bertujuan untuk menganalisa keefektifan kerja berkelompok dalam suatu
kepanitiaan. Analisa ini juga bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan teori pada praktek.
Hal-hal seperti struktur kelompok, cara kerja, konflik, teknik kelompok, dan
kesimpulan beserta apa saja yang saya pelajari dari tesis ini.

"Dalam karya akhir ini, penulis membahas pengajaran cerpen. Tema cerita pendek yang penulis fokuskan, yaitu tema keberanian. Tema keberanian dipilih untuk meningkatkan keberanian siswa MTs Negeri Kota Tegal khususnya dalam mengemukakan pendapat. Tiga cerpen bertema keberanian yang penulis pilih dan dianalisis dalam karya akhir ini dijadikan sebagai sumber pengajaran untuk menyusun silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran. Metode dalam pengajaran ini menggunakan metode kerja kelompok. Kelebihannya adalah adanya saling berbagi pengalaman dan kerjasama antarsiswa sehingga akan menambah pemahaman mengenai cerpen. Dengan karya akhir ini, pembaca khususnya guru dapat mengajarkan cerita pendek kepada siswa mereka dengan mudah.
In this thesis, The writer discusses in short story teaching to students of Islamic Junior High School. The theme of the short stories focuses on bravery. The theme has been chosen to improve the bravery for the students of Islamic Junior High School in Tegal, especially in giving opinion. Three of short stories has been chosen and has been analyzed in this thesis to become source data to design a syllabus and lesson plan. Group-work method has been selected for several reasons. It enables students to share their knowledge to teach other. Besides, it is also enables student to do a collaborative work. Thus, students will be able develop more understanding about short stories given. It is expected that the readers of this thesis, especially teachers, will get more understanding about teaching short stories."
