pharmaceutical industry has been clearly stated in CPOB, namely having a role as key personnel in production, quality control, and quality assurance who must be independent from one another and are full-time pharmacists. Given the important role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists must obtain sufficient knowledge and have sufficient experience. Univesitas Indonesia collaborates with PT Guardian Pharmatama in holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) activity as a learning tool for prospective pharmacists which takes place in the period July - August 2019. With this activity, prospective pharmacists are more ready when working and can apply knowledge owned in order to overcome problems related to pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. During PKPA the author is given a special task, namely making time standards for production machine preparation activities. The purpose of this special task is to reduce production waste time which results in reduced product lead time and improves company performance.

Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika pada Periode Juli 2021, PT Pharos Indonesia periode Oktober – November 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa periode Desember 2021. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. ......The pharmacist profession has an important role in pharmacy work. One of the important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. Pharmacist Professional Work Practices will be held at Apotek Atrika in the period of July 2021, PT Pharos Indonesia for the period of October – November 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa for the period December 2021. Through the PKPA process in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and pharmacies, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and experience suitable for do pharmaceutical work.

Apoteker mempunyai tanggung jawab yang penting di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek, yaitu pada proses pembuatan obat hingga pemberian obat kepada pasien. Apoteker harus menjaga mutu, keamanan, dan efektivitas obat agar pasien dapat memperoleh produk yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker perlu memenuhi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker agar dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan rasional dan bertanggung jawab. Calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebelum dapat menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna pada periode Januari hingga April tahun 2021. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan agar seorang calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai pengadaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman produk jadi (obat) kepada distributor di PT Takeda Indonesia dan pengadaan obat hingga pemberian obat kepada pasien secara langsung di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna, serta memahami seluruh tugas pokok dan fungsi Apoteker di industri dan apotek. ......Pharmacists have important responsibilities in the Pharmacy and Pharmacy Industry, namely in the process of making drugs to administering drugs to patients. Profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang berperan aktif dalam terwujudnya kesehatan masyarakat. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, apoteker profesional harus berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di institusi kefarmasian seperti apotek dan industri farmasi, hal ini dinamakan dengan praktik profesi. Praktik profesi dilakukan sebagai pengaplikasian ilmu yang didapat selama menempuh pendidikan apoteker dan sebagai tempat mencari pengalaman bagi calon apoteker agar dapat memahami dan mendapatkan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja.. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Sawangan selama periode Februari – Maret 2021 dan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma selama periode April – Mei 2021. Industri farmasi dan apotek dapat menjadi wadah bagi seorang calon apoteker untuk mengasah kemampuan kefarmasian. Melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker, calon apoteker diharapkan mendapatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman di bidang kefarmasian. ......The pharmacist profession is one of the health practitioner who play an active role in the realization of public health. In carrying out pharmaceutical work, professional pharmacists must participate directly in pharmaceutical work in pharmaceutical institutions such as pharmacies and the pharmaceutical industry, this is called professional practice. Professional practice is an application of knowledge gained during pharmacist education and as a place to seek experiences for prospective pharmacists in order to understand and get an overview of the role of pharmacists in the field. The Pharmacist Professional Practice is held at Apotek Roxy Sawangan during February – March 2021 and at PT Mahakam Beta Farma during April – May 2021. The pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry can be a place for prospective pharmacists to hone their pharmaceutical skills. Through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice, prospective pharmacists are expected to gain knowledge, insight, skills, and experience in the pharmaceutical field.

Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik kerja profesi sebagai bekal untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilakukan di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals dan Apotek Kimia Farma Kahfi II dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana peran apoteker di masyarakat....... Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara umum kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere; serta mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker dalam aspek profesional dan aspek manajerial di apotek secara umum, dan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere secara khusus. Pada laporan ini dilakukan pengkajian terhadap resep penyait dermatitis di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere periode Februari 2020. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui obat-obat yang diresepkan untuk pasien dengan penyakit dermatitis serta mengetahui penggunaan obat yang rasional pada resep pengobatan dermatitis di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere.Industri Farmasi merupakan instansi yang berperan penting dalam menyediakan obat yang bermutu tinggi sesuai dengan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Berdasarkan peraturan CPOB, industri farmasi diwajibkan untuk membuat pengkajian mutu produk tiap tahunnya. Pharmacists have three roles in a pharmacy, namely as a professional, salesperson, and manager. In this report, an assessment of the prescription for dermatitis is conducted at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere for the period of February 2020. This report aims to determine which drugs are prescribed for patients with dermatitis and to determine the rational use of drugs in dermatitis treatment prescriptions at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere. Pharmaceutical Industry is an important institution in providing the high quality of medicinal product incorporating Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). According to GMP, pharmaceutical industry needs to submit their product quality review annually. Product quality review is a regular periodic or rolling quality reviews of all licensed medicinal products, including export only products, should be conducted with the objective of verifying the consistency of the existing process, the appropriateness of current specifications for both starting materials and finished products to highlight any trends and to identify product and process improvements. Such reviews should normally be conducted and documented annually. The purpose of this special assignment for pharmacist to be is to understand the principal of product quality review in PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals, including data processing to be statistical trend to documentation as a report.
