Abstrak :
Modified Expanded Polystyrene (MEPS) adalah hasil pemanasan Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) dengan oven selama 15 menit dengan suhu 130 derajat celcius dan menjadikan tekstur baru yang lebih keras dengan massa yang tetap. Pemilihan material MEPS sebagai pengganti agregat halus didasari oleh keresahan terhadap limbah EPS yang sulit untuk diurai. Beton yang disubstitusikan MEPS adalah beton silinder 10x20 cm dan beton kubus 15x15x15 cm dengan komposisi 10%, 20%, dan 25% dari volume agregat halus. Hasil dari substitusi beton dianalisis dengan pengujian kuat tekan, Digital Image Correlation, dan Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity. Peninjauan terhadap berat isi terlihat semakin menurun pada beton kubus sedangkan pada beton silinder meningkat hingga komposisi 20% dan nilai kuat tekan meningkat hingga komposisi 20% pada beton silinder dan beton kubus. Hasil pengujian DIC dapat direpresentasikan dalam bentuk Stiffness, modulus elastisitas, dan Poisson ratio. Pada stiffness, semakin banyak kadar MEPS semakin kecil nilainya. Pada modulus elastisitas kesimpulan tidak dapat diambil dikarenakan hasil data yang memiliki deviasi lebih dari 20%. Pada poisson ratio, semakin substitusi maka semakin tinggi juga nilainya. Hasil pengujian Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak substitusi MEPS maka semakin besar nilai cepat rambat. Sehingga dengan mempertimbangkan optimalisasi perilaku beton, kadar yang disarankan dalam penggunaan substitusi MEPS sebagai pengganti agregat halus adalah 20%. ......Modified Expanded Polystyrene (MEPS) is the result of heating Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) in an oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 130 degrees Celsius and makes a new, harder texture with a fixed mass. The choice of MEPS material as a substitute for fine aggregate is based on concerns about EPS waste which is difficult to decompose. The MEPS substituted concrete is 10x20 cm cylindrical concrete and 15x15x15 cm cube concrete with a composition of 10%, 20% and 25% by volume of fine aggregate. The results of concrete substitution were analyzed by testing compressive strength, Digital Image Correlation, and Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity. Observation of the unit weight shows that it decreases in cubic concrete while in cylindrical concrete it increases up to 20% composition and the compressive strength value increases up to 20% composition in cylindrical concrete and cube concrete. DIC test results can be represented in the form of Stiffness, modulus of elasticity, and Poisson ratio. In stiffness, the more MEPS levels the smaller the value. On the modulus of elasticity conclusions cannot be drawn because the results of the data have a deviation of more than 20%. In the Poisson ratio, the more substitution, the higher the value. The results of the Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity test show that the more MEPS substitutions, the greater the velocity value. So taking into account the optimization of concrete behavior, the recommended content in the use of MEPS substitution as a substitute for fine aggregate is 20%.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana konstruksi anak bahagia digambarkan dalam novel Aku, Meps, dan Beps dan bagaimana gaya pengasuhan yang dilakukan oleh Meps dan Beps mengonstruksi karakter tokoh Aku pada novel Aku, Meps, dan Beps. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan struktural yang berfokus pada unsur tokoh dan penokohan. Hasil analisis struktural tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan konsep konstruksi untuk menunjukkan karakter anak bahagia dalam novel Aku, Meps, dan Beps. Selain konsep konstruksi, konsep gaya pengasuhan juga digunakan untuk menunjukkan gaya pengasuhan Meps dan Beps terhadap konstruksi karakter anak bahagia pada tokoh Aku. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter bahagia yang dimiliki oleh tokoh Aku digambarkan melalui karakternya yang mampu mengendalikan emosi, memiliki empati dan kepedulian terhadap sesama, serta menunjukkan kecerdasan dan kreativitas. Karakter yang dimiliki oleh tokoh Aku tersebut dibentuk melalui gaya pengasuhan otoritatif Meps dan Beps yang hangat, responsif, komunikatif, dan suportif. ......This study examines how the construction of a happy child is constructes in the novel Aku, Meps, dan Beps and how the parenting style practiced by Meps and Beps constructs the character of Aku in Aku, Meps, dan Beps. This study uses a qualitative method with a structural approach that focus on characters. The results of the structural analysis are processed by using the concept of construction to show the character of happy children in the novel Aku, Meps, and Beps. In addition to the concept of construction, the concept of parenting style is also used to show the parenting style of Meps and Beps to the character Aku. The results of the study show that the happy character of Aku is constructed through his character who is able to control emotions, has empathy and concern for others, and is intelligent and creative. Aku's character is formed through Meps and Beps' authoritative parenting style which is warm, responsive, communicative, and supportive.

Tahun 2015 terjadi krisis di wilayah Eropa karena masuknya jutaan pengungsi dari Timur Tengah dan Afrika terutama dari Suriah. Uni Eropa sebagai institusi supranasional yang bertanggung jawab pada isu ini berusaha menyelesaikan krisis dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan-kebijakan. Salah satu institusi Uni Eropa yang berwenang dalam kebijakan adalah Parlemen Eropa. Kekuatan Parlemen Eropa meningkat sejak Perjanjian Maastricht hingga Lisbon. Anggota PE ketika berada di parlemen tidak lagi menjadi perwakilan partai politik nasional, melainkan perwakilan dari kelompok politik Eropa. Dengan teori pola perilaku dalam proses kebijakan publik dan jaringan aktor, skripsi ini akan berusaha membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh partai politik nasional Prancis terhadap anggota PE dalam kebijakan pengungsi Suriah Uni Eropa tahun 2015-2016. Kelompok politik Eropa tidak menjadi satu-satunya penentu keputusan anggota PE asal Prancis karena kebijakan yang krusial. Pengaruh ini terlihat ketika partai politik nasional dan kelompok Eropa memiliki pandangan berbeda dalam suatu isu. ...... In 2015 there was a crisis in Europe because the influx of millions refugees from the Middle East and Africa mainly from Syria. The EU as a supranational institution responsible for this issue seeks to resolve the crisis by making policies. One of the European Union institutions responsible in policy is the European Parliament EP. The strength of the EP has increased since the Treaty of Maastricht and Lisbon. Members of the EP MEPs while in EP are no longer representative of national party, but representatives of European political group. With the theory of behavioral patterns in the process of public policy and the actor network, this paper will attempt to prove that there is an influence of France 39 s national party on their MEPs in the EU Syrian refugee policy of 2015 2016. European political group are not the sole determinants of French MEPs decision because this policy is crucial. This influence is seen when national party and European political group have different stance on an issue.
