Abstrak :
There could be as many as 300 million caregivers in the global workforce providing care for loved ones -- elderly parents, a life-partner with a health condition, or a disabled child/sibling or close friend who needs support. As populations age around the world and welfare support declines, the number of people voluntarily caring for another will grow. However, despite the demands and pressures that caregivers are under, many organisations offer little practical support to employees -- support that, if provided correctly, will benefit both employee and employer. Take Care is a practical guide that enables employers to better understand and support employees with caring responsibilities. It presents this as part of good management practice that strengthens organizational resilience and sustainability, and also argues that this is now an integral element of being a responsible employer and organisation. The book includes practical examples from more than fifty employers around the world, from small businesses to global enterprises, as well as public sector and NGO examples. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Jarak Jauh PPJJ Tahun 2017 sebagai program home care bagi penyandang disabilitas intelektual di Kabupaten Bandung Barat serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluasi formatif yang membandingkan temuan dengan Pedoman PPJJ sebagai prosedur dan kebijakan pengelola program dan Pedoman Home Care Tuna Grahita Kementerian Sosial sebagai best practice standard . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum 10 tahapan PPJJ Tahun 2017 dilaksanakan dengan berpedoman pada kebijakan pengelola program. Di sisi lain, terdapat tahapan yang tidak sesuai dengan pedoman home care, serta tahapan yang tidak didasari prosedur apapun. Pelaksanaan PPJJ Tahun 2017 didukung oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain pengalaman pendamping dalam kegiatan sosial, kepedulian pendamping terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus, adanya Rehabilitasi Berbasis Masyarakat RBM , solidaritas pendamping, dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Adapun faktor penghambat program mencakup kesulitan pendamping dalam menyusun laporan bantuan stimulan, sikap orang tua penerima pelayanan yang tidak proaktif terhadap program, kondisi psikologis penerima pelayanan yang labil, materi pelatihan pendamping yang kurang lengkap, jarak antar kecamatan yang jauh, dan kecemburuan sosial dari aparat, kader, dan masyarakat di salah satu kecamatan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims at evaluating the implementation of The Distance Service Program DSP in 2017 as a home care program for persons with intellectual disabilities in West Bandung regency and also identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with the type of formative evaluation research that compares the findings with the DSP Guidelines and Home Care for Intellectual Disability Guidelines by Ministry of Social Affairs of Indonesia. The results showed that generally 10 stages of DSP in 2017 were implemented by referring to program management policy. Some stages are inconsistent with home care guidelines and that are not based on any procedure. The implementation of DSP in 2017 is supported by several factors, such as community worker rsquo s experience in social activities, their caring concerns to children with special needs, the existence of Community Based Rehabilitation CBR institution, solidarity of community workers, and support from various parties. The inhibiting factors of the program include the community worker 39 s difficulties in preparing stimulant assistance reports, parental attitudes of non proactive service to the program, psychological condition of beneficiaries, incomplete training materials, distances between remote sub districts, and social jealousy from the apparatus, cadres, and communities in one of the districts.

Peran monitoring berarti perawat mencari hal-hal yang berguna, memantau hasil, serta menjadi pusat informasi. Disseminator berarti perawat menyampaikan informasi, dan spokesperson berarti perawat menjadi juru bicara. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran informasional perawat dalam mengelola layanan home care lansia di puskesmas. Studi ini berupa studi kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sembilan partisipan perawat sebagai koordinator program lansia terlibat pada pelaksanaan studi ini, dan memiliki pengelaman mengelola layanan home care lansia di puskesmas antara 1 hingga 9 tahun. Studi ini menghasilkan enam tema meliputi; upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan layanan; upaya identifikasi hasil layanan; monitoring pelaksanaan layanan home care; diseminasi tata laksana layanan home care; koordinasi dalam perencanaan dan tata laksana program; serta koordinasi dengan stakeholder dalam upaya pelaksanaan layanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwasanya perawat sebagai koordinator layanan home care lansia di puskesmas ditemukan masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan dalam menjalankan peran informasional. ......The role of monitoring means that nurses look for useful things, monitor results, and become a center of information. Disseminator means the nurse conveys information, and spokesperson means the nurse becomes the spokesperson. This study aims to explore the informational role of nurses in managing elderly home care services in primary health care. This study is in the form of a qualitative study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Nine nurse participants as coordinators of the elderly program were involved in the implementation of this study and had experience managing elderly home care services at the primary helath care between 1 to 9 years. The study produced six themes including; efforts to meet service needs; efforts to identify service outcomes; monitoring the implementation of home care services; dissemination of home care service management; coordination in program planning and governance; and coordination with stakeholders in service implementation efforts. The results showed that nurses as coordinators of elderly home care services at puskesmas were found to still have many limitations in carrying out informational roles.
