Abstrak :
Informasi yang dihasilkan dari sistem manajemen akademik yang ada di Jurusan Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi saat ini, masih dirasakan kurang dalam hal kecepatan waktu dan jenis informasinya. Sering kali terjadi kesalahan dalam hal pemasukan dan pengolahan data, pencarian data yang sulit serta keterlambatan dalam penerimaan keluaran. Untuk itu perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi manajemen akademik yang berbasis komputer yang dapat menyediakan informasi yang akurat, cepat, tepat dan mudah. Sebagai metodenya, rancangan ini dilakukan melakukan melalui pendekatan sistem dengan tahapan; pra analisis, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, disain sistem, dan implementasi sistem. Data dan informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kuisioner tidak terstruktur dan observasi terhadap komponen sistem informasi yaitu; dokumen, tenaga, prosedur, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Dari hasil pra analisis menunjukan adanya masalah pada setiap komponen sistem informasi yang lama yaitu; input, proses, dan output, dimana setiap tahap tersebut pengerjaanya masih dilakukan secara manual. Disamping itu sering kali terjadi kesalahan dalam pemasukan dan pengolahan data sehingga output yang dihasilkan menjadi tidak akurat dan tepat. Informasi lain yang didapat dari pra analisis ini adalah sistem penyimpanan data masih dilakukan secara terpisah sehingga data susah diakses. Selain itu juga kecepatan pengolahan data dan kecepatan pencarian data memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Dari analisis kebutuhan dan kelayakan perancangan sistem menunjukan adanya kebutuhan pemakai, kebutuhan sistem itu sendiri, kelayakan teknik dan kelayakan operasi. Perancangan sistem menggunakan alat pengembangan berupa data flow diagram, bagan alir sistem, entity relalionalship diagram, kamus data, rancangan input, dan rancangan output. Sistem informasi yang baru merniliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan dengan sistem informasi yang lama dalam hal input, proses, maupun output yang dihasilkan. Kesimpulan pada tesis menyangkut beberapa hal: pertama permasalahan sistem informasi ditemukan pada setiap komponen sistem. Kedua, sistem informasi yang dirancang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja institusi. Ketiga, sistem informasi yang dirancang ini berbasis komputer dengan sistem yang otomatisasi sehingga data dapat terintegrated. Keempat, prototype yang dibuat dapat menghasilkan informasi yang lebih cepat, tepat, akurat, dan mudah. Prototype ini akan dikembangkan di Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta II Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi.
Information that produced from academic management system in Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy major this time, still felt lack in time speed and kind of information. Many time frequently happened mistake in entering and processing data, difficult data search and delay in output acceptance. That for designed an academic management information system which base on computer that can supply an accurate information, quick, precise, and easy. As the method, this design done by doing approach system with steps: pre analysis, system analysis, system scheme, system design, and system implementation. Data and information gathered by interview with unstructured questioner and observation to system information component, which are document, energy, procedure, hardware, and software. From pre analysis, result there is a problem in each old information system component, which is input, process, and output, where every step of the workmanship done manually. Despitefully, often is happened mistake in data inputting and processing so that the output produced become inaccurate and imprecise. Other information that got from this analysis is data saving system still conducted separately so this data is becoming difficult to access. In addition, data processing speed and data searching speed need quiet long time. From needs analysis and system scheme eligibility showing the user needs, system itself needs, technical eligibility and operational eligibility. System scheme is using development tools in form of flow diagram, flow system diagram, entity relationship diagram, dictionary data, input device, and output device. New system information has some benefits compared to old system information in inputting, processing, and output produced. The conclusion in this thesis concerning few things; first is the system information problem founded in every system component. Second is system information that designed to improving the efficiently and effectively of institution work. Third is system information designed is base on computer with system which is automatic so data can be integrated. Fourth is prototype that has been made can produce faster, accurate, precise and easier information. This prototype will developed in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy Major.

Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik dan Radioterapi Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta II adalah institusi yang menghasilkan tenaga kesehatan di bidang radiografi. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu, teknologi dan globalisasi, lulusannya dituntut mempunyai kualitas yang memadai. Lulusannya sebagai output dari sistem pendidikan yang diselenggarakan institusi ini tentunya berhubungan dengan komponen input dan proses. Salah satu aspek pada komponen proses adalah pelayanan proses pembelajaran. Peningkatan pelayanan proses pembelajaran secara terus menerus harus dilakukan agar kualitas lulusan juga meningkat. Langkah awal untuk melakukan perbaikan kualitas tersebut adalah melakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diselenggarakan. Penilaian kepuasan mahasiswa merupakan salah satu bentuk pemantauan mutu proses pembelajaran (Wijono, 1999). Mutu proses pembelajaran dapat dikatakan baik jika mahasiswa merasa puas (Tampubolon, 2000). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan proses pembelajaran dan aspek pelayanan proses pembelajaran yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki pada Jurusan Teknik Radiodiagnostik Politeknik Kesehatan Jakarta 11, menggunakan desain cross sectional, dengan analisis diagram kartesius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepuasan mahasiswa tertinggi adalah terhadap keharmonisan penampilan dosen ketika mengajar (84,5 %). Sedangkan ketidakpuasan tertinggi adalah terhadap kebersihan di laboratorium (47,8 %). Hasil analisis diagram kartesius menunjukkan aspek pelayanan yang paling banyak mempunyai prioritas utama untuk perbaikan adalah pada pelayanan administrasi, paling banyak dipertahankan adalah pada pelayanan perpustakaan, mempunyai paling banyak prioritas rendah untuk diperbaiki adalah pada pelayanan dosen dan paling banyak aspek pelayanan yang tidak efisien adalah pada pelayanan laboratorium. Relationship Between Student's Characteristics and Satisfaction on Learning Process Services in Department of Radiodiagnostics and Radiotherapy Technique in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II year 2003Department of Radiodiagnostics and Radiotherapy Technique in Jakarta Health Polytechnic II is an institution producing health personnel in radiography area. in accordance to science and technology development as well as globalization, quality of the graduates is to be improved. As an output of education system, the graduates are closely related to input and process components. One aspect within the process component is learning process services, which should be enhanced continuously as to improve the quality of graduates. First step to be taken is to conduct measurement of and evaluate student's satisfaction rate regarding the service. Assessment of student's satisfaction rate is one form of quality monitoring of learning process (Wijono, 1999). Learning process quality could be graded as good if students are satisfied (Tampubolon, 2000). This study discussed the relationship between student's characteristics and satisfaction towards learning process service; using cross sectional design, employing chi-square test and multiple logistic regressions enter method as statistical analysis tools. The study showed that only 5.9% students who satisfied with the administrative service; 73% were satisfied with lecturers' service; 6.8% were satisfied with laboratory service; and 6.4% were satisfied with library service. Overall, there were only 5.9% of students who satisfied with learning process services. Statistical analysis found significant relationship between gender and satisfaction towards library service (p=0.02) and towards overall services (p=0.04); between grade and satisfaction towards administrative service (p--0.00), towards lecturers (p-0.00), towards laboratory (p=0.00), towards library (p=0.00), and towards overall services (p=0.00); and between study achievement and satisfaction towards overall services (p=0.04). The multiple logistic regressions showed that grade was independent variable with strongest relationship with satisfaction towards administrative process (p).02), towards lecturers' service (p=0.00), towards laboratory service (p=0,00), towards library service (p--0.01), and towards overall learning process services (p-O.OO). It is suggested to (l) conduct continuous evaluation and satisfaction measurement to know the quality of learning process services organized by the department, (2) to refresh and to train human resources in their working areas, (3) to implement monitoring and evaluation of administrative personnel and lecturers in providing services, (4) to re-arrange the situation and accessories of library considering more the needs of students and (5) to conduct meeting between department's management and students of all grades in the beginning of new academic year.
