Abstrak :
ABSTRAK PRaktek kerja profesi di PT Actavis Indonesia periode bulan Februari-MAret Tahun 2016 bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peranan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dala suatu industri farmasi, mengetahui dan memahami penerapan aspek-aspek Cara PEmbuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di industri farmasi khususnya PT.Actavis Indonesia, memiliki wawasan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di suatu industri farmasi, dan memahami permasalahan-permasalahan yang pada umumnya terjadi pada proses produksi sediaan farmasi dan menemukan strategi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Selama melakukan praktek kerja, mahasiswa berkesempatan untuk melaksanakan peran dan tanggung jawab Departemen Produksi. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu Peranan Kualitas terhadap Produktivitas di Industri Farmasi.

ABSTRACT Profession internship at PT Actavis Indonesia on February-March 2016 was intended to understand roles and responsibilities of apothecary in pharmaceutical industry, understand about implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) aspects in pharmaceutical industry particularly in PT Actavis Indonesia, have insight, skill, and practical experience during working pharmaceutical job in pharmaceutical industry, understand to solve the problems happen commonly in pharmaceutical dosage production. During practice, student has been given a chance to perform roles and responsibilities of production department. Profession internship was performed for two months with specific assignment is the role of quality to productivity in the pharmaceutical industry.

ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar mampu mengerti peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, leterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Membuat Protokol Stabilitas Beberapa Produk Tablet dan Mengkaji Hasil Uji Stabilitas. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini yaitu membuat protokol stabilitas beberapa produk obat dan menganalisis hasil uji stabilitas terhadap parameter produk.

ABSTRAK Internship Pharmacist Profession in PT Actavis Indonesia aims to equip candidates for pharmacists to be able to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the Pharmaceutical Industry, has the insight, knowledge, leterampilan, and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understanding the application of GMP in Pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the Pharmaceutical industry. Special assignment given titled Creating Stability Protocol and Assessing Multiple Product Tablet Stability Test Results. The purpose of this special task is to make some stability protocol medicinal products and analyze the results of stability tests on the product specification.

Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memahami pelaksanaan protokol validasi proses pembuatan Tablet Freegas di PT Actavis Indonesia.

The purpose of the special task is to understand the implementation of process validation protocols of Freegas Tablet at PT Actavis Indonesia.

Selain itu calon Apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi di PT. Actavis Indonesia dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Pembuatan Periodic Product Review PPR Chloramex 250 mg Capsule rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah menyiapkan Laporan Periodic Product Review PPR selama periode 17 Februari 2016 ndash; 16 Februari 2017 untuk menjamin mutu produk Chloramex 250 mg Capsule.

Actavis Indonesia was conducted for two months with the special assignment given is ldquo;Preparing a Periodic Product Review PPR Chloramex 250 mg Capsule rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to prepare a Periodic Product Review Report PPR during the period February 17th, 2016 - February 16th, 2017 to ensure the product quality of Chloramex 250 mg Capsule.

Actavis Indonesia, dan membandingkan apakah proses pelaksanaan kualifikasi di PT. Actavis Indonesia telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dan persyaratan yang tertera pada pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB).

ABSTRACT
Professional pharmacist internship at PT. Actavis Indonesia was executed to make soonto- be pharmacist understand about their role, task, and responsibilities as a pharmacist at drugs company, understand about how to implement CPOB/GMP, and also to develop their capabilities by directly experiencing how to be a pharmacist at pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile, my individual task with title Pelaksanaan Kualifikasi di PT. Actavis Indonesia Jalan Raya Bogor KM 28 was gave to make me and all soon-to-be pharmacist who read it know and understand about qualification process at PT. Actavis Indonesia, and then comparing the process with legal rules like CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik) or GMP (Good Manufacturing Process).

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA merupakan kegiatan bagi mahasiswa apoteker untuk mempelajari secara langsung pekerjaan kefarmasian. PKPA di PT Actavis Indonesia bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri; memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. PKPA dilakukan selama 8 delapan minggu. Pada PKPA, mahasiswa melakukan pengamatan secara umum dan pengamatan secara langsung. Pengamatan secara umum dilakukan dengan menerima materi presentasi dari PT Actavis Indonesia, sedangkan pengamatan secara langsung dilakukan dengan mengunjungi suatu fasilitas di departemen terkait. Terdapat tugas khusus yang bertujuan untuk mengamati dan menganalisis permasalahan dari proses produksi Floxapen Dry Syrup; kemudian merekomendasikan tindakan perbaikan atau peningkatan pada proses produksi Floxapen Dry Syrup.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacist Internship PKPA is an activity for pharmacist students to learn directly pharmaceutical job. PKPA in PT Actavis Indonesia aims to make students understand the role of the pharmacist, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the job in the pharmaceutical industry understanding the application of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical job in the pharmaceutical industry. PKPA performed for 8 eight weeks. In PKPA, student performs general observation and direct observation. General observation is done by receiving teaching materials from PT Actavis Indonesia, whereas direct observations done by visiting a facility in relevant departments. There is a special task that aims to observe and analyze the problems of the production process of Floxapen Dry Syrup then recommend the corrective action or improvement in the production process of Floxapen Dry Syrup.

Tugas khusus bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dalam hal manajemen risiko mutu terhadap terjadinya pencemaran silang produk serta upaya pencegahan yang perlu dilakukan untuk terjadinya pencemaran silang produk.

Actavis Indonesia aims to understand and assess how the implementation aspects of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry and understand the duties and role of the pharmacist profession in the pharmaceutical industry. The spesific assigment aims to understand the rule and duties of pharmacist profession to Quality Risk Management for Product Cross Contamination and their efforts for avoid it.

Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu Penanganan Approved Supplier List ASL di PT Actavis Indonesia Periode 5 Februari ndash; 6 April 2018. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengetahui penerapan Aprroved Supplier di PT. Actavis Indonesia dan mengetahui departemen yang terkait dalam penanganan Approved Supplier. Secara umum, PT Actavis Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di Industri Farmasi.

The purpose of this special assignment is to know the application of Approved Supplier on PT Actavis Indonesia and to know the spesific department which is related. In general, PT Actavis Indonesia has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights, and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on product in the Industry Pharmacy.
