ABSTRACT
Medication-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (MRONJ) therapy remains an unresolved problem. The proposed conservative and surgical treatment regimens are associated to contradictory success rates. Surgical approach with Er:YAG laser is associated to significant better results compared to medical treatment and traditional surgical approaches. Objective: To describe a new surgical approach that couples the advantages of the Er:YAG laser and the usefulness of the AF in highlighting surgical margins. One of the difficulties encountered during surgical removal of a MRONJ is the precise individuation of necrotic bone margins. Case Report: A case of Stage III mandibular osteonecrosis treated with a new surgical approach is presented. The aim is to describe an auto-fluorescence (AF) guided surgical approach performed with Er:YAG laser and Nd:YAG Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT). After one month of follow-up, the complete mucosal healing was evident and symptoms was unobserved. Such a technique allowed a highly accurate and minimally invasive approach through the selective ablation of the non-/hypofluorescent areas. Conclusion: Taking into account the advantages of laser therapy and the possible effectiveness of the AF in highlighting surgical margins, this approach would probably achieve excellent outcomes.

ABSTRACT
The frequency dobled Rd: YAG laser (532 nm/10ns, 15mj/pulse) uses a pulsed, frequency dobled; which provides a monochromatic, energy source with extremely high peak power and to has capability to develop of latent fingerprint on various surface. In the porous surfaces, this laser to has superiority, the compared with the development another methods, like powder and chemical method in latent fingerprint development.

The high peak power of the laser causes Palmar sweat: contain a variety compounds, among them amino acids, oils, enzymes, vitamins and other chemicals with in the print to fluoresce. Some latent fingerprints will fluoresce in their natural state during exposure to this laser energy.

The natural state fluorescing prints make can be documented and recording by high-resolution TV cameras and monitor for maximum sensitivity. The next step, the compare latent fingerprints products with visible impression by comparable instruments, see patterns of the friction ridges and be found same amount of their galton detail.

Pengaruh tekanan udara dan iradiasi laser yang berulang-ulang ke permukaan target yang sama pada penguapan selektip di plasma gelombang kejut akan dipelajari. Plasma gelombang kejut didapat dengan memfokuskan laser Q-SW Nd-YAG (energy 26mJ; durasi pulsa 8 ns) pada permukaan target logam kuningan. Karakteristik evaporasi dari elemen Zn dan elemen Cu dipelajari dengan melihat dari karaktetistik emisinya. Telah ditemukan juga bahwa penguapan selektip pada elemen Cu senantiasa terjadi dan akan meningkat jika radiasi laser dilakukan secara terus menerus pada permukaan target yang sama. Dengan menaikkan tekanan udara disekeliling daerah interaksi efek penguapan selektip dapat ditekan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada pengukuran prod waktu dari intensitas emisi dan intensitas emisi terintegrasi ruang menunjukkan adanya daerah eksitasi gelombang kejut.

Kualitas logam baja menurun karena kontak dengan bahan lain, namun teknologi rekondisi memungkinkan manusia untuk meningkatkan kekerasan dan ketahanan aus logam. Dengan memanfaatkan teknik Pulsed Lased Deposition, kekerasan logam dan ketahanan aus dapat ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini mengkaji proses pelapisan TiAl pada substrat AISI H13 atau SKD 61 dengan variasi parameter deposisi termasuk panjang gelombang laser, periode pelapisan, dan komposisi target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi lapisan tipis dan pengaruh parameter proses terhadap kekerasan lapisan TiAl H13/SKD61. Pengujian kekerasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Hardness Rockwell Tester Future tech FR-3EL dan pengujian perekat dilakukan menggunakan alat yang sama sesuai dengan pedoman VDI 3198. Struktur mikro dan komposisi unsur dipelajari menggunakan XRD, FESEM, dan EDS. Dengan kondisi tersebut, proses PLD Nd:YAG menghasilkan lapisan tipis pada SKD 61. Sampel yang dilapisi selama 25 menit memiliki partikel Al dan Ti yang lebih banyak pada permukaannya dan kekerasan rata-rata yang lebih besar (45,8 HRC) daripada sampel yang dilapisi selama 20 menit. Panjang gelombang laser fundamental (1064 nm) menghasilkan sampel dengan kekerasan tertinggi 47,3 HRC, sedangkan panjang gelombang second harmonic menghasilkan 45,5 HRC. Semua lapisan sampel memiliki daya rekat yang sangat baik, dan ketahanan ausnya termasuk kategori HF1. ......The quality of steel metal declines due to contact with other materials, however reconditioning technology allows humans to enhance the metal's hardness and wear resistance. By utilizing Pulsed Lased Deposition coating, metal hardness and wear resistance can be increased. This study examines the TiAl coating process on AISI H13 or SKD 61 substrates. Deposition parameters included laser wavelength, coating period, and target composition. The research aims to determine whether thin coating occurred and the effect of process parameters on H13/SKD61 TiAl layer hardness. Hardness testing was done using Hardness Rockwell Tester Future tech FR-3EL and adhesive testing was done using the same tool according to VDI 3198 guidelines. Microstructure and elemental composition were studied using XRD, FESEM, and EDS. With these conditions, the PLD Nd: YAG process deposits a coating on SKD 61. The sample coated for 25 minutes has more Al and Ti particles on its surface and a greater average hardness (45.8 HRC) than the sample coated for 20 minutes. Fundamental laser wavelength (1064nm, 125mJ) produced sample with the highest hardness of 47,3 HRC, while 2n harmonic wavelength (532nm, 75mJ) produced 45.5 HRC. All sample layers had excellent adhesion, and their wear resistance was HF1.
