"[ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Pada kanker pankreas dapat terjadi obstruksi pada duktus pankreatikus yang menghambat transfer enzim dan bikarbonat ke duodenum yang menyebabkan aktifitas enzim tidak cukup adekuat untuk mempertahankan proses pencernaan secara normal yang disebut sebagai pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI), yang dapat dideteksi dengan pemeriksaan kadar fecal elastase 1.
Tujuan : Mengetahui proporsi dan derajat PEI, proporsi steatore pada kanker pankreas, perbedaan kadar fecal elastase 1 antara kanker pankreas yang resectable dan unresectable dan perbedaan rerata kadar fecal elastase 1 berdasarkan stadium kanker pankreas.
Metode : Penelitian ini adalah studi potong lintang untuk menentukan perbedaan kadar fecal elastase 1 antara kanker pankreas yang resectable dan unresectable. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo, beberapa rumah sakit jejaring RSCM, dan RS Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makasar dari bulan November 2014 sampai dengan Mei 2015. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menilai perbedaan kadar fecal elastase 1 antara kanker pankreas yang resectable dan unresectable adalah Mann Whitney dan untuk menilai perbedaan rerata kadar fecal elastase 1 berdasarkan stadium kanker pankreas adalah Kruskal Wallis.
Hasil : Sebanyak 48 subyek kanker pankreas diikutkan dalam penelitian, dengan kategori resectable sebanyak 19(39,6%) subyek, dan 29(60,4%) subyek yang unresectable. Proporsi pasien kanker pankreas yang mengalami PEI sebanyak 75% (IK 95% 0,63-0,87) dan proporsi pasien kanker pankreas yang memberikan gejala steatore sebanyak 68,8% (IK 95% 0,557-0,819). Tidak ada perbedaan kadar fecal elastase 1 yang bermakna (P=0,738) antara kelompok resectable dan unresectable dengan nilai median pada kelompok resectable adalah 38,0(15-500) μg/g dan pada kelompok unresectable adalah 35,0(15-500) μg/g. Tidak ada perbedaan bermakna (p=0,767) kadar fecal elastase 1 berdasarkan stadium kanker pankreas dengan nilai median(rentang) pada stadium IB 36(15-100) μg/g, stadium IIA 62(15-500) μg/g, stadium III 15(15-500) μg/g, dan stadium IV 36(15-500) μg/g.
Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian ini didapatkan proporsi PEI dan steatore yang tinggi pada kanker pankreas. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan bermakna kadar fecal elastase 1 antara kanker pankreas yang resectable dan unresectable. Tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar fecal elastase 1 berdasarkan stadium kanker pankreas.

ABSTRACT
Background : In the pancreatic cancer can occur obstruction of the pancreatic duct that inhibit the enzyme transfer and bicarbonate into the duodenum which causes the enzyme activity is not quite adequate to maintain normal digestive process referred to as pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI) that can be detected by measurement of fecal elastase 1 level.
Objective : Knowing the proportion and the degree of PEI, the steatore proportion in pancreatic cancer, the difference levels of fecal elastase 1 between resectable and unresectable pancreatic cancer and differences between the mean levels of fecal elastase 1 based on the stage of pancreatic cancer.
Methods : A cross-sectional study to determine the difference levels of fecal elastase 1 between resectable and unresectable pancreatic cancer. This research was conducted at Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital, some satellite of Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital, and Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makasar hospital at November 2014 until May 2015. The statistical test used to assess differences in the levels of fecal elastase 1 between resectable and unresectable pancreatic cancer is Mann Whitney and to assess the differences between the mean levels of fecal elastase 1 based on staging pancreatic cancer is the Kruskal Wallis.
Results : A total of 48 subjects with pancreatic cancer were participated in this study, with resectable category were 19 (39.6%) subjects, and 29 (60.4%) subjects who unresectable. "This study was carried out to examine the ergonomic aspects of the design of the Tactical Commander Console (TACCO) in the virtual environment of medium-range twin-engine ? Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA). The analysis was conducted using Jack 6.0 software. The evaluation method used in this study is the Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) method that integrates the results of analysis from three methods: Lower Back Analysis (LBA), Ovako Working Posture Analysis (OWAS), and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the actual design of TACCO and to identify the most ergonomic design configuration, which is reviewed according to the distance and tilt angle of the control panel and the height of the chair. The results of this study show that the optimal ergonomic design for TACCO is as follows: panel at a distance of 10 cm, tilt angle of 60?, and a chair height of 29.5 cm."

"Meningkatnya angka konsumsi perlengkapan rumah tangga berdampak pada angka  permintaan terkait produk furnitur meningkat serta nilai persentase PDB industri furnitur di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,16% pada tahun 2021. Peluang yang baik terkait pertumbuhan di industri furnitur ini mendukung Kementrian Perindustrian dan HIMKI untuk mengembangkan pertumbuhan pasar industri furnitur dalam negeri dengan membuka toko-toko yang terklasifikasi ke dalam UMKM.  Namun, terdapat masalah yang dialami oleh UMKM industri furnitur yaitu proses produksi masih dilakukan dengan teknologi sederhana dan manual yang berdampak pada postur canggung yang dimiliki pekerja. Oleh karena itu, pekerja UMKM industri furnitur memiliki risiko terkena gangguan work-related musculoskeletal disorders yang berdampak negative pada tubuh pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perancangan stasiun kerja yang dapat memperbaiki postur pekerja serta menurunkan risiko gangguan WMSD pada tubuh pekerja. Dengan menggunakan metode human-centred design (HCD) tahapan perancangan yang dilakukan akan mencari solusi pengembangan produk yang akan berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna. Evaluasi terkait perancangan akan dibantu oleh digital human modeling untuk melakukan penilaian REBA dan PEI. Hasil perancangan stasiun kerja berupa penambahan ketinggian serta komponen meja potong, pembuatan kursi kerja, dan meja adjustable mampu memperbaiki postur pekerja serta mengurangi risiko gangguan WMSD pada tubuh pekerja furnitur

The increase in the consumption rate of household appliances has an impact on the high demand of furniture products and the percentage value of the GDP of furniture industry in Indonesia has increased by 8.16% on 2021. This growth opportunity in the furniture industry supports the Ministry of Industry and HIMKI to develop the domestic market by opening stores that are classified as SMEs.  However, the production process is still carried out by simple and manual technologies, which has an impacted the workers to have awkward posture. Therefore, SME workers in the furniture industry have a risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders which have a negative impact on the health of the workers. This research aims to provide a work station designs that can improve workers posture and reduce the risk of WMSD. By using the human-centred design (HCD) method, designing product will focus on improving the product, based on user's needs. Evaluation related to the design will be assisted by digital human modeling to conduct REBA and PEI assessments. The results of the work station design such as adding height and components of the cutting table, ergonomic work chair and adjustable table are able to improve the posture of workers and reduce the risk of WMSD among furniture industry SMEs workers."

"Kegiatan secara repetitif yang dilakukan oleh pengemudi bus serta berada dalam posisi duduk yang berkepanjangan di kabin pengemudi bus yang tidak sesuai dengan antropometri pengemudi merupakan faktor yang menyebabkan pengemudi bus mengalami gangguan musculoskeletal disorder. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perancangan desain kabin pengemudi bus PHL (Patas Hyno Long) AK3HR yang ergonomis dalam lingkungan virtual dengan menggunakan software Jack 6.1. Hasil penelitian ini berupa desain kabin pengemudi bus yang ergonomis berdasarkan nilai (Posture Evaluation Index) PEI dan hasil analisis comfort assessment. Sehingga didapat desain kabin pengemudi yang dapat mengurangi resiko timbulnya gangguan musculoskeletal disorder pada pengemudi.

Repetitive activity, prolonged sitting, and anthropometric mismatch were perceived to be most related to musculoskeletal disorder in bus drivers. This study discusses about design of ergonomic bus driver?s cab PHL (Patas Hyno Long) AK3HR in the virtual environment by using software Jack 6.1. The result of this study is design ergonomic driver?s cab based on Posture Evaluation Index score and comfort assessment analysis. By ergonomic bus driver?s cab, the risk of musculoskeletal disorder among bus driver will decreased."

"Kegiatan mendorong troli merupakan jenis kegiatan pushing tasks pada ilmu ergonomi. Kegiatan mendorong troli dengan diberikan sejumlah beban dorong menimbulkan resiko gangguan muskuloskeletal dan ketidaknyamanan dalam pada tubuh. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mempelajari rangkaian gerakan mendorong troli dan aspek ergonomi yang mempengaruhi postur pengguna troli dengan menggunakan metode simulasi pada lingkungan virtual.
Penelitian dilakukan terhadap lima jenis troli dengan dimensi ukuran yang berbeda untuk mendapatkan jenis troli mana yang ideal bagi pekerja. Penilaian postur kerja dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi Postur Evaluation Index (PEI) untuk masingmasing troli. PEI tersebut akan mengintegrasikan hasil penilaian RULA, OWAS, dan LBA dari task analysis toolkit yang terdapat pada sofware Jack 6.1 ke dalam suatu skor penilaian yang dapat memberikan gambaran kondisi aktual seseorang menggunakan troli.
Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam memilih troli dengan dimensi seperti apa yang benar-benar ada di dunia ini yang sesuai dengan aspek ergonomi tubuh orang Indonesia.

On the science of ergonomics, pushing trolley activity is the type of pushing tasks. Pushing the trolley activities with a given number of load on it raises the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and discomfort in the body. This study tried to study a series of movements of pushing trolleys and study the ergonomic aspects that affect the posture of the trolley user using simulation in virtual environments.
The study was conducted on five types of trolleys with the differences on size dimensions. The goal of this study is to get the kind of trolley which is ideal the operators. Valuation of the work posture done by evaluate the Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) for each trolley. PEI will integrate the assessment results of RULA, OWAS, and the LBA from the task analysis toolkits contained in the Jack 6.1 software into a score that can give you the actual condition of a person while using the trolley.
The results of this study can be used as consideration in choosing trolleys with types and dimensions that really exists in this world that according to the ergonomic aspects of the Indonesian human body.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang desain lebar trotoar yang ergonomis bagi pemakai kursi roda berdasarkan anthropometri pemakai kursi roda. Selain itu, juga dibahas mengenai desain kemiringan dan panjang ramp yang aksesibel bagi pemakai kursi roda. Dengan melakukan perbandingan dengan standar yang ada mengenai lebar trotoar berdasarkan standar Indonesia, standar Amerika, ISO, dan pengukuran langsung. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengukur postur pemakai kursi roda saat melintas di ramp digunakan PEI (Posture Evaluation Index).
Output dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan desain lebar trotoar yang aksesibel bagi pemakai kursi roda, dan juga panjang serta kemiringan ramp yang aksesibel bagi pemakai kursi roda.

ABSTRACT
This research concerns about the ergonomical design of sidewalk width for wheelchair users based on the anthropometry of wheelchair users. Moreover there will be a discussion about the accessible tilt and length of ramp for wheelchair users. By making a benchmark between standards about the sidewalk width based on Indonesian standard, American standard, ISO, and a dirrect measurement. The analysis that is used to measure the wheelchair users posture when passing on the ramp is PEI (Posture Evaluation Index).
The output of this research is the accessibel sidewalk width design for wheelchair users and also the accessible ramp tilt for wheelchair users.

"Postur kerja pada pengemudi bus membutuhkan perhatian tinggi karena memiliki lingkungan kerja yang statis, terutama untuk mengurangi kelelahan fisik dan mencegah risiko musculoskeletal disorder pada pengemudi bus. Fokus utama penelitian ini untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan desain kursi pengemudi bus listrik berdasarkan nilai Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) yang telah dianalisis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis nilai Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) yang diperoleh berdasarkan postur pengemudi bus secara aktual pada virtual environment dengan menggunakan software Jack 8.2. Berdasarkan postur aktual tersebut, kemudian dilakukan perbaikan terhadap desain kursi aktual berdasarkan ilmu ergonomi untuk mendapat desain usulan perbaikan. Penyesuaian desain kursi pengemudi pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada tinggi dudukan dan kedalaman dudukan. Hasil analisis nilai PEI menggunakan desain aktual kemudian dibandingkan dan dianalisis lebih lanjut dengan hasil analisis PEI menggunakan desain usulan. Hasil desain yang baik merupakan desain usulan yang dapat memberikan nilai PEI terendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain usulan dapat mengurangi Nilai PEI sehingga dapat mengurangi kelelahan fisik dan mencegah risiko musculoskeletal disorder pada pengemudi bus listrik. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dianalisis, postur menggunakan desain aktual menghasilkan nilai PEI sebesar 1,78 pada persentil 95 dan 1,68 pada persentil 5. Sedangkan, hasil analisis postur menggunakan desain usulan mendapat nilai PEI sebesar 0,98 pada persentil 95 dan 0,93 pada persentil 5.

Working posture for bus drivers requires high attention because they have a static work environment, especially to reduce physical fatigue and prevent the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in bus drivers. The main focus of this research is to provide suggestions for improving the design of electric bus driver seats based on the Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) values that have been analyzed. This research was carried out by analyzing the Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) values obtained based on the actual posture of the bus driver in a virtual environment using Jack 8.2 software. Based on the actual posture, improvements are then made to the actual chair design based on ergonomics to obtain a proposed design for improvement. Adjustments to the driver's seat design in this study were made to the seat height and seat depth. The results of the PEI value analysis using the actual design were then compared and analyzed further with the results of the PEI analysis using the proposed design. A good design result is a proposed design that can provide the lowest PEI value. The research results show that the proposed design can reduce the PEI value so that it can reduce physical fatigue and prevent the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in electric bus drivers. Based on the results that have been analyzed, posture using the actual design produces a PEI value of 1.78 at the 95th percentile and 1.68 at the 5th percentile. Meanwhile, the results of posture analysis using the proposed design obtain a PEI value of 0.98 at the 95th percentile and 0.93 at the 5th percentile."

"[Sejalan dengan misi Universitas Indonesia yang ingin menjadi green campus, maka Fakultas Teknik UI meluncurkan program “FTUI towards green and sustainable society”. Salah satu fokus dalam program ini adalah manajemen energi. Namun, Fakultas Teknik ternyata mengkonsumsi listrik PLN paling banyak dibandingkan dengan fakultas lainnya di UI sehingga muncullah ide untuk menciptakan sumber energi alternatif berupa anak tangga pemanen energi yang dapat diaplikasikan di lingkungan FTUI. Langkah pertama dalam merancang anak tangga pemanen energi adalah pengumpulan data kebutuhan calon pengguna melalui kuisioner. Kemudian hasil kuisioner diolah menggunakan metode TRIZ untuk mendapatkan spesifikasi produk. Setelah itu, dibuatlah desain anak tangga pemanen energi beserta prototype-nya. Eksperimen terhadap prototype dilakukan di Laboratorium Faktor Manusia Ergonomics Centre dengan menggunakan motion capture dan force platform. Data GRF dari eksperimen dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA, sedangkan data gerakan diintegerasikan dengan Software Jack untuk dianalisis apakah desain yang diajukan ergonomis atau tidak., In line with the mission of the Universitas Indonesia that wants to be a green campus, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia launched the program of "FTUI towards green and sustainable society". One focus in this program is the energy management. However, the consumption of electricity in Faculty of Engineering is the highest compared to other faculties in UI. Therefore, coming the idea to create an alternative energy source in the form of stairs energy-harvester that can be applied in FTUI. The first step in designing stairs energy-harvester is collecting the data of potential users’ needs through a questionnaire. Then, the results of questionnaires processed using TRIZ method to obtain product specifications. Thereafter, the design of stairs energy-harvester were made along with its prototype. An experiment towards prototype carried out in the Laboratory of Human Factors Ergonomics Centre by using motion capture and force platforms. GRF data from experiments were analyzed using ANOVA, while the movement data were integrated to Jack Software to be analyzed whether the proposed design is ergonomic or not.]"

"Indonesia memiliki visi untuk menjadi negara maju pada tahun 2045 dimana pembangunan infrastruktur menjadi arahan utama dalam mencapai visi tersebut. Infrastruktur ini memerlukan infrastruktur pendukung seperti hidran, panel listrik, dan lain-lain sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Perusahaan produk sheet metal merupakan perusahaan padat karya menjadi penyedia penting untuk membuat alat-alat ini. Namun pekerja-pekerja mengalami work related musculoskeletal disorder (WMSD) yang memiliki dampak negatif bagi pekerja dan pada akhirnya berdampak bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang workstation untuk menurunkan risiko WMSD pada pekerja-pekerja untuk memperbaiki postur kerjanya. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode human-centered design yang berfokus pada pekerja. Proses ini dimulai dari factory assessment untuk melihat kondisi awal, evaluasi ergonomis dengan basis LBA, OWAS, RULA, posture evaluation index (PEI), dan REBA dan, dilanjutkan dengan mengidentifikasi faktor risiko, membuat design guideline untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko yang ada. Proses ini akan difasilitasi menggunakan digital human modelling untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi awal dan untuk mensimulasikan improvement yang dilakukan. Hasil improvement dari rancangan workstation yang dibuat terbukti dapat menurunkan risiko WMSDs dengan penurunan nlai LBA sebesar 63-79%, OWAS dengan penurunan skor dari 2 ke 3, RULA dari 7 ke 2 dan 3, PEI dari nilai rata-rata lebih dari 2 ke nilai < ~1, dan skor REBA yang menurun ke 2 dan 3.

Indonesia's vision to become a developed country by 2045 places significant emphasis on infrastructure development as a primary directive. This infrastructure necessitates the deployment of supporting facilities such as hydrants, electrical panels, and others, in compliance with prevailing regulations. Sheet metal manufacturing companies play a crucial role in supplying these products. However, the workers in these companies are susceptible to work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), which have detrimental effects on their well-being and ultimately impact the overall productivity of the organization. To address this issue, the present study aims to design workstations that mitigate the risk of WMSDs among workers, thereby improving their working postures. Employing a human-centered design methodology, the process commences with a factory assessment to evaluate the initial conditions, followed by ergonomic evaluations based on LBA, OWAS, RULA, PEI, and REBA analysis. Risk factors are identified, and design guidelines are established to reduce the existing risk levels. Digital human modeling is then utilized to identify the initial conditions and simulate the proposed improvements. The results demonstrate that the implemented workstation design improvements effectively reduce the risk of WMSDs. Specifically, the LBA scores decrease by 63-79%, OWAS scores transition from 2 to 3, RULA scores decrease from 7 to 2 and 3, PEI values reduce from an average above 2 to less than ~1, and REBA scores decrease to 2 and 3.

"Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek ergonomis dari sepeda lipat Departemen Teknik Mesin FT-UI dalam virtual environment modeling. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah PEI yang mengintegrasikan hasil analisis dari tiga buah metode: LBA, OWAS, dan RULA. Tujuannya adalah menentukan desain sepeda lipat yang paling ergonomis berdasarkan PEI tersebut serta menganalisis kelayakan sepeda lipat menjadi pengganti sepeda UI. Pembuatan konfigurasi desain berdasarkan tinggi stang dan tinggi sadel sepeda lipat sehingga dihasilkan sembilan konfigurasi desain.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain sepeda lipat yang paling baik dari apek ergonomi adalah dengan kondisi stang yang dinaikkan menjadi 32 cm serta kondisi sadel yang tetap. PEI desain sepeda lipat yang terbaik adalah 1,65 yang berarti lebih rendah dibandingkan PEI sepeda UI sehingga sepeda lipat berpotensi untuk menggantikan sepeda UI.

This research tried to study ergonomic aspect from folding bicycle from Mechanical Engineering University of Indonesia in virtual environment modeling. PEI used as approach that integrated the results of three methods: LBA, OWAS, and RULA. The objective is to determine the most ergonomic design of folding bicycle based on PEI and analyze feasibility of folding bicycle to replace UI bicycle. Configuration of design made based on handle bar and sadle height so that produce nine configurations of design.
The result show that most ergonomic design of folding bicycle from ergonomic aspect is handlebar that added until 32 cn and sadle condition is same. PEI from best design of folding bicycle is 1,65 that means lower than PEI of UI bicycle so that folding bicycle potential to replace UI bicycle.
