Abstrak :
Kanker mulut merupakan kanker urutan ke-6 dengan insiden tertinggi di dunia. Pengobatan untuk berbagai jenis kanker termasuk kanker mulut masih sangat terbatas dan memiliki banyak efek samping sehingga perlu dicari pengobatan baru yang poten namun memiliki efek samping yang minimal. Kulit buah manggis yang sering dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Asia Tenggara termasuk Indonesia diduga memiliki efek anti kanker karena mengandungksanton (α,β,γ mangostin). Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efek sitotoksisitas ekstrak etanol kulit buah manggis terhadap sel kanker mulut dengan metodein vitro. Sel kanker mulut diberikan perlakuan berupa kontrol dan 8 konsentrasi (6,25μg/ml, 12,5 μg/ml, 25 μg/ml, 50 μg/ml, 100 μg/ml, 200 μg/ml, 400 μg/ml, 800 μg/ml).Pengujian secara in vitro pada sel kanker mulut yang diberi ekstrak etanol kulit buah manggis dengan dosis 6,25μg/ml – 800μg/ml dilihat viabilitas sel dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Viabilitas sel kanker diidentifikasi dengan MTT Assay kit. Setelah data didapatkan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis, didapatkan nilai p = 0,012 serta IC50 sebesar 4,9 μg/ml. Uji Post Hoc menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan 6,25 μg/ml dengan kelompok lainnya.
Mouth cell cancer is the 6th most common cancer worldwide. The treatment for any kind of cancer including mouth cell cancer is limited and has many side effects, therefore novel and potent treatment with less side effects is needed. Pericarp of the mangosteen which is commonly consumed by Southeast Asian people including Indonesia, is suspected to have chemotherapy properties such as xanthone (α,β,γ mangosteen). This study aimed to find out the cytotoxicity level of ethanol extracts of mangosteen’s pericarp for mouth cell cancer byin vitro test. Mouth cell cancer was given eight different concentration (6.25μg/ml, 12.5 μg/ml, 25 μg/ml, 50 μg/ml, 100 μg/ml, 200 μg/ml, 400 μg/ml, 800 μg/ml) and control (medium). The viability of the mouth cell cancer was identified using MTT Assay kit. The result shows that the p value = 0.012 and the IC50 = 4.9 μg/ml using Kruskal-Wallis test. Post Hoc test show there are differences between the control and 6,25 ug/ml treatment group to the other treatment groups

Abstract: While cancers of the oral cavity and oropharynx were overwhelming found in smokers and drinkers, a dramatic shift is occurring with a dramatic rise in the incidence of HPV-associated oropharyngeal cancers while oral cavity cancers and HPV-negative oropharyngeal cancers appear to be declining in incidence, reflecting the reduction in cigarette smoking. These trends also have implications for how Otolaryngologists prevent, diagnose, workup, treat, and follow these patients. The focus of information in this issue is on oral cavity and oropharyngeal cancer and the implications of the HPV epidemic.

Computer industry in Indonesia gains a significant growth, about 20 percent - 25 percent every year. In market 2 million units sold for 2007, a small amount compare to 220 million live. With market this big, there?ll be positive increase of technology industry about 14 percent in 2010. Risk factor affecting the Company is: global markets for personal computers, and related peripherals and service are highly competitive and subject to rapid technological change. If the company is unable to compete effectively in these markets, its financial condition and operating results could be materially adversely affected. This under score the problem on how experiential marketing effecting the word of mouth behavior of Macintosh consumer. Research of experiential marketing based on Bern H. Schmitt book Experiential Marketing: how to get your customers to sense, feel, think, act, and relate to your company and brand, the Free Press, 1999. Experiential marketing as independent variable measure by five dimensional: sense, feel, think, act, and relate. The dependent variable is word of mouth have three dimensional that become one variable measurable: costumer satisfaction, opinion leadership, and contiguous product. Research method use survey to observe sample (Millis id-Mac), that use non probability sampling method for 78 respondent. To measure this research use semantic differential scale 1 for negative pole and 7 for positive pole. To analyze survey result use SPSS 12, confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linier regression. Respondent descriptive result show that MacBook have the bigger market that other type of Mac. As for result experiential marketing have two significant dimensional: think and act, both dimensional have high score for significant outcome. This research conclusion, that experiential marketing have significant effect on word of mouth behavior for Macintosh consumer. Thou relate did not have such same result, it because the majority of market shares from creative professional has been place with personal user and education.

Fokus dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kualitas program loyalitas dan rekomendasi word-of-mouth (WOM) melalui kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas pelanggan, dan brand attachment. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas program loyalitas secara positif berpengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan, dan secara signifikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan secara positif berpengaruh terhadap brand attachment dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap WOM. Brand attachment secara positif berpengaruh pada WOM, begitu pula loyalitas pelanggan juga secara positif berpengaruh pada WOM. Data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Tujuh hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). ......The focus of this study is to examine the relationship between loyalty program quality (LPQ) and the word-of-mouth (WOM) recommendations through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand attachment. The results show that LPQ affect positively the satisfaction, and does not affect significantly the loyalty. Customer satisfaction affect positively brand attachment and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not affect significantly WOM. Brand attachment affect positively WOM. Customer loyalty affect positively WOM. Data in this research is collected from 250 respondents by spreading the questionnaires. Seven hyphoteses in this research are tested by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Experiential Marketing Terhadap Word Of Mouth Konsumen (Studi pada Velvet Suite Blitzmegaplex Central Park. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung velvet suite blitzmegaplex yang minimal berusia 17 tahun dan sudah pernah menonton di Velvet Suite Blitzmegaplex CP. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan simple regresion. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Experiential Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Word of Mouth dengan nilai sebesar 34,7% dan sisanya sebesar 62,6% Word of Mouth dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. ......The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of Experiential Marketing To Consumer Word Of Mouth (study on Velvet Suite blitzmegaplex Central Park. The respondents in this study are the visitors of velvet suite, who are at least  17 years old, with a total sample of 100 respondents by using non-probability sampling methods with purposive technique. Instrument in this study is a questionnaire that analyzed with simple regresion. The results of this research show that the Experiential Marketing have no significant influence of Word of Mouth with a value amounting to 34.7% and the rest of hitting on 62.6% Word of Mouth is affected by other factors.
