Jurnal ini membahasa membahas tindakan diskriminasi terhadap para pekerja asing di Korea Selatan dalam film Banga? Banga! Tindakan diskriminasi yang dibahas merupakan tindakan diskriminasi yang diterima oleh pekerja asing di Korea Selatan yang diceritakan dalam film komedi Banga? Banga! Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif yang berupa deskriptif-analitis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami tindakan diskriminasi yang diterima oleh para pekerja asing di Korea yang digambarkan melalui film Banga? Banga!. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah film Banga? Banga! merupakan representasi kecil dari tindakan diskriminasi yang dialami oleh para pekerja asing di Korea. ......This journal discusses the discrimination against foreign workers in South Korea in Banga? Banga! movie. The discrimination in this thesis is the discrimination acts that received by foreign workers in South Korea which is told in the Banga? Banga! movie. This thesis is using the qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The purpose of this thesis is to find out the discrimination acts that received by foreign workers in South Korea which is portrayed through Banga? Banga! movie. As the result, Banga? Banga! movie is a small representation of the discrimination acts experienced by foreign workers in South Korea.

Abstrak :
This book explores fresh strategies proposed by the GFMD in its fourth year of operation in Mexico and beyond. Interrogating the relationship between migration and development, the papers advance the Global Forum’s aims of reducing poverty and empowering low-income families everywhere. Contributors discuss, and propose concrete solutions to, vital issues such as the debilitating costs of cross-border labor recruitment and the provision of social and income protection for foreign contract workers. With suggestions on how to facilitate connections between transnational families, and gender- and family-sensitive immigration regimes, this book aims to foster collaborative intergovernmental links as well as partnerships between governments, civil society and international organizations. It shows how the GFMD can positively influence policy and institutional behavior while addressing wider systemic factors in protecting mobile workers.

Abstrak :
Tesis ini berfokus pada perubahan sikap masyarakat di Jepang terhadap h?fu, yaitu sebagai salah satu kelompok minoritas di Jepang dengan permasalahan sosial terhadap kelompok tersebut.Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah perubahan sikap yang terjadi pada masyarakat Jepang terhadap h?fu kearah positif.Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 23 orang Jepang dan data sekunder dari hasil wawancara melalui film dokumenter dan penelitian kepustakaan serta pengumpulan data dari sumber-sumber publikasi lainnya seperti artikel elektronik maupun jurnal ilmiah. Model analisis yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif eksploratif.Berdasarkan analisis, dapat disimpulkan penyebab terjadinya perubahan sikap tersebut dilatarbelakangi oleh faktor ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. ...... This research focused on one of minority group in Japan, H fu as one of social problem in Japanese society.This study attemps to examine the background experienced by h fu people who are discriminated in Japanese society.The primary data were obtained from questionnaire spread to 23 Japanese people and the secondary data were through documentary films, the result of literature research as well as the collection of data from publications resources such as electronic articles and scientific journals. This research used descriptive explorative method to analyze the data.Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the causes of the changing attitude from Japanese society towards h fu are motivated by economic, social and cultural factors.
