Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen aset pada pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara di Kementerian Perindustrian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen aset telah diterapkan di Kementerian Perindustrian namun masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan dalam penerapannya. Kelemahan tersebut adalah tidak adanya kebijakan umum yang mengatur manajemen aset dan standar kebutuhan barang, kurangnya peran Sekretariat Jenderal sebagai unit sentralisasi dalam manajemen aset, lemahnya perencanaan, sumber daya manusia yang kurang memahami manajemen aset, data aset yang tidak akurat serta lemahnya sistem pengawasan.

This research is aimed to analyze the implementation of asset management in state owned property management at Ministry of Industry. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Results of research indicate that asset management has been implemented at Ministry of Industry, but there are many weaknesses in its implementation. These weaknesses are the absence of a general policy and standard of asset requirement, lack of role of Sekretariat Jenderal as unit of centralization, lack of asset planing, lack of human resources understanding about asset management, innacurate data of asset, and lack of controling systems.

[Direktorat Industri Kimia Hilir memiliki tujuan untuk dapat memajukan sektor industri kimia hilir di Indonesia. salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah dengan memfasilitasi perusahaan industri hilir dengan pameran berkala dan dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya. Pameran tersebut dilaksanakan sebagai strategi dari Direktorat Jenderal Basis Industri Manufaktur dalam merealisasikan program atau kebijakan Kementrian Perindustrian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi dapat dilihat dari kebijakan atau strategi yang telah dibuat oleh organisasi Direktorat Industri Kimia Hilir. Event pameran menjadi suatu kebiasaan (kegiatan rutin) dalam organisasi Direktorat Industri Kimia Hilir dan telah menjadi kebudayaan pada organisasi, sehingga event, merupakan kebudayaan organisasi Direktorat Industri Kimia Hilir. ......Directorate of lower chemical industry has a goal to be able to advance the chemical industry sector lower in Indonesia. Abstrak :
Indonesia telah mengadopsi GHS sejak tahun 2010 yang mengacu pada Buku Ungu GHS UN edisi ke-4 mengenai klasifikasi bahaya, label dan penyusunan Lembar Data Keselamatan (SDS) kimiawi. Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 / M-IND / PER / 4/2013 dan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Basis Industri Manufaktur Nomor 04 / BIM / PER / 1/2014 dirancang untuk mengatur penerapan GHS di Indonesia. Namun belum ada evaluasi terkait penerapan GHS di Indonesia, terutama terkait kelengkapan dan keakuratan informasi yang terdapat dalam SDS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelengkapan dan keakuratan informasi 42 bahan kimia LDK yang telah dilaporkan ke Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia dengan menggunakan checklist yang dikembangkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Hodson et al. (2013), meliputi (1) pengujian kelengkapan informasi mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 / M-IND / PER / 4/2013 dan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Basis Industri Manufaktur Nomor Pangkal. 04 / BIM / PER / 1/2014, dan (2) menguji keakuratan informasi yang mengacu pada klasifikasi bahaya yang terdaftar oleh European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Evaluasi terkait uji ketuntasan informasi pada SDS menunjukkan bahwa seluruh SDS (100%) termasuk dalam kategori tidak tuntas. Subelemen yang berkaitan dengan jalur pemaparan dan gejala yang berkaitan dengan sifat fisik, kimia dan toksikologi bahan kimia memiliki nilai total terendah yaitu 0. Sedangkan evaluasi mengenai keakuratan informasi pada SDS menunjukkan proporsi yang sama yaitu 21 SDS (50%) termasuk kategori. akurat dan 21 SDS (50%) termasuk dalam kategori tidak akurat. Sehubungan dengan pengujian kelengkapan dan keakuratan informasi yang telah dilakukan, maka semua SDS yang dievaluasi termasuk dalam kategori tidak dapat diandalkan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pembenahan agar SDS dapat dijadikan acuan mengenai penanganan bahan kimia yang aman di tempat kerja. ......Indonesia has adopted GHS since 2010 which refers to the 4th edition of the Purple GHS UN Book regarding hazard classification, labels and preparation of chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 / M-IND / PER / 4/2013 and Regulation of the Director General of Manufacturing Industry Base Number 04 / BIM / PER / 1/2014 are designed to regulate the implementation of GHS in Indonesia. However, there has been no evaluation regarding the implementation of GHS in Indonesia, especially regarding the completeness and accuracy of the information contained in the SDS. This study aims to evaluate the completeness and accuracy of information on 42 LDK chemicals that have been reported to the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia using a checklist developed from research conducted by Hodson et al. (2013), including (1) testing the completeness of information referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 / M-IND / PER / 4/2013 and Regulation of the Director General of Manufacturing Industry Base Number. 04 / BIM / PER / 1/2014, and (2) testing the accuracy of the information referring to the hazard classifications listed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The evaluation related to the due diligence of information on SDS shows that all SDS (100%) are in the incomplete category. The sub-elements relating to the pathway of exposure and symptoms related to the physical, chemical and toxicological properties of chemicals had the lowest total value of 0. While the evaluation of the accuracy of information on the SDS showed the same proportion, namely 21 SDS (50%) including categories. accurate and 21 SDS (50%) were in the inaccurate category. In connection with the testing for the completeness and accuracy of the information that has been carried out, all SDS evaluated are in the unreliable category. Therefore, it is necessary to make improvements so that SDS can be used as a reference for safe handling of chemicals in the workplace.

Abstrak :
Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas Pemberkasan Arsip Aktif Program Hibah link&match Barang Milik Negara Non-Tanah SMK Di Indonesia Pada Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia. Kemenperin telah meluncurkan pendidikan vokasi industri yang link and match antara SMK dengan industri di beberapa wilayah Indonesia. Hingga saat ini, program tersebut telah melibatkan sebanyak 855 industri dan 2.612 SMK yang menghasilkan 4.997 perjanjian kerja sama. program link&match antara lain penyelarasan kurikulum dan silabus di SMK, peningkatan kompetensi guru produktif SMK sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, dan pemberian hibah peralatan dari BPSDMI. Dari kegiatan tersebut perlu dilakukannya  dengan mempelajari tata cara pemberkasan arsip aktif dan proses penginputan menggunakan aplikasi arsip. Secara umum, pemberkasan arsip aktif mempunyai enam proses yakni pemeriksaan berkas, penyortiran, pengindeksan, pelabelan, penginputan dan penyimpanan arsip. ......This Final Project discusses the Filing of the Active Archives of the Link & match Grant Program for Non-Land State Owned Vocational Schools in Indonesia at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. The Ministry of Industry has launched an industry vocational education that links and matches between SMKs and industries in several regions of Indonesia. To date, the program has involved as many as 855 industries and 2,612 vocational schools resulting in 4,997 cooperation agreements. the link & match program includes the alignment of curriculum and syllabus in vocational schools, increasing the competency of productive vocational teachers in accordance with industry needs, and providing equipment grants from BPSDMI. From these activities it is necessary to learn the procedures for filing an active archive and the input process using the archive application. In general, active archive filing has six processes namely file checking, sorting, indexing, labeling, filing and storing archives.
