ABSTRACT
This paper will show a comparison between the Kepler, Maxwell and Pascal GPU architectures using CUDA-Fortran, with and without dynamic calls, to efficiently solve partial differential equations. The target is to show the possibility of using affordable hardware, such as the GTX670, GTX970 and GTX1080 NVIDIA GPUs, which are commonly found in personal and portable computers, for scientific applications. For simplicity we consider a standard wave equation where we use a second order finite difference method for the spatial and time discretizations to obtain the numerical solution. We found that, as we increase the spatial resolution of the domain we also increase the performance difference between the GPU and the Central Processing Unit (CPU)

Praktek kerja profesi Apoteker di PT. Dexa Medica Palembang bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggungjawab apoteker serta penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu, praktek kerja profesi apoteker bertujuan untuk memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di departemen Quality Assurance dibagian validasi pembersihan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan di PT Dexa Medica Palembang adalah induksi dan touring ke depatemen-depatemen yang ada di PT Dexa Medica Palembang. Selain itu, mahasiswa diberi pengetahuan tentang peran kerja setiap departemen di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama PKPA ialah membuat laporan penentuan permitted daily exposure PDE Repaglinide menggunakan Health-Based Data sebagai Accepttance Limit dalam Validasi Pembersihan. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan yaitu dapat memahami konsep pendekatan baru dalam menentukan keberterimaan menggunakan PDE, menentukan nilai PDE dari zat aktif obat di PT. Dexa Medica Palembang, dan membandingkan nilai kriteria keberterimaan antara metode standar 10 ppm dengan pendekatan PDE. ...... Pharmacist Profession Internship at PT. Dexa Medica Palembang aims to Understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as the application of Good Manufacturing Practice CPOB in the Pharmaceutical Industry. In addition, the professional practice of pharmacists aims to gain insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work and to have a clear picture of the pharmaceutical work in industry. The Pharmacist profession 39 s job practice is carried out in the Quality Assurance department under the cleaning validation section. Activities undertaken at PT Dexa Medica Palembang is induction and touring to the departement existing in PT Dexa Medica Palembang. In addition, students are given knowledge about the work role of each department in Pharmaceutical Industry. A special task undertaken during PKPA is to prepare a report on the determination of permitted daily exposure PDE of Repaglinide using Health Based Data as Acceptance Limit in Cleaning Validation. This specific task has goal of being able to understand concept of a new approach in determining acceptability using PDE, determining the value of PDE from drug active substances in PT. Dexa Medica Palembang, and compare the acceptance criteria score between the standard 10 ppm method and the PDE approach.

ABSTRAK
We consider a generalization of the projection operator method for the case of the Cauchy problem in 1D space for systems of evolution differential equations of first order with variable coefficients. It is supposed that the dependence of coefficients on the only variable𝑥is weak, that is described by the introduction of a small parameter. Such problem corresponds, for example, to the case of wave propagation in a weakly inhomogeneous medium. As an example, we specify the problem to adiabatic acoustics in waveguides with a variable cross section. Projection operators are constructed for the Cauchy problem to fix unidirectional modes. The method of successive approximations perturbation theory is developed and based on the pseudodifferential operators theory. The application of projection operators adapted for the case under consideration allows deriving approximate evolution equations corresponding to the separated directed waves.

This book covers two essential PDE-based image processing fields: image denoising and image inpainting. It describes the state-of-the-art PDE-based image restoration and interpolation (inpainting) techniques, focusing on the latest advances in PDE-based image processing and analysis, and explores novel techniques involving diffusion-based models and variational schemes. The PDE and variational schemes clearly outperform the conventional approaches in these areas, and can successfully remove image noise and reconstruct missing or highly degraded regions, while preserving the essential features and avoiding unintended effects. The book addresses researchers and graduate students, but is also well suited for professionals in both the mathematics and electrical engineering domains, as it provides rigorous mathematical investigations of the image processing models described, as well as mathematical treatments for the numerical approximation schemes of these differential models.
