Abstrak :
Visi sebaiknya tidak hanya milik pemimpin tetapi menjadi visi bersama sehingga pemimpin perlu menginspirasikan visi bersama. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya meneliti pengaruh grit terhadap inspire a shared vision dan ditemukan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran moderasi identitas pengusaha pada hubungan grit dan perilaku inspire a shared vision pada pengusaha yang baru merintis usahanya. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk gform yang disebarkan secara online melalui media sosial. Partisipan penelitian adalah pengusaha yang baru merintis usaha. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan diperoleh 201 partisipan yang berasal dari berbagai bidang usaha seperti online shop, jasa, dan franchise food and beverage. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur grit adalah The Grit Scale versi original. Perilaku inspire a shared vision diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Leadership Practices Inventory dimensi Inspire A Shared Vision. Teknik analisis data penelitian adalah analisis regresi menggunakan bantuan makro PROCESS dari Hayes yang dipasangkan pada aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai p = 0.13 dan rentang CIs = -0.33, 0.04, artinya identitas pengusaha tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara grit dan perilaku inspire a shared vision. Efek moderasi yang tidak signifikan dapat disebabkan oleh ukuran sampel yang tidak sama antar kategori pengusaha dan definisi pengkategorian identitas pengusaha yang masih kurang jelas. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian lainnya yang akan meneliti terkait dengan grit, perilaku inspire a shared vision, dan identitas pengusaha. ......Vision shouldn't just belong to the leader but be a shared vision so the leader should inspire a shared vision. Prior studies examined the effects of grit on inspire a shared vision and found inconsistent results. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the moderation role of entrepreneur identity on the relationship between grit and inspire a shared vision behavior in new entrepreneurs who are starting their businesses. The design of this study is cross sectional. The data was collected by using questionnaires in gform distributed through social media. The participants were entrepreneurs who have just started a business. The convenience sampling technique was used and obtained 201 participants who came from different business areas including online shop, services, and food and beverage franchises. The measurement tool used for measuring grit is The Grit Scale. The inspire a shared vision behavior was measured by using the Leadership Practices Inventory measuring tool dimensions of Inspire A Shared Vision. The technique for analyzing data in this study is regression analyzing with the help of the macro PROCESS from Hayes paired with SPSS applications. The results showed that p value = 0.13 and CIs range = -0.33, 0.04, indicating that the entrepreneur identities were not proved in moderating the relation between grit and inspire a shared vision behavior. The moderating effects that were not found significant may be due to unequal samples size across the entrepreneur categories and the definition of entrepreneur identities is still unclear. These findings can be a reference for other studies that will investigate the relationship between grit, inspire a shared vision behavior, and entrepreneurs' identity.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang rancang bangun sistem receiver pada payload komunikasi IiNUSAT (Indonesian Inter University Satelite) yang mempunyai orbit LEO (low earth orbit) sun synchrounous dengan ketinggian 700 Km, payload komunikasi dengan jenis regenerative, sistem receiver dengan jenis superheterodyne, dan frekuensi kerja 145.95 MHz. Pembahasan akan dilakukan lebih spesifik pada low noise amplifier (LNA) dan bandpass filter (BPF). LNA dan BPF disimulasikan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak advanced design system (ADS). LNA mempunyai spesifikasi kelas A dengan menggunakan komponen aktif bipolar transistor junction (BJT) 2SC5006 yang dirancang dengan menggunakan smith chart dan mempunyai hasil simulasi gain 22.8 dB serta noise figure 1.2 dB pada frekuensi 145.95 MHz. Hasil fabrikasi LNA menunjukan pergeseran frekuensi kerja menjadi 70.279 MHz. Bandpass filter mempunyai tipe butterworth orde lima yang dirancang dengan metode insertion loss dan mempunyai nilai bandwidth 20 MHz serta insertion loss dB pada frekuensi 145.95 MHz. Hasil fabrikasi BPF menunjukan pergeseran frekuensi kerja menjadi 120.264 MHz. Adanya perbedaan hasil simulasi dan hasil fabrikasi disebabkan oleh bentuk dan deviasi komponen pasif serta saluran transmisi dan diskontinuitas saluran transmisi yang menyebabkan pengaruh pada respon frekuensi yang dihasilkan karena terdapat reaktansi parasitik berupa komponen pasif induktor dan kapasitor pada rangkaian ekuivalen keduanya. Hasil simulasi untuk rangkaian gabungan LNA dan BPF menunjukan nilai gain 22.6978 dB yang menunjukan LNA dapat menanggulangi loss pada sistem receiver termasuk insertion loss pada BPF.

ABSTRACT
Receiver system on payload communication of IiNUSAT (Indonesian Inter University Satelite) has sun synchrounous LEO (low earth orbit) with 700 Km altitude, regenerative payload communication, superheterodyne receiver, and 145.95 MHz operating frequency. Study will be done specifically on low noise amplifier (LNA) and bandpass filter (BPF). Advanced design system (ADS) software is used to simulate LNA and BPF. Low noise amplifier (LNA) with class A specification and 2SC5006 bipolar junction transistor (BJT) active component is designed with smith chart and shows simulation results of 22.8 dB gain and 1.2 dB noise figure at 145.95 MHz operating frequency. Fabrication result of LNA showed a shift in operating frequency of 70.279 MHz. Bandpass filter (BPF) with five orde butterworth type is designed with insertion loss method and shows simulation results of 20 MHz bandwidth and dB insertion loss at 145.95 MHz operating frequency. Fabrication result of BPF showed a shift in operating frequency of 120.264 MHz. The difference on simulation and fabrication result are caused by not only the shape and deviation of passive components but also transmission lines and discontinuity of transmission lines which has parasitic component of inductor and capacitor in their equivalent circuit. Simulation result on combination of LNA and BPF circuit is 22.6978 dB gain which show that LNA can compensate loss in receiver system, including insertion loss in BPF.
