"A final project or Tugas akhir Program (TAP) ADPU4500 is one of the difficulties courses to be completed by students at Universitas Terbuka. It requires learning assistance that can meet the need of all UT's students. One of the learning services that is suitably developed is Compact Disk multimedia, because of its flexibilities and practicality. This research is addressed to produce Compact Disk multimedia that is easily acquired by the student and meet the student's requirements. There are several steps in developing a Compact Disk multimedia, those are needs assessment, media technological option, developmental strategy and instructional design process, prototype production process, and test-driving. Needs assessment is needed to get real students' requirement view. Script writer should be intensified in production process to get production result that suits script and avoids repeated production process requiring time and expenses. Student's perception of the Compact Disk multimedia TAP ADPU4500 appearance is that it is interesting and attractive. The contents can be easily studied, help students accomplish test exercises, and increase student's comprehension to TAP ADPU4500. However, the Compact Disk needs to be evaluated to improve the content"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan pembelajaran daring, loyalitas siswa pembelajaran daring, dan mediasi kepuasan siswa pembelajaran daring pada konsumen aplikasi Ruangguru di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 111 responden dengan kriteria menggunakan aplikasi Ruangguru untuk belajar daring minimal dua kali dalam seminggu, pelajar SMA minimal berusia 15 tahun, dan domisili Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial berupa regresi linear sederhana dengan SPSS versi 23.0 untuk Windows. Lalu, uji mediasi menggunakan teknik uji sobel yang hasilnya diperoleh dari kalkulator sobel test. Kemudian, pengujian dimensi menggunakan teknik confirmatory factor analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas siswa pembelajaran daring. Kepuasan siswa pembelajaran daring sebagai variabel mediasi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung dari kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas siswa. Dari ketiga dimensi kualitas layanan pembelajaran daring yang paling berpengaruh adalah tutor dan materi pembelajaran daring.
This study aims to analyze the effect of e-learning service quality, e-learning student loyalty, and e-learning student satisfaction as mediation on Ruangguru customers in Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach by collecting data and information through questionnaires. Survey data collected from 111 respondents with the criteria were using Ruangguru for e-learning at least twice a week, at least 15-years-old in senior high school, and living in Jakarta. The datas were analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis by simple linear regression using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The mediation uses the sobel test technique by calculator for the sobel test. The dimensions were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that e-learning service quality has an influence on e-learning student loyalty. E-learning student satisfaction as a mediation variable has an indirect effect of e-learning service quality on e-learning student loyalty. In addition, the most influential dimensions of e-learning service quality are tutors and e-learning materials."
