"Pada kenyataannya, keputusan konsumen memilih produk layanan akses internet tidak hanya berdasarkan pada satu atribut, seperti harga atau merek. Mereka melihat suatu produk secara keseluruhan, yaitu dengan melihat kombinasi fitur dan atribut yang ada. Setelah melihat kombinasi fitur dan atribut produk tersebut, pembeli dihadapkan pada situasi trade-off sebelum mengambil suatu keputusan. Sebaliknya, suatu perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan akses internet harus memahami keinginan konsumen terhadap produk yang akan mereka jual. Permasalahan di atas dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan metode Conjoint analysis-QFD. Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk memahami preferensi konsumen.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari metode ini adalah tingkat kepentingan relative atribut dan level produk layanan akses internet yang dipilih oleh konsumen, segmentasi pemasaran, dan tingkat kepentingan relatif respon teknis perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan akses internet. Dengan metode tersebut, maka pihak perusahaan dapat mendesain produk layanan akses internet sesuai dengan atribut dan level pilihan konsumen yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan teknis perusahaan.

The consumers' decision to choose internet access service product, in fact, is not only based on one attribute, such as price or brand. They also have to observe the products as a whole, by observing the combination of features and attributes. Having observed the combination, the consumers are encountered with the situation of trade-off before taking a decision. Conversely, a company internet access service provider should understand what the consumers need on the products. The problems can be overcome by applying conjoint analysis-QFD methods. It can be used to understand the consumer preferences.
The results of this method are the relative importance of attributes and its level chosen by consumers, market segmentation, and the relative importance of technical response of the company. By applying these methods, the company is able to design products internet access service product in accordance with the company's technical capabilities.

"Industri perhotelan di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan setiap tahunnya yang dapat terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah hotel. Sehingga menuntut pihak hotel sebagai usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa untuk terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerjanya agar dapat terus bersaing di bidangnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja suatu hotel sebagai usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa adalah sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan strategi kebijakan berdasarkan
pengukuran keeratan karyawan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Human Sigma digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat keeratan hubungan yang terjalin antara karyawan dan perusahaan. Sedangkan House of quality digunakan untuk mendapatkan bobot dari setiap alternatif yang diusulkan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa nilai Human Sigma adalah 41,90% yang berada pada HS 3 dengan kondisi partially optimized pada level 2,5 dimana perusahaan merasa sudah memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan karyawannya namun karyawan belum merasakan hal serupa. Hasil pengolahan data juga menunjukkan bahwa alternatif strategi yang dipilih adalah merencanakan jalur
karier masa depan karyawan dengan bobot kepentingan sebesar 619,08.

Hospitality Industry in Indonesia has continuously developed as indicated by the increasing number of hotels. Therefore, hotels must maintain and improve their performance in order to compete with other competitors. One of the factors that influence hotel performance is human resources. This study aims to obtain a strategic policy based
on employee engagement measurement in order to improve the overall hotel performance.
Human Sigma is used to determine the level of engagement between employees and hotel stakeholders/management. House of quality is used to obtain the importance weight of each proposed alternative. The results of data processing show that the value of Human Sigma is 41.90% which is categorized in HS 3 with partially optimized conditions at level 2.5. There is an imbalance of perceived closeness between employee and employer, where
the company feels it has a close relationship with its employees but is not reciprocated.
The results of data processing also indicate that the chosen alternative strategy is to plan the future career paths of employees with an importance weight of 619.08.

"The Indonesian cosmetic industry recently has not yet covered on domestic market demand, where the production ability of cosmetics have been reached on 20% level, with the result that the opportunity of the cosmetics industry is widely open. Even more when be able to creating a new specific market segment, such as Wardah cosmetic the product of PT. Pusaka Tradisi ibu, Which oriented to serve the low mediate Moslem consumer and already hold a certificate of Halal from LPPOM MUI and have been registered on Indonesian Department of Health.
Within the effort to increase the quality of the Wardah cosmetics is a necessary to find out the preference of the potential customer by survey and research until the effort for the product development quality result can be focused to increasing the customer satisfactions, while the quality is also a key of success to facing and winning the competition.
Based on level of product satisfaction and level of importance about the product quality, it Is indeed so have degree of discrepancy and the weakness factor from the product. To reach an improvement direction and increasing the Wardah cosmetic quality appropriate with the expectation and perception customer, then the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method can be used. This method can be implementation for the customer requirements inside the product attribute, and then translated on the House of Quality (HOQ). From this analysis will give a focus to do an improvement about the product quality attribute, also can be a company consideration on doing the development priority in a technical manner or non - technical manner for increasing the product quality."

"Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan terpadu dalam pengembangan produk delivery bed dengan mengintegrasikan teknik Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Model Kano. QFD digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan esensial pelanggan sehubungan dengan penggunaan delivery bed, sedangkan Model Kano digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan atribut produk ke dalam kategori kepuasan pelanggan. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan langkah-langkah sistematis, termasuk identifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan, klasifikasi atribut produk, hubungan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan spesifikasi teknis, serta prioritisasi fitur dan spesifikasinya untuk membantu perusahaan atau lembaga kesehatan dalam merancang produk yang tidak hanya memenuhi harapan pelanggan tetapi juga efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai produk delivery bed. Pendekatan melalui kedua metode ini menunjukkan bahwa atribut kenyamanan, keamanan, aksesibilitas, dan higienitas delivery bed berada pada klasifikasi Must be (M) yang berarti produk yang dirancang harus memenuhi semua atributnya sebagai syarat kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan hasil pendekatan matriks House Of Quality (HOQ) dapat dijadikan acuan menentukan prioritas spesifikasi teknis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis 20 spesifikasi teknis, terdapat 5 hal yang paling penting dan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yaitu backrest, leg support, mekanisme Hi-Lo, pushing bar, dan kekuatan rangka.

This research explores an integrated approach to developing a delivery bed product by integrating Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Kano Model techniques. QFD is used to identify essential customer needs regarding the use of delivery beds, while the Kano Model is used to classify product attributes into customer satisfaction categories. The research methodology involves systematic steps, including customer needs identification, product attribute classification, the relationship between customer needs and technical specifications, as well as feature prioritization and their specifications to assist healthcare companies or institutions in designing products that not only meet customer expectations but also effectively improve the quality and value of delivery bed products. The approach through both methods shows that the attributes of comfort, safety, accessibility, and hygiene of delivery beds are in the Must be (M) classification, which means that the designed product must meet all its attributes as a condition of customer satisfaction, while the results of the House Of Quality (HOQ) matrix approach can be used as a reference to determine the priority of technical specifications. Based on the results of analyzing 20 technical specifications, there are 5 things that are the most important and influential in increasing customer satisfaction, namely backrest, leg support, Hi-Lo mechanism, pushing bar, and frame strength."

Pertumbuhan penggunaan internet mendorong proses digitalisasi dan peningkatan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Perkembangan ini menghadirkan berbagai inovasi dan pengembangan di berbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah pendidikan. Hasil inovasi teknologi informasi di bidang pendidikan memberikan stimulus pengadopsian e-learning sebagai jawaban untuk metode pembelajaran berbasis jarak jauh. Berdasarkan survei yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya, ditemukan bahwa sebanyak 65% dari fakultas ternama di dunia telah menggunakan sumber daya pembelajaran dalam bentuk open source dalam proses pembelajaran mereka. Kehadiran e-learning pada lembaga pendidikan tinggi memiliki potensi yang besar, khususnya pada peserta didik. E-learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang banyak memberikan solusi pada kendala-kendala yang terjadi pada rumpun Sains dan Teknologi atau biasa disebut dengan SAINTEK. Pengenalan dan pengembangan e-learning pada institusi pendidikan tinggi banyak membahas mengenai bagaimana proses pendidikan harus dilakukan dan hal-hal apa saja yang mendukung prosesnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui faktor apa yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan manfaat yang dirasakan dalam penggunaan sistem e-learning. Responden penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa rumpun sains dan teknologi dari Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Evaluating E-learning System dan diolah menggunakan Metode PLS-SEM. Faktor yang diperoleh dari penelitian kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan relational matrix untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan sistem e-learning kepada stakeholder terkait.


The growth in the use of the internet is driving the process of digitization and increasing the development of Information and Communication Technology. This development presents various innovations and developments in various sectors, one of which is education. The results of information technology innovation in education provide a stimulus for the adoption of e-learning as an answer to distance-based learning methods. Based on a recent survey, it was found that as many as 65% of the worlds leading faculties have used learning resources in the form of open source in their learning process. The presence of e-learning in higher education institutions has great potential, especially for students. E-learning is a learning method that provides many solutions to the constraints that occur in the Science and Technology academic cluster. The introduction and development of e-learning in higher education institutions discuss a lot about how the education process should be carried out and what things support the process. This research was conducted to find out what factors influence to increase the perceived benefits in the use of e-learning systems. The respondents of this study were students of the science and technology group from the University of Indonesia. This study uses the Evaluating E-learning System model and calculation method using the PLS-SEM Method. Factors obtained from the study were then developed using a relational matrix to be able to provide recommendations for the development of e-learning systems to relevant stakeholders.
