"Rasio lingkar pinggang panggul (RLPP) adalah salah satu metode untuk mendeteksi obesitas sentral. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik individu, asupan makan, gaya hidup, dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dengan obesitas sentral berdasarkan RLPP pada kelompok usia dewasa di wilayah urban dan rural terpilih. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dengan jumlah 195 sampel. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain studi kuantitatif observasional cross-sectional. Prevalensi obesitas sentral berdasarkan RLPP pada penelitian ini adalah 57,9%. Variabel yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan obesitas sentral berdasarkan RLPP adalah jenis kelamin dan IMT.

Waist-hip ratio (WHR) is a method to measure the risk of central obesity. This study is focus on finding the association between individual characteristics, dietary intake, lifestyle, and body mass index (BMI) with central obesity based on WHR among adults in selected urban and rural area. Secondary data was used in this study, with total 195 samples. The design of this study is quantitative observational cross-sectional. The prevalence of central obesity based on WHR in this study is 57,9%. Variables which are significantly related to central obesity are sex and BMI.

"ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Prolaps Organ panggul POP adalah tonjolan atau penonjolan organ panggul dan segmen yang terkait vagina ke dalam atau melalui vagina.1 POP Sering dijumpai pada wanita dewasa dan usia lanjut.1-3 Umumnya wanita yang menderita POP datang dengan keluhan adanya benjolan pada vaginanya.9,10 Gangguan pada fungsi seksual jarang dikeluhkan, namun dari kepustakaan diketahui bahwa pasien prolaps stage 3-4 terkait dengan sulitnya pencapaian orgasme.13 Sedangkan Roovers dkk melaporkan prevalensi disfungsi seksual sebesar 68 pada pasien POP. Sayangnya, Di Indonesia sendiri penelitian mengenai disfungsi seksual pada penderita POP cukup jarang, bahkan peneliti sendiri belum mendapatkan datanya. Oleh karena itu penting dilakukan penelitian mengenai prevalensi disfungsi seksual pada pasien prolaps organ panggul.Tujuan : Mengetahui prevalensi disfungsi seksual pada penderita prolaps organ panggulMetode: Dengan desain potong lintang, di dua rumah sakit pusat rujukan di Jakarta RSUPN Ciptomangunkusumo dan RSUP Fatmawati . Semua pasien POP yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi mengisi kuesioner indeks fungsi seksual FSFI-19 , kemudian dilakukan analisis data univariat untuk karakteristik data subjek, dan bivariat untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variable dependen dan independen.Hasil: Dari 82 data yang dianalisis, prevalensi disfungsi seksual pada pasien POP mencapai 57,3 . Sedangkan sebagian besar pasien POP juga sudah mengalami menopause dengan prevalensi sebesar 76.8 . Prevalensi disfungsi seksual pada pasien POP yang sudah menopause sebesar 66,7 . Dari hasil analisis bivariat, usia, menopause, obesitas dan stadium prolaps adalah faktor risiko yang signifikan terhadap kejadian disfungsi seksual pada pasien POP. Variabel usia, merokok, menopause, obesitas dan stadium prolaps, memiliki nilai p 60 dengan OR 8 IK95 2,45- 26,12 , dan obesitas IMT 30 kg/m2 dengan OR 0,30 IK 95 0,09-0,98 .Kata kunci : prolapse organ panggul, disfungsi seksual, fungsi seksual, seksual aktif

ABSTRACT
AbstractBackground Pelvic Organ Prolapse POP is a bulge or protrusion of pelvic organs and related segments into or through the vagina vagina.1 POP often be found in adult women and older people.1 3 Generally, women who suffer from POP present with a lump vaginal .9,10 Disturbances in sexual function rarely complained, but from the literature it is known that patients with stage 3 4 prolapse associated with difficulty in achieving a orgasme.13 While Roovers et al reported the prevalence of sexual dysfunction was 68 in patients with POP. Unfortunately, in Indonesia, research on sexual dysfunction in patients with POP quite rare, even the researchers themselves do not get the data. It is therefore important to do research on the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in patients with pelvic organ prolapse and factors associated with sexual dysfungtion among them.Objective To determine the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in patients with pelvic organ prolapse and factors associated with sexual dysfungtion among them.Methods A cross sectional design, in two referral hospitals in Jakarta RSUPN Ciptomangunkusumo and Fatmawati Hospital All patients who met the inclusion criteria POP fill out a questionnaire of sexual function index FSFI 19 , then performed univariate analysis of data on the characteristics of the data subject, bivariate and multivariate analysis to know the relationship between the dependent and independent variablesResults Of the 82 analyzed data, the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in patients with POP reached 57.3 . While most of the patients had experienced menopause POP also with a prevalence of 76.8 The prevalence of sexual dysfunction in patients who are menopausal POP by 66.7 . From the results of the bivariate analysis, age, menopause, obesity and stage of prolapse is a significant risk factor on the incidence of sexual dysfunction in patients with POP. "Latar belakang: Prolaps organ panggul (POP) merupakan masalah ginekologi dengan insidensi POP 2,04 per 1000 wanita per tahun. Di RSCM, sistokel grade 3 dan 4 terjadi pada 71% wanita dengan POP. Keberhasilan kolporafi anterior sebagai tatalaksana sistokel ditandai dengan rekurensi pasca tindakan, yaitu paling tinggi sebesar 65%. Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengkajian faktor risiko rekurensi tersebut. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor risiko rekurensi sistokel pasca kolporafi anterior
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kohort retrospektif dengan mengambil data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien yang dilakukan tindakan kolporafi anterior, saat preoperatif dan saat pasien kontrol minimal 6 bulan pasca tindakan. Tindakan diambil dari RSCM dan RSF tahun 2012 sampai Juli 2019. Total sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi adalah 91 orang. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan uji MannWhitney untuk variabel numerik dan uji Fischer untuk kategorik. Beberapa variabel yang dianggap bermakna dilakukan uji multivariat dengan metode regresi logistik.
Hasil: Rekurensi anatomis didapatkan sebesar 24,2% dan rekurensi simptomatik 12,1%. Faktor usia, indeks massa tubuh, status menopause, paritas dan berat lahir terbesar, serta tindakan histerektomi, tidak bermakna terhadap rekurensi sistokel. Total panjang GH dan PB didapatkan bermakna pada uji univariat dengan p = 0,008 namun tidak bermakna pada uji regresi logistik. Sistokel derajat berat didapatkan hasil bermakna dengan p=0,023 dan RR 6,12. Tindakan gantung tidak menunjukkan hasil bermakna, namun bila dipisahkan menjadi antara jenis tindakan, USLS menurunkan kejadian rekurensi sistokel dengan RR 0,25 (p=0,025).
Kesimpulan: Tindakan kolporafi anterior dengan native tissue didapatkan cukup baik dalam menatalaksana sistokel. Adanya data rekurensi dan faktor risiko ini dapat menjadi dasar pemilihan tindakan, dan sebagai informasi yang bermanfaat untuk diinformasikan pada pasien sebelum tindakan.

Background: Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) is one of gynecological problem with incidence 2,04 every 1000 women every year. In RSCM, cystocele grade 3 and 4 occured in 71% women with POP. Anterior colporraphy as surgical management of cystocele is evaluated by the recurrence of cystocele after surgery, that reached 65% in the previous study. To decrease this number, we need to evaluate the risk factor of the recurrence.
Objective: To determine the risk factors of cystocele recurrence after anterior colporraphy
Method: This is a retrospective cohort study, using documented data from medical record. Data of patients underwent anterior colporraphy were taken, preoperative and after at least 6 months after surgery. Data were collected in RSCM and RSF from 2012- July 2019. Total sample met the inclusion and exclusion criteria was 91. We analyzed these data using Mann-whitney and Fischer test. Finally, we performed multivariate analysis using logistic regression method.
Result: We found the anatomical recurrence was 24,2% and symptomatic recurrence 12,1%. Age, body mass index, menopausal status, parity, largest birth weight, and hysterectomy was not significantly related to cystocele recurrence. total length of GH and PB found statistically significant by univariate analysis with p =0,008, but not significant by logistic regression test. Preoperative diagnosis of cystocele found statistically significant with p=0,023 and RR 6,12. Apical suspension found not statistically significant, but when we analyzed the types separately, USLS reduce the risk for cystocele recurrence with RR 0,25 (p=0,025).
Conclusion: Colporraphy anterior found to be reliable for cystocele management. Understanding the risk factors for recurrence could help us to decide the best option for management and additional important information to be delivered to the patient before surgery.

"Latar belakaog : Prevalensi penderita prolaps organ panggul (POP) terus bertambah, seiring dengan angka harapan hidup yang meningkat. Berbagai studi telah dilakukan untuk melihat terapi pasien POP. Pesarium merupakan pitihan utama terapi POP, tetapi sampai saat ini sangat sedikit literatur yang membahas evaluasi penggunaan jangka panjangnya. Tujuan : Mengetahui perbaikan kualitas hidup pasien POP yang diterapi dengan pesarium, dibandingkan sebelum pemasangan dengan bulan ketiga dan keenam pasca pemasangan. Metode : Pasien POP yang bersedia ikut penelitian akan diberikan kuesionar dengan cara anamnesis terpimpin. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah Pelvic Floor Distress 111Ventoryshort form 20 (PFDI-20) dan Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-shortform 7 (PFIQ-7) yang sudah diterjemahkan. Setelah pemasangan berhasil, akan dilakukan follow up pada bulan ketiga dan keenam pasca pemasangan, serta dilakukan penilaian efek samping penggunaan pesarium, yaitu keluhan saluran kemih bagian bawah, vaginitis, dan erosi vagina. Basil : Terdapat 51 SP ikut serta dalam penelitian, dengan 45 SP meneruskan penggunaan pesarium setelah menyelesaikan penelitian dan 6 SP melanjutkan terapi operasi. Penilaian kualitas hidup mendapatkan hasil bermakna pada bulan ketiga dan keenam dibandingkan dengan awal penelitian, baik dengan kuesioner PFDI-20 maupun PFIQ-7. Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbaikan kualitas hidup pasien POP setelah penggunaan pesarium selama 6 bulan.

Background: Prevalence of womens with pelvic organ prolapse have increased by day, correspond to higher life expectancy. There are many study that observe the best treatment for pelvic organ prolapse. Pessary is one of them, but until now only few literature tells about the effect of this treatment for improving quality of live. Objective: To understand the improvement of quality of life in women with pelvic organ prolapse, before and after six months pessary treatment. Methods: Womens presenting for pessary insertion completed both Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-short form 20 (PFDI-20) and Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-short form 7 (PFIQ-7). After successful pessary insertion, subjects were reviewed after 3 and 6 months treatment. Result: There were 51 subjects enrolled in this study, with 45 subjects continued the used of pessary after fmished the study and 6 subjects were changed into surgery. There were statistically and clinically significant improvements of quality of life, after 3 and 6 months treatment with pessary, both using PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 questionnaire. Conclusion: The use of pessary for 6 months reduces symptoms and improves the quality of life in women with pelvic organ prolapse."

"[ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan. Masalah gizi pada anak tidak hanya gizi kurang tetapi juga gizi lebih, termasuk berat badan berlebih dan obesitas. Status gizi anak dapat dinilai menggunakan indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Perbedaan IMT dapat mengakibatkan perubahan anatomik akibat adanya peningkatan beban tubuh sehingga mempengaruhi performa motorik termasuk keseimbangan postur, kekuatan otot dan lokomosi. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh IMT terhadap keseimbangan postur dan kekuatan otot tungkai atas serta mengetahui adanya korelasi antara keseimbangan postur dengan kekuatan otot tungkai atas pada anak 8 – 10 tahun. Metode. 63 anak usia 8 – 10 tahun terbagi dalam 3 kelompok IMT normal, IMT berat badan berlebih dan IMT obesitas. Pengukuran keseimbangan dengan single leg balance test pada MatScan dan didapatkan hasil area centre of pressure (COP). Kekuatan otot isometrik dari ektensor panggul dan ektensor lutut diukur menggunakan hand-held dynamometer. Hasil. Area COP pada anak obesitas lebih besar signifikan dibandingkan anak berat badan berlebih (p = 0.004) dan anak normal (p = 0.000). Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kekuatan ekstensor panggul anak dengan IMT obesitas daripada IMT berat badan berlebih dan IMT normal yang tidak signifikan (p = 0,527). Kekuatan ekstensor lutut anak obesitas lebih besar secara signifikan dibandingkan anak berat badan berlebih (p = 0.038) dan anak normal (p = 0.001). Namun tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara area COP dengan kekuatan otot ekstensor panggul dan ekstensor lutut. Kesimpulan. Anak obesitas memperlihatkan penurunan keseimbangan postur dan peningkatan kekuatan otot ekstensor lutut dibandingkan dengan anak berat badan berlebih dan berat badan normal. Tidak ada korelasi signifikan antara keseimbangan dan kekuatan otot.

Introduction. Nutritional problems in children are not only malnutrition but also overnutrition, including overweight and obesity. It can be assessed using the body mass index (BMI). The BMI difference can leads anatomic changes due to an increased of body loading that might affect the motor performance, including changes in balance posture, muscle strength and locomotion. Purposes. to explain the influence of BMI on the balance posture and lower limb muscle strength and to assess a correlation between the balance posture and lower limb muscle strength in children aged 8-10 years. Methods. 63 children aged 8-10 years are divided in 3 groups of BMI-normal, BMI-overweight and BMI-obese. The postural balance was assessed by single leg balance test on MatScan and the centre of pressure (COP) area was recorded. Isometric muscle strength of hip extensor and knee extensor were measured using a hand-held dynamometer. Results. Obese children had larger COP area significantly than overweight (p = 0.004) and normal children (p = 0.000). There were no significant differences in hip extensor muscle strength between obese children with overweight and normal children (p = 0.527). The knee extensor muscle strength in obese group was significantly higher than the overweight groups (p = 0.038) and normal group (p = 0.001). However there was no significant correlation between the hip extensor and knee extensor muscles strength with COP area. Conclusion. Children with BMI obesity had decreased balance posture and increased knee extensor muscle strength when compared to overweight and normal children. "[ABSTRAK
LATAR BELAKANG. Kelemahan otot yang terjadi pada 75% - 80% pasien stroke menyebabkan terbatasnya aktivitas pasien stroke. Cara pengukuran kekuatan otot yang mudah digunakan di klinis adalah dengan hand-held dinamometer, sedangkan untuk mengukur kemampuan berjalan yang cukup efektif pada pasien stroke adalah uji jalan 2 menit. Telah banyak penelitian yang mendapatkan adanya hubungan antara kekuatan otot sisi paresis dengan kemampuan berjalan pada pasien stroke, namun belum ada yang menghubungkan antara kekuatan otot tersebut dengan uji jalan 2 menit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kekuatan otot sisi paresis dengan kemampuan berjalan pada pasien stroke kronik yang diukur dngan uji jalan 2 menit dan mengetahui kelompok otot yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berjalan tersebut.
METODE. Pada 28 subyek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian dilakukan pengukuran kekuatan otot tungkai sisi paresis, yaitu otot ekstensor panggul, fleksor panggul, ekstensor lutut, fleksor lutut, dorsifleksor pergelangan kaki, plantarfleksor pergelangan kaki, dengan hand-held dinamometer, kemudian dilakukan uji jalan 2 menit. Data demografis dan klinis pasien dikumpulkan dan dicatat.
HASIL. Diperoleh korelasi positif yang bermakna antara kekuatan otot tungkai sisi paresis yaitu otot ekstensor panggul, fleksor panggul, ekstensor lutut, fleksor lutut, dorsifleksor pergelangan kaki, dan plantarfleksor pergelangan kaki dengan jarak tempuh berjalan yang diuji dengan uji jalan 2 menit (r= 0,410 hingga r = 0,645) . Diperoleh korelasi positif yang bermakna antara kekuatan otot tungkai sisi paresis yaitu otot ekstensor panggul, fleksor panggul, ekstensor lutut, fleksor lutut, dorsifleksor pergelangan kaki, dan plantarfleksor pergelangan kaki dengan kecepatan berjalan yang diuji dengan uji jalan 2 menit (r= 0,409 hingga r = 0,641). Otot yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berjalan pada pasien stroke kronik dengan nilai r tertinggi dan p terendah adalah otot plantarfleksor pergelangan kaki, diikuti dorsifleksor pergelangan kaki, fleksor panggul, fleksor lutut, ekstensor lutut, dan terakhir ekstensor panggul.
KESIMPULAN. Terdapat korelasi positif antara kekuatan otot tungkai sisi paresis dengan kemampuan berjalan pada pasien stroke kronik, dengan otot yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berjalan yaitu otot plantarfleksor pergelangan kaki.

ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND. Muscle weakness that occurs in 75% - 80% of stroke patients causing limited activity of stroke patients. The easy way to measure muscle strength in clinical is by using a hand-held dynamometer, whereas the effective way to measure the ability to walk in stroke patients is using a 2-minute walk test. Previous studies said that there was relationship between muscle strength in paretic side with walking ability in stroke patients, but there is still no study about correlation between the muscle strength with a 2 minute walk test. The purpose of this study to determine the correlation between muscle strength of the lower extremity of the paretic side with walking ability in patients with chronic stroke using 2 minutes walk test, and determine which muscle groups that has the best correlation with the ability of walking.
METHOD. There were 28 subjects who were eligible and willing to participate in the research. They got measurements of lower extremity muscle strength of the paretic side (hip extensor muscles, hip flexors, knee extensors, knee flexors, ankle dorsiflexor, ankle plantarflexor) using hand-held dynamometer, then 2 minutes walk test. Patient demographic and clinical data were collected and recorded.
THE RESULTS. There are significant positive correlation between the strength of the lower extremity muscles of the paretic side (hip extensor, hip flexors, knee extensors, knee flexors, ankle dorsiflexor, and ankle plantarflexor muscles) with the length of 2-minute walk test (r = 0.410 - r = 0.645). There are significant positive correlation between the strength of the lower extremity muscles of the paretic side (hip extensor, hip flexors, knee extensors, knee flexors, ankle dorsiflexor, and ankle plantarflexor muscles) with walking speed of the 2-minute walk test (r = 0.409 - r = 0,641). The muscles with the best correlation with the ability of walking in patients with chronic stroke are the muscles with the highest r and the lowest p, plantarflexor ankle muscles, followed by dorsiflexor ankle muscles, hip flexors muscles, knee flexors muscles, knee extensor muscles, and hip extensor muscles.
CONCLUSION. There are positive correlation between the strength of the lower extremity muscles of the paretic side with walking ability in patients with chronic stroke, and the muscles with the best correlation with the ability of walking are plantarflexor ankle muscles. ;BACKGROUND. METHOD. There were 28 subjects who were eligible and willing to participate in the research. They got measurements of lower extremity muscle strength of the paretic side (hip extensor muscles, hip flexors, knee extensors, knee flexors, ankle dorsiflexor, ankle plantarflexor) using hand-held dynamometer, then 2 minutes walk test. Patient demographic and clinical data were collected and recorded.
THE RESULTS. There are significant positive correlation between the strength of the lower extremity muscles of the paretic side (hip extensor, hip flexors, knee extensors, knee flexors, ankle dorsiflexor, and ankle plantarflexor muscles) with the length of 2-minute walk test (r = 0.410 - r = 0.645). There are significant positive correlation between the strength of the lower extremity muscles of the paretic side (hip extensor, hip flexors, knee extensors, knee flexors, ankle dorsiflexor, and ankle plantarflexor muscles) with walking speed of the 2-minute walk test (r = 0.409 - r = 0,641). The muscles with the best correlation with the ability of walking in patients with chronic stroke are the muscles with the highest r and the lowest p, plantarflexor ankle muscles, followed by dorsiflexor ankle muscles, hip flexors muscles, knee flexors muscles, knee extensor muscles, and hip extensor muscles.
CONCLUSION. There are positive correlation between the strength of the lower extremity muscles of the paretic side with walking ability in patients with chronic stroke, and the muscles with the best correlation with the ability of walking are plantarflexor ankle muscles. , BACKGROUND. Muscle weakness that occurs in 75% - 80% of stroke patients causing limited activity of stroke patients. The easy way to measure muscle strength in clinical is by using a hand-held dynamometer, whereas the effective way to measure the ability to walk in stroke patients is using a 2-minute walk test. Previous studies said that there was relationship between muscle strength in paretic side with walking ability in stroke patients, but there is still no study about correlation between the muscle strength with a 2 minute walk test. The purpose of this study to determine the correlation between muscle strength of the lower extremity of the paretic side with walking ability in patients with chronic stroke using 2 minutes walk test, and determine which muscle groups that has the best correlation with the ability of walking.

"TUJUAN: Mengetahui prevalensi serta karakteristik yang berhubungan dengan DDP, termasuk kasus POP, IU dan IF di poliklinik rawat jalan RSCM.
LATAR BELAKANG: Disfungsi dasar panggul DDP termasuk prolaps organ panggul POP. inkontinensia urin IU dan inkontinensia fekal IF. Prolaps organ panggul prevalensinya semakin meningkat seiring dengan usia. Perubahan pada demografi populasi dunia akan menghasilkan pula dampak yang lebih besar pada perempuan, yang akan meningkatkan kelainan ginekologi salah satunya adalah terhadap permintaan pelayanan kesehatan terkait DDP. Diperkirakan peningkatan jumlah permintaan akan pelayanan DDP pada 30 tahun mendatang akan meningkat sebanyak dua kali lipat dari populasi. Rasa malu dan tidak nyaman pada saat pemeriksaan dasar panggul merupakan batasan yang signifikan bagi perempuan yang datang ke poliklinik.
DESAIN DAN METODE: Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi potong lintang, dengan populasi terjangkau yang dipilih secara konsekutif, berlangsung pada bulan Januari hingga April 2016 di poliklinik rawat jalan ginekologi, uroginekologi dan endokrinologi RSCM. Data diambil dari subjek penelitian menggunakan form penelitian serta dilakukan pemeriksaan dasar panggul menggunakan formulir POP-Q.
HASIL: Sebanyak total 197 subjek, didapatkan prevalensi pasien DDP di poliklinik rawat jalan RSCM sebesar 33. Prevalensi kasus POP adalah 26,4. kasus IU sebesar 15,3 serta kasus IF sebesar 2,5. Dilakukan uji Chi square untuk menilai hubungan antara masing-masing karakteristik dengan kejadian DDP didapatkan kelompok usia. 60 tahun sebanyak 69 kali berisiko terjadinya DDP dan 14 kali pada kelompok usia 40-56 tahun; sebanyak 76 kali risiko terjadinya DDP pada kelompok multiparitas dan 14,2 kali pada primiparitas. Kelompok perempuan dengan persalinan pervaginam mempunyai risiko sebanyak 1,9 kali terjadinya DDP. Kelompok postmenopause mempunyai risiko terjadinya DDP sebesar 18 kali. Faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian DDP ddidapatkan terbesar adalah usia diikuti oleh paritas, suku, cara persalinan dan menopause.
KESIMPULAN: Disfungsi dasar panggul mempunyai pengaruh cukup besar terhadap perempuan dan meningkat dengan usia, paritas serta penuaan.

AIM: To determine the prevalence and characteristics related to pelvic floor dysfunction PFD. including pelvic organ prolapse POP. urinary incontinence UI. and fecal incontinence FI in RSCM outpatient clinic.
BACKGROUND: Pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence. Prevalence of pelvic organ prolapse increasing with age. Changes in the demographics of the world population will generate. greater impact on women, which will increase gynecological disorders which will impact the services demand related to PFD. It is estimated that demand of DDP services in the next 30 years will increased as much as twice of the population. The embarrassment and discomfort during the pelvic floor examination is. significant limitation for those who come to the clinic.
DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY: Cross sectional study was conducted in the RSCM outpatient clinic, patients selected using consecutively sampling lasted from January until April 2016 at the gynecology, endocrinology and uroginekologi RSCM outpatient clinic. Data were taken from the study subjects using research form and pelvic floor examination using POP. form.
RESULTS: total of 197 subjects obtained in this study, the prevalence of patients with PFD found 33. The prevalence of POP was 26.4 UI case of 15.3 and the case of FI of 2.5. Chi square test performed to assess the relation between individual characteristics and PFD, found women aged 60 years and aged 40 59 years have probability 69 and 14 times respectively to developed PFD.The probability of developing PFD are 76 and 14,2 times in multiparity and primiparity. Woman with vaginal delivery had. change to developed PFD 1,9 times. Postmenopausal woman had. probability 18 times developing PFD. Strongest risk factor in PFD are age parity, race, mode of delivery and postmenopausal women.
CONCLUSION: Pelvic floor disorder affect. substantial of women and increases with age, parity and aging.
