Fokus pembahasan skripsi ini adalah keragaman nilai dalam kehidupan sosial. Tema tersebut akan dibahas melalui metode hermeneutik berdasarkan karakter dan interpretasi sosial. Penelitian ini berpijak pada keadaan faktual dan historis yang dipenuhi oleh interpretasi, koherensi di dalamnya, kontinuitas kesejarahan, dan deskripsi sebagai elemen metodologis yang berkesinambungan dengan nilai ideologis tertentu. Kenyataan bahwa fenomena sosial berlandaskan atas wacana, teks, dan metafor. Dalam analisa sosial, struktur dapat terlihat melalui karakter teks bersama strukturnya dan dunia di dalam pemahaman dialektis dan metode eksplanasi. ...... This paper looks at the responses of some contemporary Muslim scolars on the womens right issues.These shholars are Amina wadud,abd Allah al-Na'im,Asma Barlas,Muhammad Arkoun ,Fatima Mernisasi, and Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, with a consideration of their significant contribution to the idea of women's rights in Islam......
